Great location close to everything. Very nice and friendly staff, Love the view from the balcony

Beautiful hotel in the old city. Recently renovated in 2017. Faces spectacular buildings like the university library. You can view bell towers of churches from the window. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant has a spectacular design. We walked to everywhere. The Metro station from the airport is just a short walk to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The famous shopping street is 5 min. away. Bottom line, we recommend this hotel for location, quality and service. We will definitely stay again when in Copenhagen.

They have been helpful, the rooms are cozy and chic, and the food is great.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The check-in was a little slow since I probably had a less experienced desk staff BUT when IDA the Manager took over, everything was topnotch! She easily accommodated (& even went out to check the room) my request for a location near the elevator. And, Martha was just the best! She was always there ready to help guests on directions or anything you need at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Copenhagen!

Location, location, location. Staff provided surperb service. Elegant facilities.

The Hotel has friendly and helpful staff. They give you free access to a proper gym outside the hotel and it’s a 15 minute walk. I didn’t like the pillows because it’s hard to relax and watch tv because you couldn’t see the screen even with two pillows. Breakfast selection was ok. My room was next to the staff or service elevator and you hear carts or trolleys being transported. The duvet is so small that it’s cold in the winter time especially if you are tall person.

Recently renovated and very nice, clean and quiet. Hotel staff was very helpful and fluent in English. Great location as this is a very walk-able city and close to one of the Metro Stations. The AC was not working but did not need it for the time of year we were visiting.

Saw a lot. Great location. Easy to get around and walk.

We were upgraded to a jr suite for free. Best shower ever with simple buttons. Great breakfast with a high tech latte/cappucino machine. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is super friendly. HOWEVER I can't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, it is super loud on weekend nights. It's next to the university and some very popular bars and hangouts. Get a room up high or facing the interior if you don't want to be kept awake until 2 am by drunken singing. Second, there were a couple small glitches. Nothing huge, they thought we'd had soda from the minibar because we left bottles out for recycling, but they hadn't actually checked the fridge. At this price point I expect more accuracy.

The staff was very friendly. However, the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. Something which was not told to us until we arrived. Having known ahead of times about the construction (from the hotel or Orbitz) we would have stayed somewhere else. For a 4+/ 5 star hotel we expected it to be a bit nicer overall.

What an amazing surprise. I read countless reviews about the small rooms with small beds...at 6' 3" that didn't sound appealing to me. I booked a great deal on a 'western' room and after a 5 hour delay and 10 hours of flying...this room was exactly what I needed. There was some construction going on in different floors. I could hear hammering in the AM but it was nothing more than just a bit of background noise. Breakfast was plentiful with options that would satisfy any morning routine. The dining area was full of light and a wonderful way to start the day.

We arrived early so the room wasn't ready. We checked our bags and took a walk. When we got back and got our room key we headed up. The room was fine however really hot. We waited and waited for it to cool off no such luck. We had dinner reservations so we told the desk we need another room. They could only offer a lessor room. With a queen. Only one night so it's was fine. We got back from dinner and moved our belongings. The new room had a single bed! One more move and finally a good room. The staff was sincere on trying to help it was just frustrating. Apparently the air conditioning in half the hotel was not working

my family were completely satisfied with our stay. We love the hotel ambient , big room size and fcilities. All staff were friendly and helpful. food served were good. Location is closed to every attractions.

My husband and I stayed a total of 2 and ½ weeks there. Perfect location, great staff, very comfortable hotel. The sheets could have been just a little softer and maybe some nicer bathroom supplies, other than that, it couldn't have been nicer!

Hotel is in a great area, however, the university is right there and the noise level on friday and saturday night with the local pubs is loud. If you have a room facing the street you will be up until the wee hours of the morning. If you prefer to shower, make sure to ask for a room with a shower box or, you will be climbing in and out of a bathtub to shower. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised. If you want 5 star, you need to stay at the Marriott.

Stayed during the heat wave in mid July in an interior,3rd floor room overlooking the lobby and dining area (fully enclosed). Felt a bit confined with no ability to open windows to the outside, but at the same time the room was quiet and stayed cool. Did request a different room on a higher floor with external windows a couple times but none were available (for me at least); wasn't in the hotel much so it was okay. Breakfast brunch was pretty good. Location was very nice and central for walking the city. Room was small and cramped (barely room for a medium suitcase). Bathroom had a strange moldy smell. Shower was oddly configured and was not possible to use without getting water all over the floor and counter (hence the drain outside the tub I imagine). Lame gym. No pool or jacuzzi. Beds okay. I would recommend for the location and value but have low expectations. First time in Copenhagen so don't know if what I had was typical.

Great location, clean and modern room. Only downfall is that the shower was small and didn't have a curtain (or any door). Would recommend!

Dear guest, Thank you for your nice feedback, I will be sure to share your comments with my colleagues. We are happy to read that you enjoyed your stay with us at SKT. PETRI. It seems that not everything was 100% up to satisfactory level and we regret to read that. Kindly note that I have shared your feedback about the pillows and duvets with our Housekeeping Manager in order to take it into consideration. We truly look forward to welcoming you back to the SKT. Dear guest. Thank you for your kind feedback. We appreciate your comments on our location and associates. Regarding the Air-cooling system we do apologies. It has been down due to water damage, not only in the hotel but the whole building. Our technicians are working very hard on the issue and it should not be a problem for much longer. It was a pleasure to host for you, and we look forward to welcome you back. Kind Regards, Front Desk
