Our room had tons of garbage behind the vanity and old dried milk under the fridge and gunk on the bathroom walls

My rooms air conditioning was not functioning properly. The bathroom sink and tub drain were clogged and did not drain properly. Called front desk and was blown off about these issues. Will not return

The Flamingo is reasonable price and located in the center of the strip.

It’s located nicely. Checking in was horrible. Kiosks only. Lines to check in were slow and long Very little to no personnel, accept for security hmmm. Thin walls in rooms.

Room was dirty as hell

It was ok

My room had lots of hair all around the bathroom when I got there. As did the 4 other guests that I arrived with.

Priced correctly.

Great location, being right in the middle of the strip, However the property itself has seen better times, and the pictures do not capture the reality of it.

Poor facility

We were disappointed that they have not reopened their buffet and there were no flamingos, but we understand the problems of the times.

It was nice.

The check in was terrible. We arrived late after a long day of travel and it still took 45 minutes to ensure the check-in process. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The family pool area was small and cramped and not easy to locate. We would not stay here again.

The hidden charges by the airlines and Flamingo hotel resulted in an extra $1084.00. We booked this trip via an email sent by the Flamingo for an executive room only to be charged for a different room. Was promised credits since they were not able to accommodate but were never given. Staff was completely dishonest as we were told the GM would make it right. When we checked out, charges still remained.

Pool very loud even on 24th floor. Over crowded and overpriced pool. If you are a hotel guest you must spend over $400 at the pool bar to use a daybed or double chair with umbrella. Hard to get a single coffee refill pod when I upgraded to a suite with a coffee maker. Disappointed there weren't any flamingos. Windows crackle and creek constantly in room so the building is a little frightening to relax in.

We experienced long lines for check in and check out. They do offer self-check machines but very few people were using them (not functioning? Too difficult?) Front desk was understaffed. Also, after staying a week, they wanted to charge $20 to extend check out by an hour.

Did not get the nonsmoking room we reserved. They would not change it until the next day. Tacked on resort fees and Parking chrges

Rooms were fairly clean, staff was nice, a lot of things to do even in the hotel. Loved the area!

The hotel was one of the cheaper that’s why we stayed, had our room not stunk like cigarette smoke it would have been better. It’s a bit noises during the day from the pool music but thankfully it stopped at a decent time.

We had an amazing time the hotel was clean and stuff very friendly
