Not bad
The sports book was terrible. One person taking bets and two kiosks on NFL opening Sunday!
The parking experience is a bit confusing between The Cromwell and Flamingo.
There was no refrigerator, clock or microwave in room.
Walls doors were dirty
Great place to stay at always.
We love it here! And stay often! Great location on the strip and Promenade. The only "glitch" is you pay for parking daily (but more casino/hotels are moving to that), and the parking lot elevators are very slow, and there are only 2. There is stairwell access in the parking lot, its just tough to use the stairs with luggage.

Requested housekeeping had to wait a whole day then the next day ran out of toilet paper and called 4 times never got it had to wipe ourselves with napkins the entire day. Horrible horrible staff. Paid so much money and that’s the service I got
I wouldn't stay here again.
We got there early and checked in. The kiosk said it’ll email us at 315pm or early when the room is ready (official check in is at 4pm). At 4pm, we still have not received an email so I approached an employee who said checking in earlier didn’t mean I’m actually checked in (even though it scanned my ID and credit card). I have to go through the whole line again and check in AGAIN. I was under the impression I’d just be picking up my keys when the room was ready. I even asked an employee about this the first time I checked in. Anyway, we check in again, headed up to the assigned room, which smelled like cigarettes. We call the front desk who said there’s no other room available and that they’ll just send housekeeping to spray the room to smell better. 3 hours later, still no housekeeper has come by to spray so we called again…told us they will expedite the request. No one from housekeeping ever came by the room the entire stay to provide air fresheners. We called housekeeping also to ask for more towels because they did not provide enough towels for the number of people we said are staying in the room. That request was fulfilled right away. Annoying we had to call for that too though. Sheets had stains on them but didn’t bother asking anymore replacements since we’re just so annoyed at the hotel’s service at this point. Will not come back here again.
The hotel/casino was a great location on the strip. Nice stores & food options. Staff were friendly & helpful! The pool gets packed quickly & if you don't want to pay a car payment price for the cabanas, it's hard to find any areas to sit or lay out so get there early(9-11A)..
Parking was horrible. We had to park on the top floor and then there was no elevator and had to walk our bags done one floor. Then the elevator took forever. Then our room was a 15 minute walk away still. Check in was not friendly at all. Good location, bad experience.
There should be tea & coffee maker in the room
I liked that the hotel was close to everything. But the bathroom have a bad scent to it.
Staff always available and clean rooms!
I like the room, it was spacious, they provide refrigerator and coffee maker which was nice. The room is clean. Unfortunately, I've been charged Resort fee which was unfair, and it's for nothing. The security at the adult pool was rude. I was asked for an ID although I don't look less than 21 years old at all.
