Clean hotel with friendly staff, at the right price. I pleasant 1 kilo walk to the central city, and good dining, etc... A little far from the convention center, but a walk to the central station solves that. Would definitely stay there again.
The staff here is amazing and the rooms very comfortable. (Kristian at the Concierge desk should be GM by the time I visit next. Great customer service. I would have give the total experience a 5.0 but, from a tourist point of view, the location is not ideal It is quite far from the center of town ...

Selected Bella Sky for 2 night post cruise stay. Taxi cost $40 USD. The location is near a train stop and right next to a huge convention center. You must take the train to the city for any tourist attraction or to the next train stop for any food or shopping. The staff could not be more helpful with the "how to" or "where is" info one needs in Copenhagen. We had a room in tower 2, 18th floor, ultra modern and comfortable. The only way to get to tower 2 from the lobby is on floor 2 or floor 23 which you need to take an elevator to, cross over the sky bridge, then take the elevator to your floor. Most of the time the ground entrance to tower 2 was closed so you had to go through tower 1, that was annoying. Also, the restaurant is in tower 1. Suggest you get very comfortable with the trains and how they work. Get a day pass from the Bella station so you are covered for the day. Some of the in town train stations get very busy and the terminals don't switch to english. Riding without a valid ticket will cost you over $100USD.
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel close to the canals and central train station. At night the street was a little questionable. Lots of strip clubs and erotica shops. But in the daytime it was great!
The staff here is amazing and the rooms very comfortable. (Kristian at the Concierge desk should be GM by the time I visit next. Great customer service. I would have give the total experience a 5.0 but, from a tourist point of view, the location is not ideal It is quite far from the center of town and situated directly next to the train yard for Copenhagen's Central Train station. There are miles of railroad tracks behind the hotel and you need to walk quite a ways to get around them...or take a taxi. It's not an area in which I would walk alone at night. The Japanese Restaurant and the Steak House are very good, albeit expensive. The hotel's "brasserie" is nothing special at all. They have a very limited menu. I'm sure most people are out for lunch so it's a decent menu for the purpose. Their room service is based on "green" delivery. If you order room service it will come in a paper bag or cardboard box w/ plastic utensils, or none at all, in the case of a pizza with the toppings falling off and no way to put them back but your fingers.. As well, there is a $5 delivery charge any time you order room service. You do have the option to pick it up in your "to go" bag. However, that being said, as a conference center, with meetings during the day, and planned activities at night, it's perfect. The hotel is whimsically decorated with "Tivoli" characters and so the artwork and atmosphere are lovely.
Friendly and helpful staff pointed out transportation hubs and nearby shopping mall with plenty to do.
