Staff has rude and aggressive. Problems are yours as they are no help, and aggressive. Problem with my room and they refused to get the manager bc he was busy for the next 1.5 hours and could not be disturbed. Front desk told me if I was not happy they would refund my money and I could find another place to stay. Don’t be fooled into self-parking. You have to walk 2 blocks. Do not attempt walk w darkness or female. I’m not exaggerating. Plus it’s $5 in and out each time.

Awesome dog friendly hotel! Great place to escape the casinos and get some rest and relaxation but close enough to head over when you ready to gamble. Great happy hour as well!

It was clean. Enjoyed the amenities. Bathrooms were a little small.

That there is no casino. Quiet, welcoming property.

Enjoyed my stay and will recommend and will be coming back! 😌😌

Overall it was a nice stay. Room was nicely decorated for my bday. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel, but there was a lot of dog hair in the room (we own a pet, so it wasn’t a big deal for us - but for others, it might). And in the window sill, a bunch of gnats (they weren’t bothersome as they stayed by the window). No water bottles were in the room. Besides that, it was pleasant & we would stay again.

Thoughtfully designed and spacious rooms, a very beautiful hotel

The front desk staff was not very nice and not helpful. The valet was amazing and the men that worked it hustle and are very polite. The elevators break a lot and the staff seemed put off because people reported it.

Loved this hotel! Only problem was inconvenient parking unless you use valet. SO pet friendly. I loved that there was a small dog park just a very short walk away. Great interior design nice staff. Clean rooms. Great food at the restaurant. WILL stay again if I'm in Reno again.

We really liked this hotel. The room was comfortable and the view was nice. Parking is off site, not sure if I missed that on the website or if it wasn’t stated - either way it wasn’t really a deal breaker. The only complaint that I had was the front desk when we arrived. We had just driven ten hours from Rexburg, ID and neither we nor the car looked out best. Having said that, I really don’t need any hotel staff member giving either me or my daughter a once over and look of disgust - that was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Hotel was advertised on website for non-smoking. Upon checking in and going to our room on the 16th floor, we could smell the smoke from someone on the floor smoking. We asked to be upgraded to a larger room, away from smoke and pay extra, but because we had booked through Expedia, it could not be accommodated. We were then transferred to the 15th floor, after going into the room, one of the double bed looks like it was never made or someone had been laying down. At this point, we were exhausted from driving with the traffic, we stayed put. Water was very slow draining from the tub, toilet same issue. Not worth the price, Reno need better hotels!

No smoking, no casino, pet friendly, climbing gym on site. Always enjoy out stay.

Love the non smoking, no gambling, health oriented theme of the hotel. Staff was awesome, friendly and committed. Was slightly disappointed in the limited menu because I remember the full menu. Missing seafood. Laura, Mo and Maria in the executive lounge were amazing. I guess you could say we were happy with the experience. Thanks for making the Reno experience a step above,

Staff was friendly and responsive to my many needs and desires

Parking garage was terrible. Not safest. Had to cancel our 1st.night late at night because the computer was down and could not be issued a key to the room. Really? Major inconvenient to find a room last minute.

Hello Samantha, We're very sorry to hear that your stay was anything less than exceptional. We'd first off like to apologize for the challenges you experienced with the elevators during your stay. We were in the last stages of our renovation project and there was a brief moment where our elevator went down. Our engineering team worked diligently to resolve the issue as fast as possible. In regards to the front desk staff, we will investigate with our operations management to ensure that our staff communicates elevator wait times and reports more effectively. We hope to have the chance to make things right by you in the future. Sincerely, Whitney Peak Hotel Management
