Enjoyed my stay. It had everything I look for in for in a good hotel.

This resort fee is ridiculous---just what exactly am I supposed to be resorting ? And you have increased it!! Why did Harrahs stop the Rio shuffle.? I used that shuttle regularly and left $$$ at both hotels. A terrible marketing plan? These hotels are not concerned about we tourists-- only thing is money. we tourists do not need all that glitter and gold on the hotels. We want a clean room at a reasonable price with reasonable food, prices! Lastly get rid of those pushy people at the entrance trying to,give me free things. very annpying. I would rather that they welcome me to,Harrahs.

We have visited Las Vegas several times. We usually stay at Excalibur or New York New York, so we wanted to try something a little closer to the center of the strip. I was really impressed with the room when we walked in and they had a nice modern twist on their decor. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows had the feathers poking through so they made us uncomfortable all night. We were given the option to opt out of housekeeping for a $20 in-hotel voucher toward food or drinks, so we did. I asked what exactly we wouldn’t get then and the lady said basically they just don’t make your bed, but you get fresh towels and toilet paper like normal. That didn’t happen.. we never got clean towels and we ended up using tissues for toilet paper. No big deal, but maybe disclose to customers that if they opt out they may have to go ask for some themselves from the front desk? Otherwise, it was awesome. We would stay again, especially since it was so close to everything we loved to do.

Was a nice place to stay, clean, lots of choices for food, gambling, shows, etc.ONly drawback was pool was closed, but probably too cold anyway in february. Good location, would do it again.....

Check in was easy. Room was clean. The bed was not comfortable. Very hard. The bathroom is DARK!!. It is impossible to put on makeup. I had to get the flashlight on my phone to see myself. The mirror is small and the plug is too far away. You can't curl your hair and see in the mirror very well. This is a deal breaker. Hated this bathroom so its a no go for future stays. Pool was closed....What?? Not cool. Why do we pay a resort fee when we can't use the only amenity we want to use. And $14.99 for a days internet!? Why is this not just part of the resort fee? I was really disappointed. We won't be back.

We enjoyed the ease of parking and the fact that we didn't have to walk far to either get out of our room and downstairs and out to the strip. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at check-in.

Only poor comment is the hallways to my room had some smells....service was good..check in and out was quick and helpful..food was good..central to alot of sites and activities..prices fair with no surprizes. could pay more to go big upscale...would stay there again.

Harrahs is perfectly centered in the middle of The strip . Staff was excellent and the room was great . I liked the fact the monorail has a stop at this hotel . We also really enjoyed the band at the piano bar . They had 2 brothers that did an outstanding job keeping the crowd engaged. There was only a couple things I didn’t care for . The first was the prices on food and beverage in the hotel . $4 for a bottle of water ? $23 at the breakfast buffet ? But there are places within walking distance to eat that are reasonable . By far the worst thing at the hotel is the timeshare people that are literally at every door swarming you every time you pass them . We stayed 4 days and we’re stopped 8-10 Times a day . If harrahs would get rid of them I would Rate it 5 stars .

Check in was a long wait. Key for parking didn't work went back to the front desk was told I needed to wait in the long line again which made us late for my show reservation. Was promised a $10 credit if we didn't get our room serviced. This was not documented on our record. Lady who checked us out had to call for approval. Pillows in the room were small and only 3 were in the room. Had to call for more. The only person who gave us excellent service was Katie at the Mac King show. Hats off to Katie.

Lots of opportunities. Winnings not very generous

This was the most terrible place ever!!! Never never will I go to Harrahs again!!!!

Disappointing, no room amenities- no coffee pot, only 2 paper cups in room, not enough towels, long check in lines; given wrong key; lobby not welcoming; worst place I have stayed in Las Vegas out of 7 trips- will not stay there again

The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. It's access to the rooms from the garage is fast unlike some other hotels and it's location is great.

Great location, had a great experience with staff.

Terrible hotel. The lights in my room did not work. My room was not cleaned and they blamed me, saying I probably left the do not disturbed sign on the door or I was in the room. That day I left my room at 07:30 and returned at 4pm. No sign on door either. Terrible service!!! I had to call an attendant every time I left the garage because my room key would not work. My key was reprogrammed 3 of my 4 nights and still never worked. The last day I just gave up. Stay in your car and you will be much more comfortable and no idiots to deal with.

NO FRILLS HOTEL, NOT AS GLITZY AS OTHER CASINOS ON STRIP.

We have stayed here before, the staff are always friendly and the rooms is clean. Just low when it comes to amenities and other bells and whistles.

Great location, nice price (but when did Vegas self-park stop being complimentary), very good food court and comfortable larger than expected room.

It was a good time, something different but the fremont experience is more fun than staying on the strip in my opinion.

Room was fairly dirty, zero view in Room 5021. Disappointing.
