We arrived early and although our room was ready charged a fee. I found that unacceptable. I’ve traveled the world and have never been charged a fee once the room was available. I understand paying for a late check out because of the cleaning staff. Overall, the room was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast.

Good, but minimal

The room was smaller than a cruise ship cabin. No wash rags or kleenex in the room. Staff was great - provided recommendations for eating places in the surrounding area and stored our baggage until check-in time when we arrived early

We added this one-night stay after our flight from the USA was changed to a day earlier than originally planned. Scenic Copenhagen has a good location and we enjoyed walking around the nearby lake to get some exercise after a long flight.... after a while in the vicinity for a group tour, we realize what a great location it is.

Service and location where all really good !! The room let its self down by feeling like it was overdue a refresh with the bathroom showing signs of wear and black mould on the mastic. But overall I good size room but I was expecting better for the money. The breakfast included was a great buffet with a selection of breads cereals scrambled eggs and a few local variations.

We booked the premium king on the top floor great views from the spacious room. Everything was clean and well maintained, with lots of storage space and a safe. Only thing missing was a mini fridge which I like to have to keep water and other drinks in. There was however a water machine on the corridor dispensing cold still and sparkling water. Good choice at breakfast - would recommend not going on the hour - as was a bit busy.
