Don’t be fooled by the location or the photos like I was. The pictures looked nothing like the place in real life. This accommodation is a dump — and what’s even worse is the management.
There was no obvious signage, no lighting, no street number, and no directions online, making it extremely hard to find at night.
Inside, the unit was in terrible condition — dirty, worn, with a bathroom floor that was lifting. The sofa bed was so broken it was literally being held up by loose cushions, and it collapsed immediately. One member of my family had nowhere to sleep, and the space was completely unsafe and unusable.
When we asked for help, the staff were dismissive and showed zero compassion. They offered to “fix” the bed the next day, but it was clearly not fixable. Then they played me and Orbitz against each other — telling Orbitz one story while telling me another — and tried to charge an upgrade fee just to move us into a usable room, which would likely have the same issue.
They refused to make things right the way any decent management would. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this property.
