Flamingo Las Vegas - Hotel & Casino

The night I got there, they were overbooked 18 rooms. This made the check in line go VERY SLOWLY. However, that was the worst of my stay. I almost didn't leave the hotel at all- the conference was there, and then there was plenty of good food to eat, shopping and snack vendors. I left the hotel once just on principle.

Room equipment stubborn, toilet paint has been taken off. Very noisy at night. This is the worst hotel I've ever been in Las Vegas

I stayed 5 days without issue except one day the room was not made up. The wify is not handy in that it is only available in the room so when I go to the lobby I can't get access. A real pain. Other than that the hotel was fine.

The flamingo is an awesome place to stay. The room was great, the staff was great, the hotel overall was great. Everything was positive about the experience except...check-in. When I arrived at 11pm on a Friday night the line looked ridiculously long but I thought it would go quick. I was wrong. It took an hour and a half to get through the line and check in. I do not understand why this would happen anywhere let alone a casino. Basically the hotel lost money because I was unable to gamble while in line to check in. I would think twice about staying here because of this reason which is too bad because everything else was top notch.

I really love staying there. Great location, food is awesome and shopping is a must. The cocktail staff need to be reviewed for customer service skills. But overall staff is wonderful.

It took 3 hours to check in and it seemed like they were severely understaffed. The room was nice for the price. The hotel is centrally located and not far from anything on the strip

Upgrade to a standard room charged me $100. I do not understand how to increase room rate for regular room

Location is good. Took a shower, used a towel, eyelashes extension of some other person stuck in the towel. Pretty gross right? The new system of checking in and out is pretty good though

I had a really nice room on the 25th floor of Flamingo. I HIGHLY recommend strip view, it's beautiful. I was able to see Caesars Palace, the Bellagio fountain and other awesome sights. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. I happened to have been coming in from my conference one afternoon while one of the housekeepers was cleaning my room. She was very friendly and professional, just like the other staff that I interacted with at the front desk and throughout the hotel. I will certainly be staying here again when I return to Vegas.

It was close to everything but the parking garage was a little confusing and even though I am a smoker of cigarettes and had a smoking room the smell of pot became a little overwhelming every time you walk out of the room

This hotel is located in the middle of everything. The room we stayed in wasn't so big or luxurious but it was just right as we didn't spend much time in it. The room was clean and had no problem with It. The check in was a breeze as they have self check-in/out. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel accommodations and staff were very polite and great. My only complaint was the long line and wait to check in ( approximately 45 mins). Not enough staff assisting customers at reception desk. Once checked in all else was wonderful

The room wasn’t up to par, constant running water in the bathtub. An annoying motor running sound. The hallway smelled of marijuana. The 8 floor needs a paint job. Room was dusty.

Had a great time. Margaritaville restaurant and bar has great food, as does the food court and buffet.

I stayed this weekend and when I waked n my room it had a burnt smell n when I called to change room the guest service said they would help n never called back n then when I followed up they was sold out, but I could book on line.. then there wasn't any heat (hotel guest service was the worst )

We were upgraded to a newly renovated room and it was very nice! The location on the strip can’t be beat!

Everything was great! Only complaint would be the bathroom.. not updated and not clean in the nooks and crannies. There was an inch thick of black dust on the top of the bathroom door. The hotel soap and shampoo is very low quality so bring your own! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the casino.

I have stayed at the Flamingo many times throughout the years and I must say this will be the last. Everytime the air conditioner cma eon it filled my room of the smell of POT from the other rooms on our floor (you could also smell the stench of POT on the floor we stayed on) the room was filthy when we checked in with hair on the closest shelf. Room service took over an hour to get. Not impressed at all with the hotel.

The flamingo is one of the greatest hotels I’ve visited. Will be returning

Will never stay here again. Parking was horrible and once we finally got in to check in there was a line from hell with one person helping. The instructions that were given to get to our room lead us to a dead end in construction land of the hotel. Then every where I turned there was someone trying to give something for free, which doesn’t sound bad, but you have to go to some meeting where they want to sell you something. After hearing this I was not interested and was shunned and treated badly when I said no from there on.
