It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I did not use any of the facilities, restaurant, etc., just the bed and bathroom. Both were perfectly sized and comfortable. My only nit would be the tiny elevators that barely fit four people, but at least there are 3 of them all in working order. Location was great, close to everything. My advice: skip the in-house breakfast and go to one of the many nearby -- Espresso House next door, or Intensia or Emmerys across the street.

Central Location, easy to reach from airport. Nice Breakfast

First, we arrived and desk states “oh you have a double room, wouldn’t you rather have two twins?” The was the desk look at my wife and I (mixed race couple) I could see the disapproval. I reported it and was told the next day I was being offered a superior upgrade, that it was a misunderstanding. I said ok, I will take it then.... it never happened. Rooms old dirty, fraying carpets, sagging bed, poor climate control. Minute toiletries. Breakfast buffet and distance to transit were the only plus. I can not call this overpriced hotel a four star, basic 3 in my opinion. I feel so ripped off and offended by this hotel. Insincere.

staff was great, location was great, breakfast was great but property was old and dated, and they charged me $75 for another person in the room

Dear Guest I’m very sorry to hear that you were left with a unsatisfied impression of the hotel. It seems like front desk have failed to communicate properly about the upgrade. We are truely sorry about the misunderstanding.
