The carpet was wet in the room . Probably due to bathroom problem -leak from previous guest stay .

Shower door didn’t shut all the way, water all over floor and counter.
Had trouble with internet access . Eventually had to change rooms to get access .
Our floor had no hot water Tuesday of our visit, the resort fee was more than advertised, the casino bathrooms were a disaster, 6/5 blackjack, triple 0 roulette
My bed sheets were dirty and had something stuck to them from previous guests. I put in multiple requests for room service to change them and they were not. The nobs in the shower were broken and the bedside lamps didn’t work. Loghting horrible, the floors were not vacuumed.. I could see where the previous guest left toenail clipping in a pile on the floor. Hair was on the sink. The list goes on. On top of that, management only wanted to deduct $10 from my bill for the inconvenience and filth that I had to endure for the weekend. The casino was way too loud for me; didn’t even want to gamble there because it was giving me a headache.
It is an older hotel in need of upgrades

Was quite underwhelmed. Was told at check-in that my room was a remodeled one. It was not. Paper cups in the room instead of glass. Cheap. No complimentary bottled water. Requested room be serviced both days and upon return to my room around 4 pm, I learned that it was not serviced at all. Resort fee is roughly $50, which is excessive considering it isn’t pool season. Essentially paid $50 a day for WiFi and fitness center access. Starbucks in lobby is charging $7 for a Grande hot brewed coffee, which is ridiculous.
Convenient location
We enjoyed everything but confused on the room upgrade. Paying $35 more a night for an upgrade room which was exactly the same we had. It was nothing considered “upgrade”.
Bell desk lost my bags for about 2 hours, I had to go find my own bags in the back. Staff was very friendly but it shouldn’t have happened, it made me late for reservations. I upgraded my room at check-in, when I got to my room it was NOT the upgraded room. Staff took the purchase off. I had to take a cold shower one day because there was no hot water. You get what you pay for, expect minor inconvenience if staying here.
The location is great. Rooms a little worn. Our a/c didn’t work and room was very warm. No coffee in room and options to buy were very long waits.
No hot water for showers in the morning. I could barely stand in it. Apparently this issue has persisted for quite some time but they refuse to address it. I think a hot shower is imperative for a hotel and you shouldn't sell a room without it. Especially in Vegas, you'll want a hot shower in the morning.
