Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park

The initial room included a water leak from the bathroom, and extended into the bedroom. After speaking to customer service I was assigned a new room (which was updated and in a different building) the room change was free but changed the overall experience. There was several things to do within the hotel that were free and easy to access, but the hotel could use a makeover in several aspects.

The room was so cold when we got in. We turned the air off and had to put a jacket on in the middle of the night. Other than that it was ok.

I stayed in the "Manor Building" of the Circus circus. Room is old and smell of detergent very strong. Not enough light. Not enough electric socket. Casino smell strong. Only good thing is their steak house

I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't offer a toothbrush or a disposable shaver.

It seem to be a left over .. I didn't feel safe there at all .. pretty sure I will never stay there again .

My hotel stay was nice. The selection of channels on the tv was terrible and the ice machine did not work on my floor. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there.

Had a blast would come back. Rooms were clean and staff was good. The time share staff are pushy.

The hotel is very confusing and takes forever to get around. They pump way to much perfume spray in the hallways. The pool area was very disappointing. Do expect anything but tons of kids running around two small pools. Pool chairs are hard to get, they need to get way more considering the size of the hotel. I dont understand what we are paying the 30 resort fee for, you really get nothing for it=not worth it. I would not stay here again unless i got it for under 30 a night. Its far from the main part of the strip we had to do a lot of walking. I would say do no eat the buffet that was a waste of 21 dollars for the brunch. food for sub par at that. We spent little to no time in the room so it was ok for us, but if we did spend more time I would not have liked it.

It was quite an adventure to be in a circus themed hotel. It was like an indoor carnival, the only thing missing was the funnel cakes and turkey legs lol. It was a pleasant stay, lots of things to do at the hotel even if you don't drink or gamble. Great for family. Check-in took a little longer than I'd hoped but there was a long line, however once we were at the front desk it was fairly quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend it to those who are quite easily pleased. We'd love to stay again sometime.

Very relaxing vacation, the beds were great and the restrooms clean for use. No noise complaints either.

If I have the chance to visit Lasvegas again I'll will stay in this hotel

Staff were rrally friendly and best customer service

Good stay on a budget. bed is comfortable. for a hotel that hosts so many children the sink water comes out extremely hot, a burn situation waiting to happen. also the shower is extremely Hot my son almost got burned, the dial is tough to turn and confusing on direction hot/cold.

While the hotel itself feels a little run down, the staff was second to none for me. Always pleasant! I stayed in remodeled area, that did NOT feel remodeled. But room was spotless each day when I came back to it. Bed comfortable! Shower OMG hot! Lol. Overall great experience and good for the budget.

Would stay some where else, advertisements miss leading

One of the bathroom soap was open in the shower ,, listening to music there was knocking on the door from room next to us ...

I really have to give props to the hotel staff! We left our keys on the desk the morning of check out as instructed about 3 hours before check out, thinking were wouldn't be back to our rooms. Allow me to add that I had gotten 2 rooms and they were side-by-side. Anyway, about an 15 minutes after leaving the room, my daughter realized she left her favorite baseball cap in her room. So, we ate breakfast and went back to the front desk where Belinda very sweetly gave me another key. It turns out, I got the room number wrong and had to go back AGAIN to get the right key, where again, the front desk was very kind. We only slept there but, it was a nice sleep. My 16 month old also slept very nicely in the portable crib we rented.

this hotel is a disgrace. it needs to be demolished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our flight was delayed and we did not get to the hotel until after midnight. Even at this hour the line to check in was very long ... and slow moving. When we finally got to the hotel clerk she was incredibly rude. I understand that they were extremely busy, but we managed to be friendly even though we were exhausted from traveling and had to wait in line forever. Then we were sent out of the building and had to trek across their property to the Manor which is not connected to the main building and is completely run down. When we were first told we would not be staying in the actual Circus Circus building we were disappointed but she assured us the room where we were going was quite nice. After dragging our luggage across the street and through parking lots to the last building on the property we arrived at a very run down hotel called the Manor Motor Lodge. Our room was clean but still felt dirty because it was so old, outdated, and had stained carpets. The hotel clerk, building we stayed in, our room, and location of the room from the lobby was far from "nice". As soon as we woke up we left and spent our money elsewhere.
