Harrah's Hotel and Casino Las Vegas

The carpets looked like they were 50 yrs old and never been cleaned ... very disgusting ...

No water, no fridge, no closet, no place to put your clothes, no chargers for devices, no light in the bathroom, but a $45 per night resort fee. Go figure. Never again!

The food court was in a great location with a housekeeping opt out for a daily $10 credit which was a good deal. Staff was nice and loved Ollie and Erwin from the taco stand. We highly recommend Harrah's

This hotel is center strip and in a great accessible area. The front desk staff was amazing. The room was better than I expected. Overall a great place to stay especially for the price on the strip.

Very nice and close to everything we needed. We vised Hoover Dam

Smell of cigarette smoke, terrible bed and pillows. Overall clean room at a reasonable price but would have stayed a little further away for renovated rooms in hindsight.

Minus the very fruity air freshener that was circulating throughout the entire building, I would highly recommend Harrah’s. Central location, reasonable prices. Pool sucks but who cares! P

The newly remodeled part of the hotel is very nice! Comfortable beds, smells very clean and lots of good food right at the hotel.

Great vacation, but the hotel room was below par. Not a bad hotel, but I believe it is overpriced. My brother who got a room as well, paid 25 more, but received an extremely good hotel room. My room should have been cheaper than it was.

Great, cheap hotel! It doesn't have the wow factor like other hotels/resorts, but the room was updated, everything was easy to get to, great location on the strip!

Great place at a prime location on the strip. Casino is not as big/fancy as some of the others - but rooms are great.

I upgraded the room to a 2 bedroom suite and the suite was nice. couple lights were out and one of the toilets was hard to flush

This hotel is just worn out. Don't stay in the Mardi Gras Tower. My AC would not cool the room down below 69 degrees. The wait at check in and check out was terrible. Even though they have self check-in / check-out Kiosk's they directed me at both occasions to the front desk where I waited for over 30 minutes both times. And by the way, they hide the parking fee. So by the time you pay the "resort" fee and the "parking" fee you need to add another $40 to your room charge per night. What's next Harrah's......escalator and elevator fees?

Room was nice very large for 2 ppl nice tub, no shower door was odd. Concierge was asked to make reservation for 40th bday party with cake for nice steak house at freemont experience and failed miserably. She sent us to the Freemont hotel with a reservation for a steakhouse in freemont California! Needless to say we had to scrounge for food for 6 at the last minute and tony Romas was not birthday dinner quality but the food was cheap and the service sucked! Also Harrah's concierge is an outside vendor and all they did was tell me they'd send me a $25 gift card to resruraunt.com which I never got.

Meals were high and the wait at the machines for drinks were slow.

The concierge was extremely helpful when the lobby kiosk said our room was not ready 4 hours after check in started.

Was very disappointed that there was no refrigerator in room.

Great service, friendliness, quick response to room door not locking.

We had never stayed at Harrah's - only eaten the buffet before. We booked because Orbitz had a great deal for a one night booking and were so impressed. The view was great, the beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless and there were refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps in the shower (yay for the environment). They also had auto check in machines which made check in and out effortless and quick (no lines) - Next time we stay in Vegas in June we will be back!

We went as a group of two couples with separate reservations. The other couple received vouchers for food and other stuff for staying there for the firat time and we did not.
