Registration was an absolute zoo! Long line with no one to tell us about kiosk check in. Trying to figure out what the kiosk was wanting, telling me to find the small sign at the end of a hall FULL of people that says Spa Elevator. Parking was very full, had to search for a place. Trying to use keycard to leave didn't work, even though I was told to use it. When I returned the self park was FULL, turning to valet; they were a big mess, long line, not enough staff. Room was dated and worn, but clean. No coffee pot, small glasses, etc. Soft towels, however. Check out via TV went well, but then the parking fee appeared on my bill, which it shouldn't have. Had to call to get refund. I would not use this place again.

Hotel was good . The only bad thing is parking horrible and elevators suck

The shops, food venues, and casino was very good however, housekeeping could use re-training. I would never invite guests to my home if it were in the conditions displayed at Flamingo. Insulting to say the least.

Pictures show clean and comfortable looking rooms. Once we all arrived the room was outdated and I booked 3 of the same rooms and none of them matched. Different bathrooms and furnishings throughout. One of my rooms had the key card keep getting deactivated so I was locked out of my room twice and my sister's room the thermostat broke. Asked 3 times for it to be fixed and nobody ever came so needless to say the room was freezing and her and my 11 year old nephew had to go out and buy sweatshirts. When at the desk all 3 times I asked for a new room but was told none available. Absolutely horrible experience.

The overall experience at Flamingo was okay. I usually rate the hotel by the restrooms. A clean restroom shows that the rest of the hotel is usually clean. The cocktail waitresses should really walk around more often to the slot machines. We should not have to get up and cash out from slot machine to find a waitress to serve us, only to have them tell us we need to be sitting and playing to get served!!! I was served 1 drink in 61/2 hours. This is the only hotel that has been like that.

We arrived a bit early due to flight scheduling and we're treated to a "$30 early check in fee" we paid the fee, next we were informed all that was ready were "smoking rooms" based on our "type of package" well, how bad could it be? So, we took the room. Well, you could smell it going up there elevator, but then we got to the room. Yes, it smelled it smoke, but that wasn't all, it was FILTHY! "Stuff on the ceiling" dirty bath, busted up stuff, broken lights, safe didn't work. That just want happening. I called down, requested a new, NON SMOKING ROOM, suddenly they had that, we went, it was also not in very good shape, bath fixtures loose and drippy, air conditioner dripped from the ceiling, and clean, well, I don't think that's really the flamingos thing. (If you've been in the bathroom by the Bugsy theater you'll see). BUT, it is close to center of town and margaritaville is good, plus the gambling is ok. So if you don't mind the "motel 6" experience and you get a good deal, it's ok. Past that, Planet Hollywood (center local), Mandalay Bay (swimming) are great. Most of all, GO SEE PIFF THE MAGIC DRAGON at Flamingo! So good!

I think one of the worse hotels I have been in Vegas. And so over priced!

This was a dump hotel good location rooms were scary and super out dated. Not happy at all nobody seemed to care.

Bare minimum on everything. But overall it was a great stay

The check-in area was a zoo! However, since I had booked through Orbitz and requested a particular location (the High Roller) in the hotel, I took my chances with checking in through the kiosk. The problem with the kiosk is there is no one to ask questions to or to correct any problems you may have, which I found out upon check-out! I was charged for Wi-Fi which should have been included in the Daily Facility Fee. The hotel's choice of restaurants is limited, but there are more choices just outside the door near the High Roller ferris wheel. My biggest disappointment was the pool. The pool is a wonderful series of connecting pools, different depths with slides. The big change post-Hilton is that the deep pool now caters exclusively to the over 21 crowd. So, even if you have a 19 year old "child" with you, you are both destined to the "family pool". Food & drinks are not allowed in to the pool area, but you can purchase them at the poolside restaurant. Good luck getting a spot in the shade. There are 4 other hotels that are allowed to use the Flamingo family pool (because all of Vegas is catering to adults now.) Be sure to tip the housekeeping staff & request extra towels or you only get 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels 1 washcloth!

Nice, clean, and updated rooms. The GO rooms are the best.

This hotel will always be my favorite hotel on the strip. It's affordable, has an awesome pool, conviently located, its clean, has good restaurants. And I love love the kiosk check-in, check-out feature. Thanks for another awesome week in Vegas!!!! Will be back.

We arrived from the airport at 1050pm due to a delayed flight. Upon arriving to the hotel we saw a line of about 50 hotel guests waiting to check in. When I attempted the self kiosk check in it read "your room is not ready." We stood in line for 2 hours to get our room. When I asked why my room wasn't ready hotel staff replied "we had a glitch in our system and your room was given away." We got an "upgrade" where the curtains would not fully close (they are electronic and on a track that you cannot manually pull), could hear music until 4am from the pool party of the adjacent roof, and since the curtains didn't close we dealt with bright pink neon lights blaring into the room. Hotel staff was nice, but this doesn't make up for the rest of our negative experience.

Hotel front desk staff is under staffed. You have to stand in line for atleast a hour to check in, check out or get a question answered.

After reserving rooms two months in advance, I didn't get the rooms I asked for. Hotel staff said they would compensate me with two free nights of my choosing. They never sent me an email for the compensation, so they lied. I'm not very happy with my overall experience here.

Good location in middle of strip, clean and convenient

Great room overlooking the strip! 21 and over GO pool is great although it is open to the public. Get there early to grab a chair.

So one of the best part of this hotel is the awesome 21 and over pool!!!! The room was nice but only because we upgraded and paid an extra $140 bucks, otherwise we would have ended woth a Motel 6 look alike room which is what my friend had. Then on the bed under a pillow i found a peanut!! And old peanut!!! Yuck!! It was one of those japanesse peanuts. Then we ran out of toilett paper because the girl forgot to leave an extra one. This was my first time stying here i think i could give it another chance. The hotel itself its pretty nice and clean considering how old The Flamingo is.

Dump, 55 minutes to check-in all of it standing in line very disappointed

The check in line was horrible but luckily the kiosk worked easily and we able to check into our room on the 28th floor in the GO tower. Views of the strip and the Bellagio fountains were amazing. However, the nightly rooftop pool parties from midnight to 4:00 am made it impossible to sleep. The rooms are not well insulated. We heard the neighbors tv and alarm clock like they were in the room with us. The shelf in the closet holding the safe wasn't level. You couldn't open the closet door within getting hit with the safe door.
