Not impressed. No staff to help check in or out. No room cleaning service unless by request, but not mentioned anywhere. They do “welfare checks” randomly that feel like an emergency when the pubs in the door while looking through the peephole, which tells me it goes both ways. The rim has a phone and they have my contact info there was no reason for that.

Our room was old, sink was cracked, water smelled, beds were too small for two people. Music played from 7:15am to 2am, the music starting @ 7:15am was annoying! Ear plugs strongly encouraged. The main areas of the hotel, pool and casino were very nice.

We requested an adjoining room, but were placed on different floors. The front desk would not listen to our concerns. We were placed in the rush tower, our room was clean but the tub was rusted on the outside and always backing up when you used the shower (didn't drain properly). Waitresses were never around when you wanted a beverage. Also, resort fees are ridiculous, especially when the pool was not open. What are we paying for then?
