The front desk was friendly, above and beyond helpful, patient and always smiling! Walter got me checked in to my room a few hours before check in so I was able to get a nap in after my overnight flight. (He also spoke perfect English!) My room (301) was right next to the elevator and had a street view BUT was super quiet and I heard nothing (even on weekends.) Breakfast was worth every penny and the options were endless. I would recommend heading down before 830 as there were mornings where there was a wait for a table. One note for travelers who like to take a snack for later - there are few options for that! All of the food is served fresh, so your best bet is to grab an apple or an orange (only saw bananas once over a 10-day period.) But have no fear because all of the snacks in your room are COMPLIMENTARY! There's a bag of chips/crisps, a cookie/biscuit and some chocolate goodies in the fridge. 1L water bottles are provided daily in your room so drink up. There's also Coke, Fanta and pear juice also available in your room fridge. The restaurant serving dinner (same location as breakfast with a menu change) was excellent! After a long day on foot with tours and museums it was a great option to come back to when you just wanted to get comfy and eat some french fries and have a glass of wine before bed. Hotel location was PERFECT!
