I tried to connect my phone charger behind the nightstand so moved it and there was like smashed potato chips and the something that was glossy and sticky in the ground. Also the rug by the desk was also sticky. The morning of our check-out date we paid an extended check-out fee and 15 min before noon someone came and knocked on our door saying that it was time to leave.

It is a great hotel. But he is very busy And the staff can not do all the work, and everything takes too long long rows, I was trained to enter the pool for over an hour and a half in the sun. And I could not get in and I had to go to another hotel.

This hotel needs an urgent update. The smell of cigarettes is everywhere, stuck in the carpet. The room is just ok. Nice bed, but it all felt old and cheap. Bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't fully close. Lines for the check in was huge at 1am!! And it was always like that.

It's a really nice hotel. Has a very good location and provides value for money. Checkin and checkout were easy too. We didn't checkout the pool because there are so many nicer ones in the area.

Exactly what you need for a Vegas trip...a place to get ready and to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend it for a girls trip

middle of strip walk to most thing staff was nice

Great location right in the middle of the strip. We had great views of the fountains at the Bellagio right across the street and the whole East side of the strip. This hotel is old, but it is inexpensive (comparatively speaking) and still has some life left in it!

When i checked in she was very very nice and i felt welcomed. Rooms were clean and i will definitely be back

Was gone from room 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Room was not cleaned. Was in room to 5:30, still no one came to clean. Very disappointing.

Broken glass in front of door. Pot smoke in room on a no smoking floor. Toilet shot water up in air. Got new rooms checked them out , when to put luggage in room and someone else was given our room so we had to move again. Pool was nice but fills up quick. They and all casinos now charge for parking.

Rooms need work, thin walls, old bathrooms. Pillows horrible. No chairs and weird bench

Cierran la alberca familiar muy temprano, no me gustó que están divididas y no se puede disfrutar de toda alberca en sí con los niños. Tardamos casi una hora para hacer check in, hay mejores hoteles la verdad y más baratos.

the air condition was not cold enough and would only stay on for 2 minutes at a time, the ventilation in this hotel compared to others in the area is very poor

This hotel is old and not up to code. I had to pry myself out of the elevators multiple times, eventually I decided to take the stairs but they don't actually lead you to the first floor...if there was a fire we'd all be stuck. My room had holes in the ceiling where sprinklers were supposed to be, elevators had wires hanging out, fire alarms missing from the walls...and on top of it I had to pay to get in our own pool.

The public areas were great. My room however was more like a cave. Kept the blinds shut and TV on. Booking through Orbitz made efforts to change reservations difficult.

The hotel seems wayyy over crowded! One of the most negative things was that the hotel does not let you know ahead of time one of there two pools you have to pay to get into while you stay there or not! The elevators were way outdated and also had wires visible, discoloring up the sides, and multiple times I thought the doors weren't even going to open! The check in kiosk were not very user friendly, and half of them werent working while we checked out. Love the location on the strip, and it is very affordable. Also employees were polite and accommodating when I needed to switch to a non-smoking room. But I would personally stay somewhere else on my next visit.

Had a bag delivered to the hotel. They notified it was here then lost it. Kept saying it wasn't delivered even tho they notified us it was received. Finally found it only because the delivery had enough info that I could find the individual who received it. Even tho the manager and bell person insisted the company was lying and it wasn't delivered the really good thing was Bell transportation (shuttle) service assistance. They delivered the bag and went out of their way on helping us retrieve our bag from an incompetent hotel staff

I would of loved to give this hotel a 5 star rating. It is one of the older hotels on the strip, so it makes sense it is out dated. But, I didn't expect it to be very very outdated!! Bathrooms are very dingy, moldy, floors are sticky, windows were dirty, the room smelled of smoke (non smoking room). For the price we paid it was not worth it! The only plus is that the bed was very comfy! If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in this room then it's perfect for you, but don't expect a lavish stay with clean rooms.

Rooms don't have a refrigerator or microwave n restaurants food was horrible

The GO room was nice with a nice view. Comfortable beds and clean. The pool was very crowded with not enough chairs, understaffed at the snack bar and not friendly. Long lines everywhere and had to wait a lot. Great casino though.
