The hotel has different towers. A, B, and C towers are just too far away from the main tower. The rooms really need an urgent upgrade. The smell is terrible. I paid $137 usd per night, absolutely not worth it.

Ok place to stay. Don't expect much and you will be happy.

Smells horrible, everything is outdated and looks old, in a non smoking floor and reeked of smoke. Staff mostly unfriendly. Every where i went there was a smell that was unpleasant. Sorry wish i could be more positive. Ok the kid play area looked fun and inviting, that's....about.....it.

A little rundown and dirty, lots of stuff for kids. Lobby and check in parking controlled madness. Spacious and inexpensive rooms made it worth it.

This is an aweful hotel to stay at. Hotel smelled terrible and the condition of the room was dirty and old.

One of the older hotels but still pretty nice would not recommend to my friends my friends do not have children

From check in, we found we were not on site but in the manors about a half a mile from the casino and the strip. Every night throughout the hotel sleep was not possible due to paper thin walls and blasting Mexican techno cranking through, called about noise, no response from staff. I also had a bottle of Armani cologne pinched from my room by the maids. The carpet in the room appeared to be 20 plus years old covered with the DNA of thousands, this is a real low class place that seems to used for drug deals and border jumpers. I have stayed in motel 6 that looked like a palace compared to this s$&thole. I would suggest staying at the freeway underpass with the homeless before staying here, hopefully they will tear this piece of garbage down soon.also the casino is dirty, small, no table games and the the buffet wasnt fit for a dog. Please don't waste a nickel on this joint, cheap in this case means not live able

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and spent a little bit of time in the casino as well.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Was fine for one night. Inexpensive and close to the convention center which is why we stayed. Casino was okay, felt ghetto but at $20/night we couldn't complain.

Please indicate in hotel brochures or collateral if hotel offers senior discounts. I had to inquire at the front desk. Also, the information I received when trying to cancel one night was vague and inconclusive between hotel and booking agent. I probably will not use Orbitz again. With the manor across the street it would be nice to see security more often. On Sunday evening someone knocked on my door but when I went and looked out of the peep hole, no one was there.

Found garbage and dirty towels in our room. What's the reason they're febreezing?????

Worse experience I ever had. I hate to complain or even throw any negative talk to an establishment but this was the worse trip I've been on because of your hotel. Didn't have the room I was promised. Staff act as if I owe them something wasn't friendly at all. Just was a bad experience.

This hotel was on top of the drink service while gambling, but all else was a disappointment. Too crowded, several of kids, ripped up carpet. I would not consider staying here unless you are traveling with kids and want to keep them occupied

Everything was good except no microwave oven, which we badly needed to warm our kid's milk and our food. I would suggest equipping a microwave and a coffee maker in every room.

Out dated, needs a deep cleaning inside and out, would not recommend

Do not upgrade. If asked to upgrade, they will tell you it's just $10 for easy access to the casino and adventure dome, with all the hidden costs, for a 5 day stay, the upgrade cost us an extra $100.

First time at circus last time at circus circus it was OK

checked in at 2am. Was told I would be receiving a single king-sized bed which I already paid for in advance. Go to my room only to find out its 2 beds and at The Manors.. Call front desk and was told that its a first come basis...

Not enough water pressure to take shower, electric wires exposed in plugs, wallpaper peeling of walls, huge water stains on ceiling. Terrible smell...ugh.

The hotel is run down and terrible ventilation. The vegas experience is not with kids running around and stuffed animals. The location is terrible away from everything. I checked out early and bought a different room in the middle of the strip. Advice, spend a little extra money and don't stay at this hotel.
