A cozy and comfortable 40-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a typical Milanese building with a balcony. The apartment is located in the city center, near Porta Ticinese and the Navigli—an area known for its nightlife, as well as many bars and restaurants. The Duomo and other major attractions are easily accessible by public transportation or on foot. Porta Genova is about 1 km away, across the Darsena Naviglio Grande and Pavese canals



The apartment (quiet and overlooking the inner courtyard) is laid out as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, Smart TV.

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave

- BEDROOM (open to the living room) with a double bed, Smart TV, and air conditioning unit under the window.

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



There is no soundproofing, and there is no door separating the sleeping area.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: The accommodations are located near the tram depot; noise may occur even at night.



Paid parking is available at the Ticinese Parking S.r.l. lot, located at Via Col di Lana, 4/A, a 4-minute walk from the property; it is open 24 hours a day.
