No refrigerator in the room. and the bed not comfortable at all.

Parking is terrible for tbe big car and people are so rude

Have stayed at this resort before and the hotel and service have went way down. Had people in the room next to us that were doing karaoke and staff didn’t care. Hallways smelled so strongly of marijuana that it was ridiculous. Bathroom was not clean at all and the view was of a wall with roof vents. The filter in the room hadn’t been changed in over 6 months and the date was even written on it When I called and told them my issues the girl at the front desk said well you didn’t ask for a view. Seriously? I didn’t know I needed to say I didn’t and to look at a wall literally. Wouldn’t stay again because there service was hideous this time!!!

We enjoyed our brief stay. The design of the shower is inefficient without proper coverage (only half is covered by the glass pane and was without anything to deter water from unnecessarily getting on the bathroom floor). Room was kept clean. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Hotel rooms need renovation. Reserved 2 queen bed room for extra money. Had to settle for a king bed room and a roller bed which was very uncomfortable. No power outlets to connect personal electronics. Location was good as it's on strip and close to other big casinos.

I have no complaints. My room was adequate, the restaurants are decent, and the live music in the Piano Bar and the Carnival Court is great.

From the newly well appointed rooms to the super service, everything was great at Harrah's.

From the moment I got there to the moment I left The staff was super friendly to me. Room was clean and I even got an upgrade. Overall a good hotel

I was surprised how nice the rooms are,big and clean!!, -The Casino is also clean and nicely organized, I would stay in Harrah's again if I return to Vegas !, It's good that I did not listen to the bad reviews I read online- I did not observe any of them. Our Harrah's hotel stay was great !!. Location is also perfect, middle of the strip which is convenient, we took the Bus going back and forth on the strip, $8 good for 24 hrs.--it was easy to check out all the Casinos and Downtown Fremont street.. WE HAD A GREAT TIME !! THANK YOU

We stayed here for 4 days and the room presented on the site was not even close to what we received. The room was dirty and so small that we were trampling over each other suitcases. There was so much dirt around the edges of the walls that it seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We didn’t even have enough towels in our room for us to use. What’s the point of asking the total number of people of your party. The hotel charges $12.00 a day for parkinng. I would never stay here again because for the price I paid, I could have stayed at a better hotel just a block from the strip.

Pay for parking and the parking gates failed each time. Customer waiting 10 minutes just to drive out. Bed in the room was worn out and needs to be replaced.

Overall very good. Room was lacking poor lighting, extremely loud air conditioner. Hair dryer needs to be replaced.

I stayed at Harrahs with my family as it was to be a great hotel. The rooms looked like nothing pictured. They were dirty and the staff was rude. Will not bo back.

I already got in late. Once I got to the hotel I went to the self check in, it started my room wasnt ready. Then I got in line which took at least 45 mins. They should have had more staff if it's a peak time for them. I get to the counter and the king size room was not available. She did upgrade it. The bed didn't make a difference to me. I did want a late check out but was charged. That I didn't care for. If the things I wanted wasnt made available to me then I believe that sound have been complimentary. The stay was overall ok

Self parking has to paid, even you living in this hotel, WiFi has to paid! This is the only one hotel that can not give free parking and WiFi, so disappointing, not come back for second time!

It was very nice location was excellent the room needs upgrade but overall very good for price

3 night stay in Mardi Gras room overlooking most of the Strip, just over the McDonalds sign. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

We totally enjoyed our girl’s trip weekend. The price was reasonable and allowed us to spend our money on enjoying Vegas. We found the location convenient to all the venues we wanted to go to. The hotel buffet was great.

The carpets looked like they were 50 yrs old and never been cleaned ... very disgusting ...

No water, no fridge, no closet, no place to put your clothes, no chargers for devices, no light in the bathroom, but a $45 per night resort fee. Go figure. Never again!
