Nice stay First stay at the hotel Didn't know you had to ask for clean towels - would have liked to know Unfortunately - ended in a stress-situation as the key suddenly didn't work. Could not get to my room to get my luggage - had to go to the reception 3 times. It ended up with somebody from reception who came to the room and unlocked the day.
