Room showing signs of wear and tear but overall it was clean. Shower bathroom has all in one shampoo/body wash bottle. Room doesn’t have water kettle/coffee maker or fridge. Breakfast was ok with pancake machine and self-serve espresso machine. Fresh fruits were whole oranges, apples and pineapples (yes whole uncut). Tram station and grocery store a block away and taxi stand right outside hotel.

It's a good hotel for a couple of nights. It's close to many shops within walking distance thanks to its location. The staff is friendly, and the security guards make you feel safe when waiting for your ride or leaving the hotel. The breakfast is quite good and highly recommended. The room is fine, but the only drawback is that the shower is somewhat small and the bathroom feels cramped when you're using it.

Great value in a good location

Great hotel close to the train station and a short walk to the main square. Rooms are basic and quite small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bar and restaurant is great and reasonably priced. This is my second stay and I would definitely return.

The hotel is easy to access, halfway between the station and the city center. The area is quiet, except from the tram. We were in a room in the "red section", on the right of the building. It gave on ghe street where the (old) tram passes by. And it is noisy! Thankfully, once we asked about a change of room, on the other side of the building, we were moved very easily and the new room giving on ghe courtyard, it was very quiet. The rooms are small but comfortable, the mattress was fine. The bathroom is not great, but enough for a short stay. There was a restaurant and a bar with terrace in the hotel, which we didnt use but can be pretty useful. The lobby is simple but comfortable and there are charging points. So overall a good stay, very nice staff, nice location.

Location was good. 10 minute walk to central station, 15 to Duomo. There is a tram stop and underground stop within five minutes walk. Not much dining around the area. Lobby and communal areas are nice and modern but the room was tired. It is what it is, if you get a decent price then it’s worth it.

Although the room was quite small, it was comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast buffet was amazing with an abundance of options. The hotel is walkable to the train station as well as other areas of Milan.

We liked our stay here, but the room was quite warm. The breakfast is great. The location is alright, Nàpiz pizza nearby is great. Few minutes walk to the main station. Some sketchy areas near the tram that we me sure to avoid at night.
