Property itself looks good like new. Very comfortable and clean-fresh beds. There is kitchen in the room with microwave and stove, but it would also nice to have coffee machine or kettle in the kitchen and some cups and plates, cutlery. Also cleaning staff would do their job better: there is dust on the surfaces and food drops in the microwave and fridge.

WOW!!!! MUST READ

My family came from California and was looking for something nice and quiet well we happened to find this hotel and let me tell you something..... THIS IS THE BEST DAMN HOTEL!!! Right from the start it was great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with kindness and the smell of a brand new hotel (45 days old as of 8-31-25) the check in was super fast and very easy. Once we got to our room (119) and opened the door we loved it. Full size fridge with a nice stove but bring your own cookware. The beds were so comfortable and we all had the best sleep. We definitely will be returning to this wonderful hotel. Thank you also to the lady who was working the front desk the morning of September 1 who fixed the hot chocolate machine for my kids which made them both very happy. So if you're looking for a nice hotel away from all the big hotels downtown (but only 15 minutes away from all the action) then stay here and thank me later.

Clean, new but very minimal.

We arrived in the afternoon and appreciated being allowed to check in at 3:00 pm (normally 4:00 pm). The hotel is brand new, very clean, and in a perfect location with plenty of safe parking — we left our e-bikes on our SUV every night without any issues. The room itself was very basic and minimal. Only one towel and washcloth were provided per person, and there were just three pillows for two guests. There was no blow dryer, and while the room had a kitchen, you had to pay extra for a dish pack. Housekeeping isn’t offered for stays under seven days, so if you want fresh towels, you need to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange. The front desk staff wasn’t very personable and couldn’t answer our questions about the EV charger. Morning coffee was just from a machine, nothing special. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, WiFi and satellite TV were free, and overall the property felt safe. For a short-term stay it worked fine, but very much a BYOS (bring your own stuff)

Dried mud all over floor. Dirty comforter and long black hairs on shower wall. The room did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned after last guest. Slowest check-in I’ve ever experienced. Was excited for a new hotel- but will not be staying here again. Do not recommend.

Rude manager, bare bones stay

I was curious about this place but immediately put off by the remarkably rude manager. He was curt and dismissive to me and also the female hotel staff. I’d hoped for better and booked mostly because it’s new and presumably clean but definitely would not stay here again.

So no one told us we needed crates for our emotional support chihuahuas and that our babies couldn't be left unattended the lady Shay was so rude and uncomfortable unaccommodating, along with management. When we spoke to cally she said the dogs weren't a problem no crates were needed. We traveled 4 hours for my husband birthday and one getting here had to wait for someone for 25 minutes to help us. Them they refused to cancel the reservation even though I had booking insurance and blaitenly treated us poorly and disrespectful. Them they wouldn't even answer the phone when hotel. Com was trying to resolve the situation. It was horrible and stressful especially being disabled and traveling all day. I would never regret anyone to echo suites. This place was garbage and very unprofessional desk clerks and management wouldn't even come out to speak to me. Ridiculous.

Hotel was very nice and clean. It also smelt brand new like it was just freshly finished. Room was spacious, ac worked very well, and bed was super comfy. Will definitely stay again when visiting Reno.

Terrible hotel and management , they charged my card 7 nights and they denied it, they asked me to pay again , when I refused they asked me to leave. Unprofessional and rude staff, especially the manager. Be aware to be scammed

Kind of hard to find the place New facility so modern clean etc It’s extended stay do they use that as an excuse for no extra towels, no amenities ( I didn’t bring my own hair dryer) but the extended stays I’ve used before had nicer kitchen area and a dogs or something Just beds here Stretchy sheets and just on bed even though it is new

We came into town for a family funeral and originally had booked with another property through vrbo. That property had double booked and someone was already in the unit and they canceled on us at 9:00 at night. Coming for a funeral this was the last thing we wanted to have to worry about after driving 13 hours. We ended up coming here to echo suites and it was a perfect stay. Much better area and cleaner environment than where we originally were going to stay so we are grateful. We will stay at the echo suite again.
