I didnt like that the jacuzzi wasnt open. The handicap room was not very handicsp enabled well. It was small and had a tub. How is someone in a wheelchair supposed to get into a tub. And what hotel room makes you rent a fridge?

Very anti Uber. They only want uber picking up in front of hotel instead of the back where the rooms are. I will not be staying here in the future.

Dirty rooms, very unorganized Check procedures, Pool closed during stay but still had to pay $35 Resort fee, $20.00 for the Buffet which should be Family friendly property at this price not much friendly, the Circus Show had an Stripper that took his cloth off down to just his "UNDERWEAR" which had a lot of small boys and girls watching the show that did not look Kid friendly, Mc Donald's restaurant very dirty and unhealthy to eat at, would like to see the Health Department Inspection reports for this restaurant, for the looks of the Casino at night not very many people are staying at this property the Casino floor was pretty empty,.

The elevator parking garage the hotel room and the casino bathrooms were all dirty

I was not happy with the stay at all!!! First and last time staying there!! The smell was horrible...the ventilation sucks!!

only stayed one night and i have absolutely nothing to complain about!!! the woman that helped was absolutely excellent

We stayed in the west tower carpets were dirty, the tub was clogged

did not know the room was not gonna be in the main building and all the way down the street in the back lot

I liked the rides and attractions that were catered ti children as well as the deals for daily passes where you can ride the rides unlimitly. Did not care for the smoking throughout the casino. Needs to have a healthier selection of food choices at their restaurants.

The hotel is too old. Maids cleaning other rooms slam doors and everything shakes and thumps. Reserved a king size bed and got two queen beds. Weekend is filled with too many people

A nice place to stay, good location. Room was nice.

It was nice to be close on the strip but too much smoke around had to pass through each day to wto the bus stop

Wasn’t impressed. Hotel definitely needs a make over.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The sheets were not replaced and tried to get should of room services to change it and no one answered our cal, very disappointing.

Was charges a tax greater than the cost of the room

room was nice quiet (at the end of the hallway). For an older hotel it turned out to be better than anticipated.

The room was dusty and dirty the was not clean the room was also outdated

Before arriving at the hotel, my husband and I had no idea that the manor was a separate complex across the street from the actual casino hotel. It is about a five minute walk. and the manors itself are similar to low income housing. It might be worth paying $50 per night maximum, but not $150. For $20 more, we upgraded to the West Tower for the second night and those rooms were renovated and convenient. But even then, I would look for a different place to stay on the strip.
