The line to check in and parking was horrible but the line for the elevator up to the room took 30 minutes. I understand it's summer but 30 minutes in an elevator line was no fun with 3 small kids.

Skyrise tower was terrible. EXTENSIVE time delays spent waiting for elevators. There are no service elevators for staff, so main ones are used by staff & patrons. Safes in rooms didn't work. Room keys stopped working requiring keys to be reissued. Was absolutely exhausted from climbing 5 flights of stairs to get to terrible room. Elevator waits were in excess of 20mins each time regardless time of day. Room was safe & clean. I can give them that.

Had a good time, staff was friendly. Front desk lady upgraded us, it was a small fee but she wasn't pushy and was super nice.

to many kids not the place to stay if you dont have children slot machines did not pay well i did not see one jackpot winner in 5 days elevator issues they kept breaking down making movement from top floors to bottom floor take forever no refrigerator in rooms no coffee machines in room

This is the 2nd time staying at circus circus and I can't complain! I do recommend my friends to stay there!

Terrible hotel and staff. Not friendly, and did not help me out whatsoever.

Hotel was fine for overnight...food was a little pricy if you have children that are picky eaters....$3.50 for soda from vending machine...$58.00 for one adult, and two kids at buffet...but oh well....we went home early because of illness, and we're not allowed refund, even though request was made 24 hours before....4 phone calls later I was told there is no refund....tell me that before you have me call 4 different numbers. Thanks

I truly enjoyed staying at one of the original hotels for my first time in Sin City. Now that I have experienced it , my next stay will be at a hotel picked from a hat . Couldn't have had a better week there. Keep up the great work Vegas.

I enjoyed my stay at circus circus . Lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Not sure if it's a circus circus policy of a Las Vegas hotel policy but our room did not come equipped with a coffee maker , or a fridge. This made the need to purchase food and drinks rise which was not cheap. The elevators where very slow and hot . I stayed in the sky rise tower which required me to catch 2 elevators from the main lobby in order to get to the room . Thier was always an elevator down and more than once the elevator door would open slightly and then have to be forced open to get off. Very scary stuff

Rooms have no fridge, no microwave, laundry service is too expensive, you do not find a healthy breakfast... not good...

The hotel room (Motor lodge bldg. #D) where I stayed was quite far from the front desk check-in lobby. So, if you got a lot of luggage and the weather is desert like type, you will suffer especially when the sun is peaking. There's no refrigerator inside the room but there's a lot of drawers, shelves, and cabinets. There's a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, small safe deposit box and daily supply of shampoos, soaps, tissues and fresh towels. House keeping was daily, and air condition was very good. The hallway carpet needs to be cleaned by experts because its old and overused. Though far from the other strip hotels and casinos, Circus Circus Hotel is adequate in itself. It's a lot of snack joints, restaurants, casinos. souvenir stores, daily circus shows and carnival style games for children, outdoor pools and waterslide. The only thing I hate with this hotel is the presence of aggressive recruiters for Diamond Resort timeshares tours in the lobby. Just after we entered and checked in in the lobby, a Filipino woman approached us aggressively to persuade us to visit their kiosk, and book for a timeshare tour the following day. We were tired and sleepy at that time due to the long flight. When we did not attend the tour, the Filipino guy, Matthew, who booked us, sent us a rude and nasty text message, "You're boastful and bad Luck" 2 days after. We're not able to file a complaint to Diamond Resort Hotel desk because we were so busy and our days were full of activities.

Wish they gave map of the place an a guide of the show times better to enjoy ur stay

Not the best experience. Will definitely not stay here again

Everything went very smoothly and much to be entertained by. Family atmosphere - Good food - the best steak and egg breakfast I've had in decades! Your charbroiled steaks were excellent and again for a very affordable price. My hotel room was accommodating, clean and quiet!

excelente para mi y sobre todo para mis hijos ellos se divirtieron muchísimo y quedaron encantados.

We were able to check in very late already. I thought we won't have a choice to pick the level of floor we wanted to be in and we had. It is just a long way before we could be at our room. It is hard especially carrying a lot of stuff. We were not able to explore the theme park due to limited time. Next time, we will stay longer.

I LIKE IT I MEAN IT WAS CHEAP IF U DONT WANT TO SPEND THE MUCH THIS IS A GOOD ONE I MEAN THE ROOMS WHERE CLEAN AND FRESH BUT IT WAS A LITTLE POOL FOR THE HOTEL

never come back smell poor ventilation cigars smell is very cstrong

I had a wonderful time food good, mix drinks awesome and rooms on the sky tower are beautiful. If you want to really enjoy your self without leaving your room Circus Circus is the place to be. Oh the bartender Martin at the Vince Neil bar is amazing by far the best bartender in Vegas. I'll be back really soon

I stayed in Manor A and everything was clean and cozy. All I needed was a microwave and fridge. They had everything you could possibly need or want without even leaving the hotel. The staff treated me well and made sure I was taken care of! I will be going back for sure!
