Room was great, staff was extremely friendly and very sweet to my children. We stayed for two weeks and they made sure our stay was comfortable and made sure we had what we needed. Sheryl was amazing and my kids loved walking through the front doors to get their daily interactions with her, she also went the extra mile to let us know about family/ kid friendly events around the Reno and Sparks area that we never knew about. She really knew how to make it feel like home away from home, and because of that my family will be comming back to this hotel everytime we need a hotel in Reno!

Several things I spent half an hour looking for the place which is hidden way back around behind some boy scout buildings and who knows what. So he with my my GPS navigator he kind of got me in the neighborhood but I just couldn't find the right little complicated driveway to get there. And also I tried calling a number and it rang for 10 minutes and no one answered and I did finally find it with the help of her neighbor neighboring extended. Something okay. The manager of another motel walked me around the corner and pointed out the green neon on the front of the building, but then I drove back around and could not get to it somehow. Oh well. I was happy to finally. Oh when I first went in nobody was at the desk and I had to yell a few times before the lady behind it kind of explained the story. She was in the bathroom. So anyway I was sure glad I made the reservation cuz I am enjoying he room and it's certainly a whole life motel 6 which is going downhill to hell

Staff were professional. The room which had a refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop and microwave in the kitchenette had nothing else in it. NO cups, utensils, plates, paper towels, dish soap, nothing. There was NO coffee pot in the room. 1 used roll of TP and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and the bed and converter were very nice. The hotel is 6 months old so it is still in great condition. The walls are so thin I could hear the people next door snoring and foot traffic all night above me. The entry doors are not setup for ADA access. The price was low. All in all it was safe and comfortable but bare bones minimum
