Hotel facility not so good, e.g. don't provide kettle in the room and we need to go to recption to get hot water, so inconvenience, especially in winter season. Breakfast - the eggs was cold, not even warm when served. the "hot food" in steamer also not heat. Luckily, there is heater for the bread. The worst is they charged us for keeping luggage for one day (overnight) even though we are coming back to stay on next day. I can't believe this is called 4 starts hotel!!!

Lovely hotel, and very convenient for transport links. The Milan Central station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is very quiet and modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of local restaurants to choose from and they are reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near Milano Centrale, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Our room phone doesn’t work, the mini fridge is out of order, and the overall comfort of the room has been disappointing. To make matters worse, it’s currently 3:40 am, and I’m still awake due to loud noise from other guests a few hours ago. While I appreciate the front desk staff’s assistance when I complained, the disturbance was still very frustrating. Additionally, our room was unbearably hot, and because the temperature is controlled by the front desk, I had to go downstairs in my pajamas at 2 am to ask for it to be adjusted—something that could have been avoided if the phone in the room had been functional. It’s disappointing that these issues have overshadowed our stay, and with another night ahead, I’m not optimistic about the overall experience. I hope management addresses these concerns for the sake of future guests

The hotel is conveniently located near central station. The bathroom was covered in black mould. It was terrible and really not healthy for anyone staying in that room. Very noisy with trains and street noise. Would not recommend.

I had a good stay. Only con of my stay is the walls are very thin and can hear everyone passing the hallway or talking. In addition the shower faucet was accumulating too much water and not draining properly. The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

The room def not living up to the number of stars given to this hotel. The room did not have a kettle and a coffee maker and when I asked for a kettle the staff told me because I book a twin room this room dose not have one! Total BS. Really? The bathroom ceiling had mold and the sheets and towels were not spotless. Would not go back.
