Staff was great, free upgrade. Room and facility was excellent. Breakfast had alot of great options. My only complaint was the bed was too hard to my liking but otherwise great!

The room is very clean, including the bathroom. The staff is friendly too. However, I don’t like the idea of one type of liquid soap in the bathroom…for hair, body and hand. The lotion is also too small. There is no coffee maker in the room. I brought some instant coffee and asked for hot pot of water every morning.

Great Stay

Great location, one minute’s walk from the nearest Metro ststion and Centrale railway station. We had 2 rooms booked in the hotel ‘budget’ accom next door, which was great. Aircon was good and the main reception staff were excellent- very friendly, helpful and efficient. . The hotel gym was perfectly sufficient for a few days as we are very keen gym-goers. A 5 minute jog to the nearest large park by the Natural History Museum and the park was superb for running. Great small cafe next door with good coffee and a friendly owner.

Great place to stay. Restaurants and Train stations are walkable distance from this hotel. Rooms were clean but the superior room we chose is right next to elevator and you can hear noises.

The room itself was OK except for the fact that the fan that was part of the AC system didn’t blow out hardly any air at all. I mean when you talk, the pressure of the air coming out of your mouth was more than pressure of the AC unit. I called maintenance two or three times just about the minibar Refrigerator. I know it’s not a full-blown refrigerator. However, the water that was inside the Vinny bar was actually significantly warmer than the water that I just had sitting on the counter. Maintenance came up and all kinds of dust bunnies Phil out of the back of the mini bar and he said oh it’s working OK it’s not working OK if the water inside is hot. My last day down there, I couldn’t believe it. The scrambled eggs were actually almost full. Put some on my plate. Got over to sit down. They were literally stone cold. They must’ve been made the day before. You can’t put cold food out there. It’s a health hazard. The attitude of the maintenance staff there is pathetic. I will be returning to Milan for four or five weeks stay but I will not be staying at this property nor will I be staying at any other one of their properties

Economy rooms are in the neighbouring building that is not exclusively used by the hotel . This information is only available afte booking which is beyond frustrating because we could have found much bettef value for a ranfomly located room outside the hotel's main building.
