Stayed at West tower room. West tower rooms are renewed / new. Rooms are very clean. parking is free. Public transport ( deuce bus) stops right in front of hotel, it makes easy to commute strip / airport. Kids friendly hotel. Kids can enjoy the indoor theme park and free pool and slide.
Room smelled like urine check in took forever only to workers after I requested to switch rooms due to smell and leaking toilet I said I will be back going to eat and then I’ll switch upon returning they asked if I did anything in the room and who did I talk to like if it’s my fault you don’t keep your rooms clean
Checked in on Friday Memorial Day weekend, long checking in line but moved quickly. Lady at the desk was quick and efficient. Stayed in motor manor which is as across the st from the casino by the water slide and pool. Very family friendly. The games in the midday are reasonable priced and the staff were all very helpful. I was traveling with a friend and her daughter and the game malfunctioned and he let her play again and gave her a prize.
Will never stay here again.
Waiting for the elevators was ridiculous and the front desk staff were not very pleasant. I filed a report with security on a lost item that they advised if it was found that they would give me a call. That didnt happen. 2 days later I see a sign that said lost and found so I knocked on the door and the lady took my information and asked me to wait a minite while she checked to see if it had been turned in. When she came back, she had my the item. We verified the information and I noticed on the inventory sheet that it was turned in shortly after I made the report with security. I asked why I wasn't called since it had been 2 days that they have had my item. She advised that they do not call like security advised. Needless to say, I got my item back with everything intact. Security never told me about any lost & found and had I not seen the lost & found sign I would have never gotten it back.
The having to take a certain elevator was not fun. The lines to get into the elevator took up 30 mins just to get to our room. Even when it wasnt busy it took the elevator forever.

Honestly the bed was comfortable the staff was nice but the room was filthy the floor from the restroom was sticky like if it hasn’t been cleaned properly, the windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in over a decade lol the ac doesnt really get anything cold during the day it gets cold at night tho, also the property fees and hidden fees are ridiculously high i hope we get our deposit back because thats alot of money! More than 2 nights worth of money in fees!! Also the door wouldn’t fully lock the top bolt was loose and so was the connecting doorknob to the other room so that made me uncomfortable but luckily nothing bad happened! I dont know if i would stay again due to the lack of cleaning but if u dont mind it its not bad its just not that close to the actual strip but tacos el gordo is down the street and its delicious! So that was a plus for me 😂 i hope it gets better so we can go again and have a more decent experience
No convienent markings of parking or where to go for first timers on either inside or outside. Their elevator situation is ridiculous. Had to wait multiple times in line for multiple different elevators just to get to our room or downstairs. Plus waited about 45 minutes to get a down elevator when trying to leave because they only had 2 working for all 30 something floors. The room itself was not too bad, comfortable bed and seemed clean.
Major dust on all items in the room. Nobody showed up to clean the 4 days we were there. Adult pool/jacuzzi was closed. Only 2 of 4 elevators for Skyrise portion were working, so we waited 15-20 for an elevator to our room each time. Only thing good about it, the staff was friendly.
This is one of the worst hotels in Vegas. They need to tear it down and rebuild. Very dangerous with all of the homeless people walking around and no security for the rooms. Anyone can take the elevators up to the floors. Never will I recommend or stay in this property again.
Room appeared clean but areas behind the bed where you’d usually check for bug activity had trash and dust that has not been cleaned for a while. The tub had a slow drain but we couldn’t have it unclogged because a technician had to come while we were in the room. Well we were in pool tournaments the whole week and couldn’t commit to a time. I could care less if a technician came in my room while I was gone.

What a disappointment. Rooms basic and simple - they don't even provide shampoo and more. Don't bother asking for an extra pillow, they offered me towels to roll up instead. Hotel is outdated and it does not look like they care. Outlets in room did not work. Couldn't charge all 3 phones at one time. My kid wanted water slides... I wanted the hot tubs. Kid wins, Mom loses. Of course its listed on the website and no where to be found. I will NEVER go back here.
