The stay was comfortable and all. I got dehydrated and went downstairs for help. All I got was a “you can’t sleep here”, When I clearly told them “I’m dehydrated and need water” while on the floor. Uncaring security. Did not feel safe.

I had a great experience and enjoyed the updated rooms and amenities.

Everything was fine with the experience. The only bad part was, as I was checking out, the siren was going off and a recorded voice only said "We're investigating the source." Why panic people if you don't know what to panic them about. Wait until there is an identifiable problem.

Like location cleanliness. The television options are not good! That needs to change!

We visted at the onset of the pandemic. Staff and amenities were as as could be expected at that time. Lack of amenities was not the fault of the facility.

Checkin is very late 4 pm, and checkin out is very early 10 am

Everything was great aside from all the construction.

Like design of room. Was offered a room with terrible view despite hotel having lots of vacancy. (Coronavirus)

The room view did not exist. All we could see were pipes and concrete. The bathroom had no shower curtain or door. It was part glass that allowed the shower water to splash all over the floor. Also, there was no closet, and the space to hang up clothes was located IN THE BATHROOM. Whenever we took showers, our clothes became damp because they were hanging in the bathroom.Lastly, the $40 daily resort fee is just robbery. Why wasn't that fee covered in my overall package deal, but had to come out of my pocket separately?
