Room wasn't ready upon arrival, and towels sat outside my room for more than 24hours.

Great location on the strip. The room was very clean and spacious with a great view of the pool and the high roller. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate, so no issues there. However, the hotel itself is more like a super 8 than anything. When I arrived, there was a line of 40 people waiting to check in but 1 person helping them. They had 2 people helping with the Platinum members but one for everybody else. Now, let me say, they had automated check-in kiosks, but myself and just about every other person who tried it was told to go to the front desk to check in. Finally, after waiting about 30-40 minutes a hotel employee was helping people use it asked me if I had tried it, I explained I did and he tried it again, (he had to call someone to help setup my reservation), and it worked. Once I got to my room, I was kind of shocked. It was clean, but it was not very nice. No mini fridge, the closet was on the side of a tv credenza, (about 2 feet or more across), with another cubby hole on the other side of the ironing board, etc. They charged $35 /day for a resort fee, (this was for wireless and gym, regardless if you used it). When I went to use the wireless it said it was 15 per day charged to my room, (however, I got that worked out in the end). Everything was super expensive, (which I figured it would be, but still). Would not go back there again.

Very nice hotel, lots to do and see. Perfect location, right in the middle of the strip. The buffet, Flavors was really good. Drinks at Carnival Club were very expensive and the waitress was a little rude.

I found the Express Check In and Check Out to be very convenient and easy to navigate. The Hotel staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. On the negative side, as you would expect from a Strip Hotel, the cost of food there was astronomical! Eleven dollars for a cup of coffee and a sweet roll. Wow! The lunch buffet at Favors was $25.00 and way overpriced. I ate lunch at the Fremont Hotel Downtown for half that much and the food was better. The Hotel Casino was fine and had many options for spreading out your gambling dollars.

Good location. Food options in the hotel were great. Rooms are older. Dusty. In my floor there was a hole in the wall. Mardigras tower floor 6.

The room was clean and cleaned well, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was decent for buffet style food, and overall it was a great time.

Was ok, maid service were ok, thought check in was a little understaffed and slow, otherwise everything else ok

Overall a very good experience. The one negative was the check in. It tool a long time. I think they should of had more than two people working the desk. There was a third but that was for members. Still I was pleased with the property.

Check in wait was a nightmare ! Once we got to the desk the person checking in was wonderful.

Very convenient and affordable. Room was clean and neat although doors shutting (slamming, really) throughout the floor shook my bed and sounded very loud. Room didn't have a hotel directory with location of amenities (e.g. pool) or tv station guide. Appreciated not having children on the floor since they usually keep a much different time schedule.

ok hotel bed mattress could be newer. clean nice staff

I would stay there again. It was reasonably priced and most importantly it was a great location. I'm not sure about other people but, I didn't go to Vegas to stay in the room.

A few months ago, I booked a room through Orbitz and my husband had to go alone due to work emergency. The hotel room was booked in my name, and when my husband arrived, the hotel would not let him check in. They referred him to Orbitz to change the name on the reservation. I called the hotel and offered to send whatever information they may need to facilitate check in, but they refused to help, and referred me to Orbitz, who was not available by phone at that hour. Therefore, we had to pay for a room that was never used. General manager of the hotel and Orbitz refused to make it right, even with credit toward a future stay. Will never spend amother penny at this hotel.

Service wasn't the best, room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was no smoking room, a.c. was not well regulated, it was either too cold or too hot I. The room.. people in adjoining rooms were yelling.. I know it's vegas, but still there is a thing called classy.. not at that hotel... after 1 night I ran away to Bellagio..

The hotel was convenient and in the heart of Vegas FUN. Highroller wheel is a convenient walk. The piano bar entertainment was FANTASTIC! This is the hotel that is not the luxuries of Vegas but it's convenient clean and practical.

One hour wait to check-in to the hotel. Two employees at the desk with a huge line. One was dedicated to waiting on "platinum" customers. Was told by staff that was normal, and it was like that every evening.

nice clean room, great price, great location on the strip. not super luxurious, but well worth the money. would stay again

I like Harrah's, I know the floor plan and can navigate around the hotel easily and it's so convenient to everything. Buck, Winnie and Chips always make me feel welcomed. I always look forward to my visit every year.

only a little hard to find but close to everything walked all over the strip and had a great stay
