An excellent hotel. Nice rooms incredible location.

Great location , big beautiful room wonderful breakfast included. Helpful staff. Will definitely return.

Nice and clean facility , great location . Room is decent size

I got a last-minute room at the hotel, and we were really happy with it. The only issue was the room seemed at some point to have been a smoking room -- or adjacent to one -- and you know you can never truly get the smell out from cigarettes. It was large enough and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Great price.

Hotel is in very convenient location. Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly specially Roberto! Room was spacious but mold in the shower and very uncomfortable bed, pillows and blanket. Overall we would recommend this hotel. Parking is in public under ground garage $25/day.

Hotel was nice. But staff incredibly rude. When we checked in, the reception desk staff acted as if we were bothering them and they had better things to do. They’d benefit from some customer service training. Hotel itself was in good condition with spacious rooms.

The location is the primary reason that I booked this hotel. It is just a few blocks from the Duomo, tons of shopping and some good places to eat on the Duomo piazza. They are all overpriced, but it's a tourist location, so that's all you can expect. The hotel itself if really outdated, but the staff works hard to keep it clean. The bathrooms need an upgrade, everything is old. The breakfast is very good and a big plus to staying here. We just needed a convenient place to stay and the location was a key drawing factor. On our last night we lost power in the room, the maintenance man tried to fix it, but he couldn't figure it all out. We got lights back on, but the electrical sockets didn't work and weren't fixed before we left. I didn't like the overall reply from the person at the front desk of "oh well." That's just unacceptable. I also really dislike the tourist tax that most cities in Italy impose, it adds an additional fee on top of already substantial prices.

The staff is very friendly. However, the rooms are extremely outdated and the beds very very uncomfortable.

The hotel is at the center of Milan and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and responsive to my various requests. Its gym is outdated, and the wifi reception is poor as well as the internet speed is slow in the room.

Quick early checkin and helpful staff. Upgraded to suite without a request. Very helpful staff and close to Milan Duomo.

For those who do not speak Italian, information provided by the receptionists at the front desk was spotty. A couple of them (day shift) acted as though we were bothering them with questions. Some were very nice (evening shifts).

Very good. I have nothing else to add. Very good, very good, very good, very good.
