The property and the rooms definitely need some updating, but works well for a inexpensive room for the night and a bonus as they have a shuttle that goes down to the strip. this is the second time I stayed there and the first time I stayed there I was charged less of a deposit and the second time I stayed there they increased the deposit so I don’t know why they change that maybe because of the rodeo.

Clean, well maintained rooms and grounds. Beds were comfortable. Felt safe. Also seemed quiet, only heard another person one time. Liked the shuttle amenity to the srip, easy and confident.

The toaster did not work, they shuffled us to their adjacent proper. Spa jets did not function. Bed was good. TVs worked. Bbqs had to be manually lite. Bal only was nice. Close to restaurants

Room was clean and the staff were nice when we checked in. We did request to be near the pool area that was not under construction, but they put us right next to the one that was under construction and was very loud early in the morning and all day. Staff were very loud in the hallways as well.
