So we stayed in the manor building which I guess was bottom of the barrel.. Walking in the building smelled bad. It looked like a run down motel... The elevators were loud and squeaky. They were quick to close even with someone in the door way. The room was really old! From the wall paper with water damage that's all bubbled up and terrible looking. The bathroom had chipped off paint and pieces in the shower on the counter top and mirror. The room smelled real funky like behind. The only good thing I could say is the mattresses were new because we checked them for bed bugs how run down the place looked. The last 2 days we were there the door to get inside the building next to the waterpark entrance that opened with the room keys stopped working. It then had to be propped open so hotel guest could get in which was still unsafe considering how many homeless people be down there and it was literally door to door from the waterpark entrance that anyone could go to! I've honestly stayed at a motel 6 that were better than that.

Hotel is very old, renovation needed long time ago (e.g. wallpapers in the bathroom, odor from carpets in halls & recepton area), overall shabby glamour We checked-in pretty quick, room was upgraded (which was nice), but no view as such.

The pictures on the site were misleading. It was very dirty and not a great place to stay. Was told it's located on the strip, but we were put in some off location buildings that were owned by the hotel but were off the strip and kind of scary. It is very run down and after going into other hotels while we were there, I will never stay at circus circus again.

Terrible, the worst hotel we ever stayed. Air conditioner didn't work, rooms outdated and whole place is dirty

The elevators were my only concern at the hotel. I have difficulty going up and down stairs. The elevators were always full. And people would crowd in. Isn't there a weight limit or occupancy rate on your elevators?

In room 30% of the time. Expected a little more in upgrades. Rooms need renovations.

Midway, Circus acts, adventure dome and water slide where a hit with the kids.

friendly and helpful staff, a lot to do and different choices of food to choose from. Clean and comfortable room. Great location.

Request for ice bucket and staff is too busy so we were ignore. The carpets on the hallway is very worn out and dirty.

I checked with Belinda who was fantastic . I paid extra for an upgraded room. I walked into the room. It was no big deal. The bed was a cheap mattress that seemed like you can feel the cold and very flimsy and soft. The room itself needed major cleaning. You pay $30+ for "resort fee" yet the line to get in the pool is a 15-30 minute wait. The bathroom amenities very scarce soap shampoo and lotion. That's it and my bathtub faucet for paying to be in an upgraded room was corroded and broken. I asked the desk to send someone to clean... to no avail. The Buffet is deplorable. The shrimps and the chicken patties tasted like it has been under a heat lamp for hours... and the chef when I brought it to his attention screamed "its fresh". I thought yes but dried out??? Next time stay at another hotel and just bring kids here to play. Never Again.

Took my grandson. We had a wonderful time! So much to do!

The room, the buffet and casino areas were with a funny smell we didn't like it, was discussing.

Just a place to stay while taking care of family matters in Las Vegas.

Lo único malo es q el cuarto olía a húmedas o a pies, era un poco incomodo

I dont know who's can be blemed the price and the room they gave us changed when we arived

Lot of down time unless you want to go to the casino, shopping for items is limited to Las Vegas souvenirs.

Smells bad in the rooms , veryyyyyy old hotel. Worst place I been so far!

Hotel was very clean, modern, and super busy. Has a lot of things to do and even for kids. Circus, games, and entertainment for kids and adults separate. Really enjoyed my stay there for me and my family. Definitely recommend it!

The parking and check-in situation was terrible, we had to drive around for about 20 minutes to get parking and haul our suitcases for about half a mile. Then the actual room was down the block and across the street. We tried to go to the pool, but there was a line outside of the building to get in (this was late afternoon about an hour before it closed).

Hotel and rooms were really out dated. Both smelled of old cigarettes and vomit covered with cheap perfume. Lines of 10-20mins just to get into the pool. Only thing that made me give it a two star was the staff was nice and friendly but other than that. 1 ⭐️
