Great stay and location. Would recommend to a friend. Quiet strip location and close to food hall for quick bite. Cozy hour was great and charming way to meet other guests.

Great location - easy walk from Norreport Station. Tons of pubs & food vendors nearby. Hotel was very clean, friendly. Especially liked cozy hour! Didn't have any meals on site but restaurant looked great.

The location was good for us. The eat-in breakfast was good but a bit pricey. There is another another choice with a sister hotel which is a hot breakfast. Rooms were very, very clean.

Nice room, perfect location, sttaf and service we3ry well

Nothing to complain about. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Rooms are very small and beds are not that comfortable. Bathroom needs a lot of work; shower is just in corner of room with a curtain but water goes all over the floor; they don't have tissues or washcloths! Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Location was good too! If you're only there for 1 or 2 nights it should be just 'OK'! Wouldn't stay there any longer than 2 nights.

Hotel is perhaps OK by European standards but lacks most of the amenities one comes to expect in a U.S. hotel. Example-no hand towels, wash cloths or clocks. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good location for people who want to explore the city.

I liked the hotel. Quirky design, helpful staff, close to the city center but far enough away to avoid the throngs of people.

My experience at this hotel was painful. We arrived in the evening - after a long day's travelling only to find the hotel had oversold it's rooms and my reserved room was not going to be honored. Staff at the front desk had been dealing with unhappy customers all day. 28 of the rooms had been double booked it seems. And staff divulged that this was not the first time this error had happened. So, we were told to wait until staff could call another hotel to see if there was room for us. Funny, if they had been dealing with this all day why hadn't they block booked a bunch of rooms at another hotel so that we would not have to wait around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small and nothing fancy. It was expensive but everything in Copenhagen is very expensive. (e.g. a $13 large hamburger at an American fast food joint, luckily we don't eat fast food). The location is OK. Parking is not included and is expensive. The room rate is about the regular rate without breakfast.

Although they don't really take requests they still honored one we had ahead of time. The room was perfect, we had one of the round front corner suites. Also this hotel is in a neighborhood close to everything, public transportation, bikes, etc. They don't tell you but there is a wonderful 7-day a week farmers market two blocks away and a variety of great restaurants within walking distance (the italian one in the hotel is very good). The gym you can use at their sister hotel across the back yard is a let down, so plan on using another local gym. The staff is top notch though and very gracious and helpful.

Stayed for three night over New Year's and had a great time. Ours was a very small room, but perfectly decent and clean, and great value. I imagine it can get a little noisy from street noise, so perhaps request a room facing the court yard and/or fairly high up.

Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful...even supplied umbrellas for us on rainy day. Location is good for a first visit to Copenhagen. Most key tourist sites within easy walking distance. Be sure to take the canal ride. Room is typical European, i.e. small, but nice.

Good location, helpfull staff, clean bed linen, great restaurant. The only complaint is that it is always hard to reservate a table to lunch or dinner, maybe due to the fashion week. Cheers!

The Ibsens hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around on foot to many sights. The room was small but clean. The most interesting thing about the room was the bathroom. It was the size of a closet and included a toilet in one corner, a small sink in another, and a shower head in another. It worked. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff was friendly I would recomend the hotel for those looking for a clean place to stay at a resonable price.

This hotel is within 4 blks. walking distance to the Stroget and one of the train stations. The staff was helpful and courteous. The dining room and breakfast was very nice. We had a top floor room which was quite quiet and spacious. The room was very basic and clean on the most part- except for the stained or soiled carpet, furniture a bit older with narrow twin beds. We would recommend this hotel for value.

Ibsons Hotel was at a good location to any sights because it was near a train station. But it was very noisy at night because there was a bar close to it. People screamed until 4 am. We only got few hours to sleep. The amenities in the room were very poor. The mattresses on the beds were very thin like 2 inches, the pillows were too soft, there was not even one shelf in the bathroom to hold shampoo and conditioner. By the way, the hotel didn't provide any shampoo and conditioner either. We couln't believe this is a 3 star hotel. There was one thing we will give them an A+. They had the best breakfast with great selections, and their restaurant served great food.

This was a good hotel for us since it was in walking distance from downtown Copenhagen, Tivoli, and many sights. Plus it was near the river for running in the morning. A very good breakfast is included in the moderate price. Room was small but adequate, with a very comfortable bed. There are lots of little restaurants nearby, too.

The famous Stroget is only a few blocks walk - great! Also there are many small restaraunts & cafes nearby the hotel or if you walk to the Stroget. Directions from Norrestrand Train Station are really bad. What should have been a 5 minute walk turned into a 20 minute search for the hotel. We had to drag our suitcases over cobblestone roads, dodge the thousands of bicyclers, & stop for directions a few times. I would recommend either A) call the hotel and ask for turn by turn directions or B) take a cab. The hotel is pretty old feeling, bathrooms tiny - overall not anything spectacular really. But breakfast & internet were included in which were great amenities! Got the job done.
