It is perfect spot on the strip right in the center.

Attending convention - PH was a good option for clean, spacious room. Casino a bit tired but great restaurants and easy to navigate. Great value.

6 elevators and only 1 worked. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

Friendly staff, helpful, convenient location, clean and comfortable room.

Very very cool rooms . Ultra modern Ultra beautiful

The rooms in south wing was newly renovated. It is noisey halkwsys though. Hear your neighbors in hallway coming home. It should be noted when you reserve if you have strip view or not. I thought we did but didn’t

Great view and loved the bathroom. Good size and nice tub!

Upon checkout you will be charged $40/night “resort fee” for access to WiFi whether you use it or not. The manager gets surly if you question it. Bathroom have no exhaust fans, no towel racks for bath towels. Room has no coffee maker, no hot water kettle, no drinking water or anything else in the refrigerator. Stay at your own risk!

The casino was beautiful but the room was absolutely filthy. We had big balls of hair all over the bathroom as well as in the bathtub and the sheets had stains on them. To top it off all day and night it sounded like they were doing construction on the floor above us it was not a good experience for us at all and will not return to ph.

Kept waiting for issues to come up, but pleasantly surprised at the ease at which everything flowed. Friendly staff and centrally located on the strip made everything convenient.

I really liked this hotel, very clean and large room, I really recommend it

Check in was smooth. When I was ready to go to sleep for the evening at midnight, I heard fireworks right outside my window, when I got out of bed to look out the window I could not see them. Then the sound became a constant noise with small breaks of silence. All night random very intense loud rumbling occurred. I did not sleep at all. In the morning at 6 am I finally went to get a water and the elevators were locked. I had to take the north elevators or the stairs. The stairs were located right next to my room. I realized that the stair well was the noise I was hearing all night because they closed the elevators! When I complained to front desk they changed my room. They were nice but I got no sleep and it ruined my trip. The next night was quiet and normal in a different room. It took about n hour to get new room and move my things. Very inconvenient. The hotel only took off one night resort fee. I believe my trip was comprimised because of lack of sleep. I was irritable and tired the rest of the weekend. It was awful. Front desk said they closed the elevators because of a false alarm being triggered. All night???! It was not clear

After having a horrible stay at a previous Hotel the prior night. The staff at Planet Hollywood greeted us with nothing but smiles. We were given the perfect room with an awesome View. And have never had a better time. Thank you for everything

Nice hotel...terrible staff...the bath room dopr lock was broken, they gave us a screw and allen wrench to lock and unlock it

Hotel was very clean and comfortable! I really enjoyed my stay here

I love the location, atmosphere and available amenities at PH. The beds are really comfortable, the big soaker tub is amazing and the food options are many.

This hotel is probably the largest I’ve ever stayed in. Cafe Hollywood (in the hotel) had good food and great staff so we seemed to eat there a lot. I wish the hotel provided more towels. (We only got 3 towels each day for 2 guests). Registration and check-out kiosks do most of the work so we did not have much interaction with hotel staff, but the few times we did the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Getting around the hotel was confusing for a few days until we figured it out . The elevators only led to certain areas as well as the escalators. Just a headache can’t imagine how older people feel about it but besides that it was a great hotel . The room had no microwave but a fridge so that was weird and inconvenient because we could heat up any take out we took so we wasted a lot of meals not being able to take them home to eat .

Hotel staff is very friendly. Room is very clean. Good food and a bunch of activities to do around this hotel.

As a infrequent traveler, I had unrealistically high expectations of how a place like this would be organized to maximize convenience to guests to save time/stress, in terms of parking proximity and clear marking of directions within the facility. Outside marking did nothing to inform the guest arriving by personal or rental vehicle where they might initially park near the front desk to register, unload luggage and take same to room, etc. As we circled the massive complex we were directed by a helpful nearby security guard to the parking garage at the far back of the facility, where we parked and set out on a journey of undetermined length and thus without our luggage, to find the front desk. Once we checked in and located our room we then had to trek back through a full-size shopping mall to the distant parking garage to retrieve our luggage, repeat trek, etc. Over the three days we were there, we continually got lost due to insufficient directional markings - Caesar's Palace is much better marked, though I realize part of the standard casino plan is to keep the inmates as disoriented as possible... On the other hand, the room was clean, and while we didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, on each encounter we found them to be polite, articulate, and helpful. Just arrive by cab and carry a GPS, and you'll be fine...
