This place is great, the staff was great (I think the front desk clerk's name was "Tii," I'm not positive ---- but she was super friendly while I was working out the details of my reservation. The room was great. Thank you so much for helping me out during a spur of the moment hotel change during my visit. The airport shuttle in the morning was an excellent perk and the driver was super friendly. A great experience, and I will be staying here for my future visits to Reno (kids attend school here). I ordered pizza from Pizza Guys and it was delicious. Thank you so much for all your help,

The hotel was cery clean and hospitable. They provide aurport pickups on request which was really helpful along with the olace being only 5 mins away from the airport, it was quite convenient for the overnight stay to start our journey towards lake tahoe. The staff was also quite receptive and welcoming. King suite rooms had cozy bed and were well amenated. Breakfast was also pretty good.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. We had difficulty reaching the front desk to get a shuttle from the airport. We were on hold for 15-20 minutes and then had to call back because no one came to get us. It was frustrating.

The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast were all great and we were pleased. The room air conditioner next to the bed made sleeping a little tough, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Unfortunately, when we left the next morning, we discovered that there was NO GAS in our rental car. We have no actual proof, but we think someone siphoned the gas out during the night. We informed the front desk and they said an investigation will be done.

I like the Hyatt Place properties in general. This one has a great location right across the street from the airport so you can easily walk to the airport. Nice Jim. Most of the employees were pretty great as well. Only challenge was the cleanliness of the room. There were some stains on the carpet and furniture and the floor was dirty and sticky.
