Ceiling in our room was damaged and peeling. The maintenance man who looked at it shrugged and said it wasn’t a big deal. No offer to re-room us. It was incredibly loud outside, which was fine, but the air conditioning in the room was roaring the entire weekend, which was even louder and I could hear through the earplugs the hotel provided -_- It was absolutely not worth the price and we will not be staying here again.

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice and super polite! This property has a fair amount of ambient noise. The room is generally quiet. However, both Fremont Street and the downtown events area can be very noisy till late hours.. otherwise this is a great property and if you’re doing things on Fremont or the event center, it’s perfect!.

We stayed at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas in one of the Gold Tower rooms. The room was OK. Just some normal wear and tear. We loved having a mini fridge and coffee maker in our room. On the down side; the bathroom needs a lot of love. Especially in the bathtub/shower area. The bathtub had cracks, mold, stains and drained very slowly. I had shower water up to my ankles in about two minutes!

Our room was right in front of the strand. A band was playing all night till 3am! Next morning went to speak to front desk and the lady was very nice and took off the resort fee, but didn’t accommodate my room change due to nothing being available. That same night I had my DL and Credit Cards stolen from my wallet as I was gambling. Went to report the incident to security which was such a rude old lady . I could hardly hear her due to her being smack right in the middle of the gambling tables and machines let alone it was a huge tall tower that she was inside of . Didn’t help at all. Also it’s really inconvenient walking all the way to check in/front desk when located at the Rush Tower …. That front desk at the Rush Tower should be open and used instead of it sitting there not helping anyone.

Staff was friendly & service was great. The only thing that was a surprise & upset us was when we upgraded our room at the kiosk for check in, was not only did we have to pay for the upgrade, but we also had to pay additional resort fees & kiosk fees as well for all 3 days we were there.

We have stayed at your property for over 40 years too many times to remember and have always enjoyed it immensely. We did try a few other hotels but have always come back to the Golden Nugget. My husband and I are now 78 years old and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last week with you. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Bathroom, sheets, and room were a little dirty. Room smelled like someone had a pet who peed on the carpets bc it smelled. Bathroom had hair in the shower where you’d put your toiletries and the lamp outlets by the bed wouldn’t charge our phones. We had to charge in the bathroom outlet. The strip on the bedside also didn’t charge well. When we called to extend checkout bc we wanted to sleep in. The receptionist had a bothered inconvenience tone and didn’t even say ok or thank you when hanging up. Then someone knocked on our door asking why we didn’t check out yet and THEN they noticed we extended checkout. Then they called again saying we were late on checking out and I had to explain again that we paid and extended check out. Felt rushed to get out yet all rooms around us were empty all weekend. You get what you pay for at the golden nugget for sure; I know that. But when I’m asked for my survey experience, I’m gonna tell you.
