The room was basic good enough if you going to be out and about all day and night this is perfect for you. More or a family place.

Not at all what I was expecting they send me to the back building that is far from casino I did not have a fridge as the room on internet said

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, room was very clean and plenty of supplies

Housekeeping came at 11 at night to clean our room and the tv didn't show colr

Pro- easy to find manor building. Quiet, air conditioning, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was great and very professional. Looks like their building water slides for the kids. Great idea for summer fun. Cons- During our stay the hot water was out for close to an hour. So, we couldn't shower. Water technicians came to fix the problem.

When I walked in there were at least 30 people waiting to check in. They quickly added more staff and the process only took 10 minutes. I had recently had surgery and they gave me a room close to everything for $5 more. The room was clean and everything worked right. The carpet in the casino is,dated but other than that everything was nice. Oh I just wish buffet food could be kept a little hotter.

Very nice stay the room was nice and clean very convenient for the kids and adults to have lots of fun and great food.

Had a great time, fantastic experience.... will definitely come back!!!

No parking area for check in. Should have short time parking for check in. Had to ask directions to the taxi since there were no signs for them.

Enjoyed overall hotel, parking not so much. Price was good for what you got.

Hotel that states they cater to families but only has Nick channel for kids. Door was always left open on manor side so we had people that didn't belong walking through. Staff was told this on numerous occasions.

This place attracts many hardcore drug users. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the elevators were packed with people you do not want to see at night. The price is cheap, the hotel room is good... but make sure if you stay there, that you get a "free upgrade" to their Main Tower. The initial "low price" advertised, puts you automatically in their "Motel" which was not mentioned upon booking. Very very very shocking and disturbing.

I expected to have a family fun there but the environment is terrible. Noisy, worn bed sheets, old carpets, dirty bathroom, broken elevators, rude operators, too much to say. One of the worst hotels.

Too much confusion, noise and people. Wasn't expect to have so many people in the looby/reception and waiting so much to do the chack in.

Always great place when you have kids. They are kept busy. They do need to revamp the Buffet. Buffet needs an uplift. The Buffet should offer kid price for 12 and under instead of 11 and under. Most places are always 12 and under. :( Either than that place was great. Also the carnival games are a little to hard to earn the bigger prize. Some of the games you need to win 3 to 4 little prizes in order to win a big prize. That is too much.

So much to do in hotel had to make myself level didnt like to 30.00 aday charge for services i never wanted or used i other than that i enjoyed staff

There was nothing special about this hotel room. I did have to stand in line to talk with an information specialist on two occasions. Both of those staff members were delightful.

Honestly, I was expecting it to be incredibly dirty based off of the price. However, the room was decently clean and actually comfortable. It was quite for being in Las Vegas. I would definitely stay again.

I went to Vegas with my girlfriend and to see Donny and Marie at The Flamingo and hang out at the pool at Circus and eating lunch at the Blue Iguana and having coffee at Starbucks!! When she left Thursday, my husband flew in Thursday night for his Birthday on Friday and we saw the Beatles Cirque du Soleil show at The Mirage and we went to the Venetian and Gondola rides and Italian dinner and Madam Tussaud's, nice hanging out at the pool and trying out the shops on the Promenade at Circus Circus!

Overall good hotel especially if u have kids! Nice because this hotel has a lot to do it in n offers a lot of different food
