Four Seasons Hotel Milano5.0 out of 5.0

Central Milan is great, everything about it is. Four seasons is renowned for luxury service and stays and that it did live up to. I must add the tiramisu at the Four Seasons is the best I’ve ever had. I would go back just for the tiramisu, other than that Milan is slightly boring.
As it has been many years that we have been visiting your hotel, we finally took some time to write a review for our "second home". Firstly , we need to pass our compliments and congratulations that for so many years Four Seasons Hotel Milan have been recognizing us as guests and always made us feel at Home in one of our favorite cities. Congrats to all the lovely and professional doormen , to Luca Angeli , to Renzo , to Alex and to Serap. These people and the rest of the team work so hard every day and have achieved to have guests like us coming back and sharing our experiences with you. Big appreciation and recognition about that. We are always surprised by the new items we find on the menus or at the mini bar , the high attention to details in every corner of the hotel and the excellent work done by Housekeeping. I love the fact that as per usual when I forget my dental kit , your team always provides me with one. The hotel has one of the most beautiful lobbies in Milan as it used to be an Monastery which makes it very cosy and the flower decorations give a luxury touch to place. Even if you go for an Aperitivo or a coffee there , the fact that your drinks are accompanied by so many snacks and small delicacies highlight more the friendly and unique Italian hospitality that cannot be found in any other Four Season around the world. Not to forget the fact that at whichever time of the year we visit you, any dish we select from the menu always tastes the same. Isn't this what you call success in a 5 star hotel? Achieving consistency and always giving the same feeling to guests thus making them recall memories . I have nothing else to add We are definitely coming back to you , Mr.Mauro and his amazing , professional and enthusiastic team! A presto alora !
This is the perfect hotel if you are going shopping and you want to be in the middle of all the shops. The service is impeccable, everybody is very attentive and cater to your needs. The food is great! I've had breakfast and lunch and both were perfect! The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable but they do need a bit of up to date refurbishment.
We decided to have Christmas lunch here. We hadn’t booked, and were happy to just sit in the lobby area. When we arrived it was quite busy, and we were taken to the “Baita” room at the back -just for the holiday they had themed it completely (including the floor and walls) to resemble a mountain hut. We were able to choose a table, and from there on the service we received was excellent. The food was very good, the ambience welcoming, but the service was what made the meal really special. All the wait staff was very attentive, professional and friendly at the same time, which made us feel really special. Even the chef came out at the end to check on us. It made our time there memorable, and while we had been there a number of times previously and had good service, this time it was outstanding.
I stay at Four Seasons all over the world and it surprises me that this hotel is mediocre, in a city where the standards are so high. Dark areas in rooms The lobby and bar area is not welcoming at all.
Service and location are splendid. I am especially impressed with sleepiness. It was the best bed in the hotel I used to use. As an orthopedic surgeon, I am realizing the importance of my work and bed, but it was a few steps from my home bed and it was a wonderful bed. I was able to really sleep well. To tell the difficulty, it is a little hard to rise to a short person.
We spent a weekend here in October to explore Milan and the choice of hotel couldn't have been better. The hotel is well located to both explore the city's historical centre as well as its excellent shopping district. We had a lovely room overlooking the central courtyard and we loved every minute of the excellent hospitality shown to us. Definitely a must if you are in Milan.
Beautiful hotel with bright, quiet and classy atmosphere, but staff needs more training. If the personal attention, to feel recognized and special is a reason to stay at a Four Season or Mandarin Oriental, this hotel has not reached this level yet. Some staff is great but other are defficient. The building, common areas, swimming pool and garden are beautiful. We stayed at a Junior suite that met completly our expectations. The rooms do not have USB ports though.
A beautiful hotel with nice public areas and nice garden a few meters from Monte Napoleone, the luxury shopping street of Milano. Very expensive and the guests behave accordingly. A bit of cold and showoff atmosphere. Yet if you are in town with tonds of euros for the latest shopping it is the place to be.
we were at the hotel on holiday's time, all the hotel was so nice decorated and it really felt like home away from home. staff is amazing and so nice: reception, restaurant, bar and concierge. room service very quick. on New Year's eve they had a big and happy party with dancing and live music. so much fun!!! amazing location- close to the Duomo and in the middle of shopping main area. also, spa is amazing!!!! service and facilities
