The bellhop was super friendly, and his English was better than the main staff. He was outstanding! The rest of staff was just okay. The room was small but that was fine. The complimentary breakfast is a huge buffet! I was shocked at how much food was available and all the options. Very good breakfast! ...
We needed a place to stay for an early flight out at Milan Malpensa Airport. This lovely hotel was perfect. It's actually located at the airport itself. Wonderful deep bathtub, comfortable bed, superb restaurant, great staff. Couldn't have been better.
I loved this hotel. We were only in Milan for one night and this hotel was in the perfect location to view all the sites. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly and the hotel was beautiful.
Hotel was nice. But staff incredibly rude. When we checked in, the reception desk staff acted as if we were bothering them and they had better things to do. They’d benefit from some customer service training. Hotel itself was in good condition with spacious rooms.
The staff at this hotel could not be nicer, friendlier, or more helpful, except that there are not enough of them. One delightful young man escorted us to iur room, helped with our luggage, served as bartender, cooked our dinner and deliveres our room service order. I do not know what his additional ...
The front desk staff was very rude and completely unhelpful. They check you in and try to get rid of you as quickly as possible, when I asked for a map of Milan they seemed very annoyed. Then, my room was not what was reserved (2 separate beds). When I tried to ask the hotel staff about this they ...
I was coming from Geneva on Saturday night to catch an international flight on Sunday. I took the last train from Milan Centrale to Terminal2 and simply walked to MOXY. The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The next morning I simply walked to the bus terminal right in front of the hotel ...

Everything is perfect: room, service, breakfast.... Super shower, supplies in bathroom (specially box "for her") Unbeatable location- next to cathedral I love it Will always stay there Thank you for perfect service and made our stay very pleasant and comfortable
Location: Walking distance (5 min) away from metro station Amenities: Upon checking in, we were handed a room key to someone else's room...there was no one inside but it was apparent that someone else's belongings were already scattered about. This was concerning because this was definitely a security issue-we hoped that someone wasn't being given access to our room! The front desk did upgrade our room to a suite as an apology. We drove and there was a single parking spot with a bed painted on it when we pulled up. We didn't realize that was the parking for the hotel and drove around 3 times trying to find the entrance to the hotel parking before giving up and double parking. The front desk told us to drive the wrong direction (it's a one way street) to the parking garage, "because everyone does it." Fortunately, we didn't get into an accident! Value: Given that we received a room upgrade (at the cost of security), there were no complaints solely from a value perspective. Cleanliness: The maid service came by when we were eating breakfast and she hadn't finished by the time we came back to the room. It was rather odd because she didn't leave, she just finished what she was doing in a rush and then left. She forgot to give us towels so we had to ask for them at the front desk. Other than that one incident, there were no issues and we didn't have any complaints as it relates to cleanliness. Noise: There is a trolley of some sort that passes right in front of the hotel. It passe
Staff was very helpful. We weretransferring and din't have a lot of time.
Friendly staff. The hotel north of milan. Anout 30 mins from the airport. It was about a 6 mins walk to the train station. Two different malls from the hotel-about 10-15 mins walk. The breakfast buffet was good. No complaints.
