Food and staff were great at hotel guest pool.

All staff were friendly and helpful! Not something you typically get in Miami Beach.

It’s great to party ofcourse. BUT. The room is the size of a shoe box. No closets. I’m not joking. It’s like an average sized bathroom. The pool is blocked off most of the time because of the pool parties. They throw out garbage in the middle of the day that sounds like a ton of glasses breaking. It’s meant to party and get laid. There are absolutely no perks to the parties or the restaurant. You just pay for your sex box. Staff is wonderful. But it’s a hard NO for me. I’d go to the pool party though. I also met some great ppl. It’s a scene..

I would not recommend this hotel. While the hotel do have great food options, rooms are tiny with no closet space, tiny bathroom and cheap decor. The pool for the hotel is relatively small and only the pool next to hotel is part of the hotel, not the other pool where they have a classless pool party on Sundays. We were told we would have to get our seats by the pool at 8.30am in the morning otherwise they would be taken. The villas which are $2000 a night faces the parking lot and again decor is pretty cheap. While we were charge a resort fee of more than $50 a day, we were told we could not get a towel by the beach because they ran out (yet they rent them out to none guests for profit). And they wouldn't want to make an effort to get us the towels, told us this was the rest of the day at 4pm. The next day, we could not get an umbrella because of the wind even though all other hotels around us had the umbrella up. Several guests were complaining about getting sun burned. The pool was dirty so we didn't want to use this. As I wanted to make a complaint when we checked out, I was not able to do so since the front desk only had one person working and he was dealing with a guest who was taking a long time complaining and we had a plane to catch. So I called and only got a "I'm sorry, I will let management know"

To much noice

Staff were all great specially the pool staff. I had requested early check in which we had as early as 12noon that was great. The rooms are small but very cute. The pool are amazing one of them heated which was great. I would definitely go back to that hotel

Overall poor service staff was horrible rooms weren’t great either

The service is no good and rooms are not as shown on the website.

My bathroom was filthy The front desk didn’t tell me anything I needed to know

Love it there!! Everyone was so accommodating! Place was clean.

When I arrived at the hotel I didn’t really appreciate being up sold to a bigger room which the rooms are all small at this hotel. Secondly the room wasn’t fully cleaned I didn’t appreciate the carpet being bleached. But the staff that I met was friendly. The big question is would I stay at this hotel again probably not .

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We are so glad you enjoy our pool parties and wondeful staff! Regarding the size of the room, we are a boutique property so our rooms are a bit on the cozier side, therefore we do showcase the square footage of our rooms online for your convenience. During your next stay, please reach out to me directly so I may ensure you are booked in our of our more spacious rooms.
