Had spent 3 nights on the strip and needed to get away. Perfect place. Great Location, quiet, clean and comfortable.

Shuttle to the strip was definitely a money saver. Breakfast was only bananas, oranges and bagels (a little variety would have been nice) Room was clean, bed was comfortable but needs more blankets pool was heated which is a plus

I read reviews before I arrived and I didn't expect much. For the price I would not mind if the room was not 4 star. After all this is a gambling trip so I didn't plan to spend much time in the room. After checking in, I walked to my room with lowered expectations. As soon as I opened the door, I was very pleasantly surprised. The space was clean with the fireplace glowing. It was very inviting and I immediately relaxed. I ran a bath in the jetted tub and then sat by the fireplace. I found myself excited to go back to my room when I was out and about. I love this place. The shuttle runs every hour. Very convenient. The only negative was the free breakfast. Well it is free so don't bring an empty stomach. Consider it as a bite to put in your stomach until you can go out to have breakfast. Overall the service was top notch and exceptional. I would recommend this location over the more expensive hotels.

The room was very affordable and very comfortable! The hotel staff were sweet and helpful. The room was very big and comfortable for 4 friends. We didn't use the shuttle, but love the fact that it was available. Thank You Club de Soleil!

Noisy room from room 111. Hotel has 3 floors and both floors above that room has terrible noise. No housekeeping to do turn down as well. For $356 for two nights was not worth it specially if you just needed to sleep in it.

First the negative to get it out of the way. When we arrived after 4pm we could only enter into half our apartment since the oven was being cleaned. We had to wait over an hour to have access to both sides of our apartment. We were also annoyed when the maid kept asking us when we were leaving in the morning. We had till 10am to check out and were feeling pressured to get out of there. I think 10am checkout is early considering we weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm. Lastly, the breakfast had very little options and was not allergy friendly. Would be nice with some gluten free options. Now the positive: The place was perfect for us 3 kids and 2 adults. We could do laundry in our own room which was so nice! We could play tennis, mini golf and go swimming. It was our little oasis away from the busy strip! Very family friendly and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly and the beds were very comfortable! And it was great with a shuttle service to and from the strip hourly so we didn’t have to drive.

Employees were super friendly and helpful. Room conditions were ok, the smell was very odd though and was not very pleasant. Pool was nice Shuttle service was ok but due to allot of people they were making numerous stops which wud make our travel time really really long

Loved everything else about the hotel. We had a great stay

Loved that the hotel offers a shuttle to the strip. The bed was super comfy. The room was clean. Nice continental breakfast.

Really nice place. The studio was just as advertised. I really appreciated the low resort fee. The only negative was the hallways. We were there in 115-117 weather & all of the hallways were open to the outside; they were steaming. I don't know if it saves money, but it sure doesn't help the guests. The breakfast was good, but very small, as advertised. The room was just right for a stay. I highly recommend this place

This property was excellent. The room size is perfect and the location is close to the strip.

8 night extended stay, nice place with view of step & mountains. Close to adequate stores. Only negating was traffic noise from Tropicana. Would come back for sure.

Stayed only two nights and it was perfect for our needs. Good location and has good amoumt of amenities ( free movies to borrow, tennis courts, pools, etc.). One night our next door neighbors arrived very late and were talking nonstop, we could hear the entire conversation... Other than that, no complaints. The breakfast was only bagels and bananas, but there's plenty of restaurants around. I would return.

We enjoyed our stay because of the tennis court. They provide free shuttle service to the strip. The complimentary light breakfast comes with bagels, fruit and coffee.

I could hear my neighbors very well. They were my yelling, the walls were just super thin. I don't recommend the studios, or at least that is what the staff said with the noise.

Not a bad looking facility. However interior walls are paper thin as you can hear everything your neighbor is saying and doing. Housekeeping never cleaned my room even after a call to the front desk. They relocated me on checkin to another building which was a .25 mile walk along Tropicana while carrying luggage. Overall not a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend seeking accommodations elsewhere.

the Club de Soleil is a timeshare that also doubles as a hotel. It is located on W. Tropicana Avenue. There is the Club I and Club II. We stayed at Club II. The room was comfortable, except for the noise that was heard from the adjoining room. The bed was comfortable and the room had a kitchenette that was very useful. Bathtub also doubled as a jacuzzi. Also, breakfast was included (bagels, cream cheese, fruit, coffee, chocolate and jams-all kosher for those interested). The neighborhood is OK with some strip malls in the vicinity. Since we got a package deal (flight, car and hotel), really could not tell whether it was a great deal. There was a shuttle that took us into town, and it ran every hour and dropped you off at the Mirage and/or the Treasure Island hotels. From there you could explore the hotels on the strip--the shuttle was very convenient, especially since parking at the hotels, to see a show for example, was $18. The concierge and staff were very helpful with lots of good information--we booked a show, took a tour to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, visited Red Rock Canyon and visited family from there. All in all, a very good few days spent in LV.

Heat did not work despite maintenance coming in and fixing it. My room was never cleaned.

This hotel was just a place to sleep. It is actually a time share. You do not get daily maid. Linin, trash, etc. Service.

Our room 318A has an air conditioner issue. Whenever the cooling came on, it sounded like a Yellowstone mudpot, with burping, chugging, water flushing sounds. We could also easily hear conversations on one side of our room and love-making on the other. Those people deserve a medal for frequency and longevity! A little variety from bagels, bananas and oranges for breakfast would be great, especially if staying more than a couple of days.
