Quick early checkin and helpful staff. Upgraded to suite without a request. Very helpful staff and close to Milan Duomo.

For those who do not speak Italian, information provided by the receptionists at the front desk was spotty. A couple of them (day shift) acted as though we were bothering them with questions. Some were very nice (evening shifts).

Very good. I have nothing else to add. Very good, very good, very good, very good.

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location for walking to the main sights in the historic center of Milan. Very close to Duomo and shopping areas.

Beautiful Hotel, Gracious staff Great Location Cooling system broke down last day of our stay Mngr offered to move us to different room witout any fuss

It is central to the Duomo, La Scala and shopping. The hotel staff is not helpful and quite frankly very rude. It's location is its main attraction especially if you have limited time.

It is a good hotel if you looking to be close to interesting locations in Milan

This hotel is within walking distance to the Duomo. It couldn't get any better for the price. I would come back here again. Unfortunately there is no convenient store like 7-11 close within walking distance if you need to buy water, drinks, snacks or other amenities. You might have to pay a stiffer pricer from the local eateries instead.

Excellent hotel, very kind and cooperatuve stuff excellent location

What a disaster! Had booked for two days, no hot water for shower, cold to Luke warm water. Upon complain to the front desk, I got the feeling no one cared. The same night as well as the following day till check out on third day no hot water. Very disappointed. The only good thing was the location, and since we had an overnight flight from the US, it was great to get a room early, as their check-in time was 2.00 pm.but otherwise i wouldn't stay again. For 230 euros, it was daylight robbery.the arrogance of the concierge Walter is beyond words.

the area is fine! the hotel does not look clean at all. lousy restaurant- rare thing in Milan to find, staff is not friendly

Located one subway stop or a short 5-1- minuit walk from the Duomo it is a great location. Morning buffet far exceeded expectaions with hot eggs, ham, baccon, cheeses, breads, and sweets! The barista is on hand for your coffee needs and fresh squeezed orange juice was sensational. Staff was helpful and could speak English gave maps and dirctions with ease. I would stay at this hotel again.

It is located very near Duomo but far enough to avoid the noise. However some of the rooms are open to the busy street and could have noise from the traffic. I stay every year here since 2008 and will definately recommend for business travellers or shopping tourists.

Older hotel. Lots of attitude in the staff and residents. Clean and everything worked. Toiletries almost excessive. Quiet and located a block from a metro stop and 2 blocks from the Cathedral and Milan covered Galleria Vittorio EmmanuelMall. Easy walk to the Sforza Castle. We were there for a soccer championship and the game was televised in the Cathedral square. Lots of excitement and a rather rowdy crowd. Make reservations for The Last Supper Tour for a great overview and then move on. We did not find good food in the city center.

Excelent Hotel! It is located very close to Dumo and Galleria. Close to main shopping streets. Staff in the hotel is very good and helpful. Free wifi connection was available in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are okay, nothing special. Gym has a decent running machine. Breakfast is good by European standards. Location is fantastic -- 3 minutes walk to Duomo, 5 minutes walk to main shopping streets.

Location was the most important thing for selecting the hotel. Everything is wonderful with the hotel and staff. Thank you

This was a nice hotel to stay at. The room was very clean and close to the Duomo (a quick walk up the hill). Do some planning before you stay, there was not a lot of information at the hotel about Milan itself. Most of the staff were very pleasant.

Could not have asked for better. Great price. But other than price the service was of a 5 star hotel. The staff was super friendly, the location was outstanding and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 5 star experience!

overall nice hotel. Accross the street from the cemetery de montparnassee. Short walk to the metro. Just what I would expect from a 4 star hotel in Europe.
