Hyatt Place Reno Tahoe Airport

3.0 out of 5.0

Check in and out was easy, the customer service was excellent, shuttle took 3-5 mins o the airport everything was wonderful!

Highly overpriced, especially given the worn and uncomfortable beds, dingy overall rooms, and uncaring attitude of the staff... not a fan of complaining, but definitely won't be back!

Amazing hotel, would prefer the same hotel in my next visit.

Hotel seems like new and is convenient to the Airport in Reno and to freeway access. Nothing was more than 10 minutes from the Hotel. Hotel is clean, staff is competent, friendly and efficient. Breakfast is nice. Overall, our stay was just great.

All good, no problems, no issues, I'd stay there again.

All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. And the breakfast was exceptional.

We try to visit our child who goes to UNR once a month and on our last visit, our regular hotel was fully booked. I've given this place a chance and we were actually very happy. No casino in this place which really helps us breathe easily considering we have asthma/allergy. The place has indoor pool and free continental breakfast which the entire family enjoyed. It was a great stay and would recommend to everyone.

Well equipped spacious room, very comfortable bed, good breakfast. Walking distance from Airport. Everything else requires a car (10 minutes drive to downtown). Air conditioner is rather noisy.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The room itself was big with a very comfortable bed. I saw that they had an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub which I was very disappointed that I didn't bring a swimsuit for. It was a bit pricey but I would of rather stayed here than an older hotel downtown. The only con was that it was about a 10 minute drive to downtown which in all wasn't even that bad.

Stayed for a weekend. Great staff, location & amenities. Airplane noise is non-existent. Will definitely stay again. However, the heater is in my room was loud and didn't heat room to my satisfaction.

it was fine, i was only there for a few hours before my flight anyway. i'd totally do it again. convenient.

Went to Reno for a sporting event @ the Reno Sparks convention center. We decided not to get a resort hotel on the Reno strip. Hyatt is only 5+ mins away from convention center by car. We stayed at a huge resort previously and it probably took us much longer to get to convention center because you had to walk past an army of people, walk a ways to the huge parking lot to get out. Free breakfast and WiFi. Lovely and inviting reception area. Overall great value and great hotel.

Lovely room with great breakfast that came with it's very reasonable price. …. Four stars instead of five only in comparison to famous hotels around the world. … Highly recommend if access to the Reno Airport is desired and you don't need gaming or a golf course.

Great staff and great location near the airport. I would highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and convenient to airport but I didn't think the value matched the price

This was a very nice, clean and new Hyatt near the Reno airport. There wasn't really a restaurant but the self service food was actually very good and the bar served decent wines. Overall a good value for an airport hotel.

Great overall experince. Extremely convenient. Staff did everything possible to provide superior service.

O well, this is nice hotel....but probably this is my luck....i stay hotel with bed bug...plus this room just got painted with strong odors.... o well...

The location was quiet even though it was located near the airport. It would have been nice to have an outside pool but I don't know the winters here. The whole place still smells new. It was a nice place to cool off after the Hot August Nights car show.

If you're staying in Reno and need to be close to the airport, this is the place to stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait for anything. Received rides to and from the airport without hassle. We have no complaints. The room was fairly nice, and definitely worth the price.
