It is actually impossible to find the signage to park either self parking or valet. There was construction going either next door or somewhere close to our room was very irritating

Loved our room! Nice comfortable room. At first I didn't like what we were first given bc I felt like someone had left their towels in the room. I called the front desk and they were very accommodating and got us into a bigger much nicer room.

Due to weather we had another night to spend in Vegas. We chose to move to another hotel and chose Planet Hollywood. Check in was quick and easy and rooms weren't too far away. My only complaint is that boarding passes should be free to print since I already paid the resort fee. Also the check in time is a little later than most hotels and would charge us if we wanted to do an early check in.

We had some issues with our first room. The manager gave us an upgrade which we very much appreciated. Beautiful suite with very nice setting.

Beware! The nightly mysterious "resort fees" that are not shown you in your quote are nearly as much as your nightly charge. Expect to pay about twice what you are quoted.

Spent Valentines Week at Planet Hollywood. I received a room upgrade to one of the newly remodeled HIP Rooms, the hallways leading the rooms were bright and the rooms were large, up2dated and spacious. The bathrooms were beautiful and have a lot of space. I've stayed at numberous resorts in Vegas and hands down planet Hollywood had some of the best bathroom. The bed was comfortable...and the rooms were quiet and easy to get to from the lobby or casino. The check in process was a bit lengthy. Although they do and did prompt me through email to have the option of online checking in at the hotel. I didn't. Which I should have. Waited about 15-20 minutes to get checked into our room, which was surprising mentioning how late into the evening we arrived (1045pm) but adding perspective to how busy the hotel was. This one check in process doesn't compare to the great things this hotel has to offer! *prime location, middle of everything. While it is "busy" outside due to the miracle mile shops you don't feel that inside the hotel or the casino. That was a concern of mine prior to staying at PH. Not a concern. *Younger crowd-lively. Bright. Possibly the most eye popping casino on the strip. Everything I think Vegas is summed up in the hotel. Visually the exterior isn't dramatic but the hustle and bustle outside, the energy within, the brightness, the artwork/decor, the panoramic views you even get just from standing out front of the hotel is what i really enjoyed. Will Be back.

Pros: I had a great room and the staff was great. Cons: My room was on a non-smoking floor. Unfortunately, the person next door didnt follow the rules, and I had the smell of cigarettes blowing through the vents. It was horrible. I had to purchase a candle to help reduce the smell. I understand it's a casino, but if request a nonsmoking room, I shouldn't feel like I'm sleeping downstairs at the casino.

I guess the biggest surprise was they new charge for valet parking. It use to be free! Now it's about 20 bucks a night. No where did it say they charge now while I was booking. Hotel fees are about 38 bucks... for what? I'm a top tier Orbitz Visa rewards member and they didn't give me any perks for this hotel, or any that I book at. Definitely disappointed in Orbitz for no heads up with the new valet fees and not providing any perks for their platinum members. But upgrade your room to the new hip renovated rooms. Very nice and worth the few bucks

Long line to check in but the room was amazing. Love the bathroom with the huge tub!!! Great view with big windows and such a huge comfortable bed!! It was a great room!! Definitely great for a quick or long stay

At first I was very annoyed becase I was given the wrong room. I reserved a Ultra Hip Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking (Newly Renovated). But got a very old and badly kept two double bed room on the 8th floor. The morning after the hotel gave me my correct room On the 23rd floor. Brand new everything. I know they are renovating, but that first room was in no condition for guests. My overall experience was nice and I would stay at the hotel again. Having the Axis for the Britney and JLo shows give the hotel a plus. Also, Miracle Mile Shops is the perfect plus to have under a hotel.

I was placed in a room that was in the process of being upgraded. There was missing decorations, old mattresses that were not very comfortable, and the water pressure of the shower was not good. The water would spout out at various pressures. A positive thing was the soaking tub which was nice and the spacious room layout.

It was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dark for me. Needed more lighting.

In addition to a daily resort fee ($33, for terrible internet and a gym u can't access without a retina scan) the valet charges $18 a night just to leave ur car overnight. Self parking is around the corner with the miracle mile parking so it's a dark and uncomfortable walk. The valet guys I heard are Already handing in their notices. Customer service: terrible. I would rather stay far away and off the strip than deal with employees here.

Fabulous weekend at Planet Hollywood beautiful newly renovated rooms, great proximity to all the hotels.

We were on our anniversary and checked into Planet Hollywood. Upgraded room, super clean, amazing staff, they went above and beyond after we decided to leave MGM Grand due to filthy room conditions. MGM moved us to two rooms that were the worst rooms I have ever seen, so dirty. Never complained once in my life but this was so bad. Checked into Planet Hollywood and Lynnette at the front desk went all out to make our Vegas trip top notch. She gave us an updated room with an amazing view. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and am already planning our next Vegas trip with Planet Hollywood.

It's definitely located in the heart of the strip. Stay there and you will be in the center of the Strip where walking is enough to get you to almost most of the best of the Strip. However, it's getting old. As much as they might be trying to clean it, renovation is needed.

The small print $35 per day resort fees on top of other fees and taxes made a $50 per night special into over $150 per night which is still a decent price for a nice room in the middle of the strip. Self Parking is a long long walk - of course valet is another fee altogether-probably worth it here, my walk to the car was roughly a half mile.

Stayed for a reunion. The Planet Hollywood is in a great location at a reasonable price. Recommend it.

Had a wonderful night. So close to shops. We had a good time walking the strip from our hotel. So much to do so close by

The mall the JLo show was awesome the staff was always courteous the room was great. Definitely will be staying at the Planet Hollywood again.
