I enjoyed my stay only things rooms need to be updated a lot the door was hard to close carpet was old but clean just new to be a little modernizing

the room was good. however there was NO coffee pot or little fridge in the room. That was disappointing.

The shower has no door on the newly opened tower. It charge's $22/day to stay there which is not fair

The hotel location is great. I enjoyed the Fulton restaurant.

The room was beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great with a nice variety.

Excelente ubicación y precio accesible pero ya luce antiguo y para ser Las Vegas es un hotel bastante sencillo. Le hace falta una renovación, ya que de todas maneras hay que pagar el resorte fee, así que por un poco más hay otras opciones cerca también.

Stayed at Harrah’s Las Vegas. Beautifully remodeled rooms, great restaurants, good rates, and all right in the heart of the strip. Stayed there before and will continue to do so.

Beware with Wi-Fi, yes its free but they need to put "another" hold on your credit card and when they do end up crediting you in can take days of not weeks. Its like why charge the resort fee? Ice machine was broken and we were told to take an elevator up or down to get more. After a 6 hour drive we asked them if they could bring us some....they did and we were charged for it.

In general Everything is good, but they charge for parking.

Mold on the walls ,cockroaches in the bathroom.talk to the hotel staff about it and they said cockroaches are normal .

Any Place that Charges an Combat disabled Veteran a extra $22 for a Handicap Shower is nothing but Sorry. This never happen before and I been in Las Vegas many Times. I also feel like posting this in Areas for my Military Friends to see this,so this don't happen to others.

The hall smeled so bad I was sick! I guess my complaint didn't bother them, other people got to move.

Great stay. Entertainment was excellent. Piano bar was awesome

Curtains were coming down , Furniture was all scratch up, Bathroom water would not turn of had to call front desk, keys would not work, no water glasses in bathroom to take medicine ask housekeeping she replied she didn't have any , although some were brought the next day

I think the restroom door in our hotel room should have a closing door. I did not like how it was a sliding door and everyone in the room could see and hear everything i was doing. A little embarrassing.

Very clean room although a little dated and slightly weird odor. Casino is excellent, staff is very professional and super friendly. Great food selection.

The staff were friendly and gave excellent service.

They made us feel very comfortable. Enjoyable experience.

We were very disappointed with the overall service of the hotel. For example, front desk staff and food manager thought pool was closed for season, however it was open with lifeguards. Cocktail waitress Anna was RUDE!

Jack hammering over your head so loud it was terrible. When we asked to move they talked us into staying Said they would give us 2 of our nights free. Whe we went to check out they did not do this. They told us that the way we booked the room did not allow them to credit us. They should of called us back and at that point moved us. They did not keep up with their side of the agreement. Not going back.
