One of my favorites in all of Europe! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Not only is the location a dream- mere few minutes away from Duomo, but the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcomed! I have now made this my go to hotel for each time I visit Milan!

Room was large and bright but a bit dated and the bathroom was also large and clean. However our room was on the second floor and facing the main street so it was a bit noisy at night due to the trams although when the window shutters were fully lowered it was a bit better. Front staff was helpful and professional although a bit stern looking. Housekeeping staff was efficient especially at changing linens but forgot to replace soap and coffee. The included breakfast was great.

Our room was spacious and clean. Some new gadgets are missing,, no everyday iron.. the hairdryer was weak.. We couldn’t find the front desk extension on the room phone. it wasn’t zero! Breakfast was excellent.
