My experience was fair. What brought it down was I was told that I could use the express check in Kiosks and avoid waiting in the long line to register when I arrived. Being a tech savvy person I did. An hour later I was finally checked in. ( yes it was CES) The kiosks apparently don't work when you book with Orbitz or Expedia. The same thing happened upon check out. I was delayed and had to wait in line to check out. I would recommend the people at Orbitz talk to the people at the Flamingo and get this resolved for a smoother registration process when volume is high.

Good hotel, but our laptop wa stolen out of our car in the parking garage. Working with hotel staff, no response yet and no camera video from the garage

Was able to fly through TSA with expired passport since I had recently lost my wallet. However, the management at the hotel would not let me stay even though I had SEVERAL other valid forms of ID including my disabled pass. They DID NOT care I had no where to stay. After the debate on whether where I was I now gonna stay, I asked the staff about a term fund to which they replied, “ Not our reservation, call Orbitz.” Worst experience I’ve ever had at the Flamingo, I was utterly shocked at the way this staff decided to handle this.

The Flamingo room was amazing. Really comfortable and spacious. Great view down into the Habitat which was gorgeous. Enjoyed the casino & will definitely be returning.

Flamingo and ceasar ent. Was great . Would have no problems booking with them again

Bad experience when I already check in and go to my room. Room is not ready everything on the floor ex. Blanket pillow towel. And I need to wait for change to a new room almost 1 hour. Suck.

It's seem to be centrally located and within walking distance of many other hotels. Staff was friendly and excellent. My only complaint is that it took me 90 minutes to get checked in.

it was nice. one day we didn't have hot water. and you need to have coffee pots in the room. there are times, you want it and don't want to leave your room or the hotel.

Renovated so looks new. Expensive resort and parking fees! $46 for the room but $52 for the fees per nightmare!

Ok hotel..........................................
