The property and the rooms definitely need some updating, but works well for a inexpensive room for the night and a bonus as they have a shuttle that goes down to the strip. this is the second time I stayed there and the first time I stayed there I was charged less of a deposit and the second time I stayed there they increased the deposit so I don’t know why they change that maybe because of the rodeo.

Bed mattress was lumpy, same with the pillows. The window weatherstripping was falling off. We were charged a ‘resort fee’? What’s that?? They didn’t offer breakfast… We were given a room which could open to another room (adjoining) - and we could hear and understand EVERYTHING the people in that room said! and they were LOUD! At times they seemed to be fighting. We chose not to call the front desk because we were afraid it was a domestic violence situation and knew the people would know it was us that reported them. They calmed down after an hour and a half, then about 3 am turned the TV on real loud which woke us up!! When we told the front desk gal about our night, she scolded us for not contacting them at the time, because she would have had us change rooms. In the middle of the night we’re going to pack up everything and MOVE rooms at 3 am?!! We would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Upon early check in male staff was very friendly and helpful. Later when I checked in female staff were contrite and robotic. Maybe some training? This resort is one of my favorites, very comfortable and roomy, convenient location, great pool and very clean. The kitchen is awesome and like having options on TV. Great place to stay

I chose this hotel because of a great experience here in 2021—the grounds were beautiful, the rooms were well cared for, and the pool area with its heated pool, hot tub, and bar was wonderfully inviting. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing, with cleanliness being the biggest issue. The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition: the water was cloudy, debris floated on the surface, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor. Neither the filter nor the heater was running, and it was clear the facilities hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. They were completely unusable, and when I raised the issue with staff, my request for maintenance was ignored. For many travelers, including myself, the pool area is a key reason for booking a hotel—so this was especially frustrating. The room itself was also neglected. There were stains on the carpet, dust on surfaces, cracks and peeling paint on the walls, old scratched and stained furniture, and a persistent musty odor. The kitchen contained sparse utinsels, some of which were dirty. The bathroom showed the same lack of care, with dirt built up in the corners and poor water pressure in the shower. When I asked to move to another room, my request was denied. At the very least, a hotel should provide basic cleanliness, comfort, and working amenities. This property failed on all counts. Given the unacceptable conditions and the refusal to address my concerns, I believe a refund is warranted.

Unpleasant check in. Zero WiFi connection even after a call. Area around the hotel seemed super sketchy. Avoid this place. Not worth the value you think you’re getting. Spend a bit more to stay on the strip. Plus they charge a resort free. For what I don’t know.

This “resort” was a huge disappointment. The hallways had a weird smell—kind of like pickles. Yuck. The room wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. The walls were so thin, we could hear the people in the room next to ours talking. We could actually hear some of their conversation (and they weren’t shouting). At one point, I heard one of them PEE (not kidding). The thermostats are blocked at 70 degrees. So if you like to sleep in a cooler room like I do, good luck. You can’t get it cooler than 70 with the A/C. We were uncomfortable all night. There’s no housekeeping. If you want your room serviced, even just fresh towels, you have to pay an extra $40. When we asked the staff about these issues, they said there was nothing they could do. We moved to the Hampton Inn after only one night at Club de Soleil. Sometimes it’s better to just pay the extra $$ to have a decent place to stay.
