I’ve been a Worldmark owner for 20 years Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. We were given a special needs room for some reason and everything in the room was lower for wheel chair accessibility. The room was nice with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Coffees Maker, etc. bring sugar and cream for the coffee. The hide-away bed is not very comfortable but if kids are sleeping there it’s not so bad. Full gym, pool, hot tubs, BBQ grills. Only blocks from many casinos (walking distance). Lots of parking above and below ground. Although it’s blocks from Virginia street, it’s not the best area They have shuttles as well.

As a Worldmark member I rarely review like this. However the Reno WM staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The friendliness went from housekeeping to check in desk. No requirement to go to another desk for a parking pass and get hassled over owner update meetings; pushing another sales presentation on you after a long drive. Just check in and relax. We did. Our guests did as well. The room was clean the property as well. Just good ol' folk.

Our WorldmarkReno stay was truly a delight and from the moment we arrived until the time to check out our stay was above and beyond our expectations. Even when the snows came the staff was professional and very courteous at all times and had the drive and walkways clear and were willing to help when we needed them. The apartment we stayed in had all that we needed, plus some, to make our stay as perfect as possible. If you get a chance and stay here you will not be disappointed. Again: staff was top-notch and they took an interest in me as an individual. I happen to mention that I served in Vietnam and Jeff that happened to be manning the front desk struck up a very interesting conversation with knowledge about ‘Nam that made my stay even more comfortable than I expected.

To be honest, I was forced to be here because this is where my work booked me for the week. Location: in the downtown hood of Reno ... Front desk: on the slow side .. and completely not helpful.. snowing like crazy and they couldn't even find me a scraper Housekeeping: non -existent - no one comes near you until you've been there 8 days- one teeny garbage can - one bottle of shampoo- one soap .. Room: decent enough if you're a family- I don't cook - but ok if you need a full kitchen and full size refrigerator Amenities: I didn't get a chance to use anything b/c I was so busy. But it's a ton of kids running around .. Not ideal for a business traveler like myself.. shame on my employers..and NEVER again!!

Samona was very nice and friendly and explained in details about the shuttle, coffee, chocolate, sauna and more. She went outside to hold open the doors for us. Place was very quite and walking distance to Sands & the Row

We have been members for 10 years. We have stayed here several times. It's very close to all of the downtown activities. Always very nice staff and great rooms. I would highly recommended this Worldmark.

Worldmark Reno has it's pluses and minuses. It's like a lot of Worldmark properties where they go cheap on certain things. The bed was comfortable, but really you can't put a king instead of a queen. Overall layout is good, but the toilet/shower area is always too small. And why do they insist on still having circular toilets instead of oval ones like every other place you stay in. The worst thing is the neighborhood, and in fact if you are on the east facing rooms, you get a terrific view of druggy invested motel/apartment complex. Broken windows, ac units falling out, shopping carts in the parking lot, possible crime get the picture. If you're gonna stay here, used the underground parking lot, although it's not close to big enough for all the rooms.

The service was good. Small however comfortable rooms. The area around the hotel is not too safe. Near the Reno arch, el Dorado, Circus Circus. Also near the University and the planetarium Reno is not my type of a city.

We stayed here for 5 nights in a second floor one bedroom condo. The condo was clean but disappointed with only a queen bed since it was a handicap accessible room. We did not use the pool or hot tub but the area was clean and well kept. Housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Desk staff was very favorable and helpful to us, especially since we arrived early and before our unit was available.Elaina was especially helpful with the wifi and making certain we were happy with the resort. Location is great for doing the riverwalk and the downtown casinos. The shuttle is convenient at night for picking you up from locations so you don't have to walk. Only suggestion is the stay to the east of the location for walking. Property on the west side of Arlington not so friendly looking.

Worldmark Reno is located close to restaurants and the River Walk area. The room was clean and very spacious. We always felt safe and enjoyed coming and going on our daily trips in Reno or nearby trips to Lake Tahoe or to other lakes in the area. We often walked from the property to see the downtown area.
