I think the restroom door in our hotel room should have a closing door. I did not like how it was a sliding door and everyone in the room could see and hear everything i was doing. A little embarrassing.

Very clean room although a little dated and slightly weird odor. Casino is excellent, staff is very professional and super friendly. Great food selection.

The staff were friendly and gave excellent service.

They made us feel very comfortable. Enjoyable experience.

We were very disappointed with the overall service of the hotel. For example, front desk staff and food manager thought pool was closed for season, however it was open with lifeguards. Cocktail waitress Anna was RUDE!

Jack hammering over your head so loud it was terrible. When we asked to move they talked us into staying Said they would give us 2 of our nights free. Whe we went to check out they did not do this. They told us that the way we booked the room did not allow them to credit us. They should of called us back and at that point moved us. They did not keep up with their side of the agreement. Not going back.

They ran out of king beds so they gave us two queens instead. No other compensation for their mistake . Just an oh well

While not the newest or nicest hotel on the strip, Harrah's location is exceptionally convenient for anyone attending a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The monorail is directly behind the hotel. It's also within a few minutes (walking) of The Forum, Walgreens, and the Linq Promenade (good restaurants, live music, etc). The price is very reasonable, although I'm not sure what value I got out of the "resort fee". Just for the convenience factor, I'd likely stay here again.

I like the layout of the hotel it's easy to get around no odd layout. The staff is great I was greeted by Carolyn at the front desk she was so nice! The room was recently updated nice modern look to it. Very comfortable. The location is great a bus stop is right out front and a food court inside as well as a couple of restaurants and buffet. There is also a fast food court right outside as well as a Walgreens. Check out was easy.

I have been here a few times & I have always been pleased by the staff at the front desk. Judy & Stella are fantastic!

My suggestion is to upgrade everything. The rooms, floors, pool furniture, etc. no one wants to stay some place that's outdated. I had a pool view and the pool cushions, from what I could see, were supposed to be white but were very black. I refused to use the pool area just because of that.

If you have never stayed at Harrahs before you won't know to ask not to be put in Mardi Gras tower. That tower is old and in fair shape. Was disappointed there was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee makers in room. Beds are hard. Faucet in bath tub would not turn off. Fairly small and aged. Staff was friendly and nice location just would have liked a nicer room.

Great location and great service

Hotel is a very good location for Strip. Casino was very fun. Mardi Gras rooms need to be renovated. Rooms are super outdated and small.

A/c broke three times elevator broke even more. They offered me a 10 dollar a day credit to not clean my room but still no one cleaned it and I asked twice at the front and even asked the maid to but still no one did. My ac kept breaking and I'd wake up drenched in sweat. Just a dump. I've stayed in harrahs San Diego and New Orleans both are nice but the one in vegas never again!

Short stay but a great time. Spent a lot of time in Harrah's casino. Although, did not win it was a fun time meeting a lot of interesting people including staff members.

My bathroom was bigger then my bathroom at home, and while my view of the parking garages was boring, I didn't come for the views from my hotel room. And after a super hot day of walkin around Vegas, comin back to a chilled room as quite refreshing. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were just right. The wifi access was a LOT faster than the last time I stayed circa 2010, with 0 network hiccups. Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Had good experience & enjoyed stay but at check out day had a bad experience. At the time of checking in the lady gave us $ 25 towards food & told 25% more discount if we don't want to replace bed sheets everyday. We agreeed but at checkout day the staff didn't want to honor the commitment.she kept arguing and waisted 15 to 20 minutes, finally when I told her that I will report the matter to higher ups. Then she agreed. It worth to mention here that during this there was big Q behind us watching all this & waiting for there trun. Khalid Tareen Room:M 1255
