My group and I flew from CA to LV and we were joking that check-in was taking longer than the duration of out flight! It certainly felt that way. We thought it was just the fact that we were checking in on a Saturday night, but it actually looked even more saturated on Sunday and Monday. We opted for checking out at the kiosk. There was a shampoo cap in one of the showers, which makes you wonder how thoroughly they clean. There were also no Do Not Disturb signs to hang on the doors. We had to call the front desk to get some. The mini fridge they have in room 25 on the 20th floor should be called a mini freezer. I placed my water and soda in the compartment on the inside of the door and both were frozen by morning. We booked two rooms and one room was not offered the Basic Wi-Fi option, which is included in the package. It only gave them the option of paying $14.99. When I called guest services regarding this matter, the lady said you’re SUPPOSED TO KNOW to select the option that says you’ll pay $14.99, but NOT TO WORRY about being charged since it’s included in your package. Funny. Some of the positives are the views we had from our rooms: The High Roller and the pools. The guys at baggage holding were very friendly and efficient, and if you’re riding the bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Got a great price on the hotel but the cleaninness of the room was not up to par for my wife and I. Floors were not swept in awhile (sand, hair and food crumbs on the floor when we arrived and when we left. Bed was comfortable and AC was great!

Two queens instead of a king! Every time! They always get you with this one

The room was clean and the staff always kept a smile

Nice pool, a lot of near stores, rooms need a update, check in/out sucks

new Habitat rooms are super nice, great pool area/ pool party.

1 1/2 hr to check in. Super long line. First room was dirty. Hair wads on counters and In bathroom. Moved to a second room, AC was broken. Slept in a hot room. I had to complain 5 times before I could get switched to a third room. Hotel staff was rude and uncaring. I was charged for fees I didn’t not incur. I will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend the Flamingo to anyone .

It was not what i expected. I was told over the phone the room I selected (fab) was the newly remodeled room, and it was not. And in top of that we had no view it was a brick wall. Never staying there again. The room was not very clean the floors were dirty, bottom of beds has stuff falling off then, night stand and dresser were chipped all over, bed was hard and bathroom was old and dirty.

Staff was very pleasant to work with and accommodated special needs nicely and efficiently. This is my fourth stay over a thirty year period and it is always comforting. I will be back.

Love the pool and $5 tables. Steak house was great just wish u had a cafe style restaurant open late.

Decent hotel with pleasant staff. Which the pool stayed open later. Unfortunately there was a major power outage during my stay, however I think staff handled things well and did all they could to keep guest comfortable including passing out water.

Great place to stay only problem is no microwave in the hotel or rooms

I was unhappy about fees with absolutely no reason when I checked out.to expensive! Felt cheated

Decent hotel, had one of the outdated rooms. It was Crazy to be pressured to take a time share tour every single time you get off the elevator in the lobby though!

The night manager told me I had to upgrade to get a clean room. The room was very dusty and looked like housekeeping did not care to vacuum or dust. He blamed it on the hotel being old. I blame it on poor management and lack of detail on the housekeeping part! Terrible customer service! Terrible mattress! Terrible room cleanliness! The Flamingo makes a motel 6 look like a 5-star hotel!!!

Room was ok no shampoo or conditioner and when I got there room key did not work then there was no control to the tv I had to wait till the evening to get one line for checking in was long waiting was long check out was long to no hot water in room and could hear the music on the 22 floor all day and at night till 3:00 am on Thursday night.

Probably the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Vegas. When I had arrived, I stood in line for 1.5 hours to check in. They had a total of 3 people checking in Guests. Finally we get to our room. To which she told us was brand new and barely a month old.. I noticed dust on everything. Definitely was not clean. Headed over to my friends room. And her room was terrible!!! It smelled, had run down wooden furniature that belonged in a good will. Final straw was when we booked massages.. we were told we had until 7pm that day to cancel. Well when we called the salon, no answer. Call the front desk, they tell us they have nothing to do with it. Next morning. Bam. Charge of $50 per person for missing the massage. They made it Impossible to cancel, and just went to Nickel and dime you for everything. Vegas also implements a “resort fee” which is basically an unknown / unclear fee that includes WiFi. Even though they tell you it’s $15 in the room. Very confusion. Pick another, newer resort.

Bathrooms were old and outdated. Swimming pool was only open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and children were crowded into a small pool. A much larger pool was available for adults (over 21) with daily music and drinks. Disappointing choice for a family with children.

Enjoyed my stay. It was definitely in the heart of all the action. With the Kiosk check in and out, it was quick and easy. I did find it a little sad that I never spoke with anyone on staff my entire visit.

NO SHOWER CURTAIN!Everytime after I take a shower, the water mess up the bathroom floor. They charge when you use their refrigerator! The front desk lady didn't do a good job on checking in our room. Even though we have paid for a double room weeks ago and they tell us they don't have it now. She ask us to take a kingbed room instead or downgrade it. She giving us a room credit and it didn't decrease our fee when we check out! I have to fight for it with another crew. They charge for parking lot. Other than these, nice location.
