Very helpful staff. Location was very walkable. Breakfast was very good served on a rooftop patio with both indoor and outdoor seating. Great selection and fresh specialty coffee made for you. Hotel has an elevator. Room was clean. Unique for us was only 1 room key that needed to be left at front desk when going out for the day and a city hotel tax that needed to be paid in cash upon checking out. Would recommend this hotel for many reasons including the extremely helpful staff.

We stayed at Hotel Metro for two nights in Room 206. Unfortunately, the room felt quite congested and dark, with only one window that was permanently locked from the outside, so there was no natural sunlight during the day. The room also had an old, musty smell, and the bathroom sink was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the breakfast area on the terrace level—it was a lovely setting to start the day. The staff were also very nice and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was just okay; the hospitality was great, but the room conditions left a lot to be desired.

Wonderful hotel look no further

The hotel staff is wonderful. The hotel is clean and breakfast is beautiful location on rooftop terrace and wonderful food. The lady who makes expresso in the morning is a delight. Why a wonderful place to stay so close to The metro and all that Milan has to offer. Wonderful charming neighborhood.

We like that the hotel is in a quiet area and close to the metro. Staff were great and helpful. Being there during summertime meant it’s hot and sweaty and it would have been better if the A/C in the room was cold enough to handle the heat.

Good stay!

The location is pretty close to metro stop that can take us to Duomo and the main train station in about 20 minutes. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom was also tight. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices on the rooftop.

They gave us breakfast before the designated breakfast time for the hotel because we had an early train! Short but sweet!

Very convenient location with it being approximately a 200m walk from the Wagner Metro Station. The staff were welcoming and made the Check-in/Check-out procedure quick and easy. The room was nice and was perfect for what we required. Only gripe was that the room was quite noisy, where we could hear what we imagine was the metro or tram, where we were situated on the ground floor. Breakfast was lovely as you’re situated on the terrace. They didn’t have a huge selection, and if you’d be opting for pastries, I’d recommend going to breakfast sooner rather than later! We only stayed for 1 night, and we would happily stay again.

The Metro Hotel was really a nice place. You have restaurants and shops within walking distance. Some attractions are also close to walk to them. The hotel is clean. I was impressed with the breakfast which was very good and the breakfast area is cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay again in the hotel again. You get a lot for what you pay.
