Excellent shopping! My only complaint is the lack of computer facilities for the guests, only a RIP off UPS desk/printing service desk.

A little disappointed because so many close areas in the casino due to water damage and buffet being closed.

Fist time,we got a room still not clean up yet. We went down to front desk to get the other one.

I loved the convenience of shopping, food, parking and hotel. It was a wonderful experience here. I would recommend

Good view. Clean room. Good location! Only one complaint, bathroom didn't have an option between low light or bright light. Could barely see into the mirror to shave.

Would go there again, just a little bit overpriced otherwise I would have stayed another night.

My only complaint was the check in process. There are kiosks and it can only verify your hotel confirmation with a barcode or identification. It wouldn't take my ID and I didn't receive a barcode when booking through Orbitz. The room itself was comfortable and my bathroom was ginormous. I really enjoyed my stay.

My only complaint is the AC could not completely cool the room, now we were on top floor and LV did have record heat, so is that really a negative? I would have no qualms about staying at PH in the future, just maybe not on 23rd floor during a record heat wave. :)

Overall the rooms were great. Beds were comfortable, it was very clean and chic. However, there were not coffee pots (you had to go down to starbucks or a restaurant to get coffee), no microwave, and it was a 1/2 a mile walk to go back to your car if you forgot something. While the rooms were comfortable and nice, I don't consider them worth the price or the inconveniences. I will most likely stay somewhere else next time.

Went to see Jennifer Lopez concert and the hotel was a nice surprise. The room renovations make it a nice place to stay and convenient to the concert.

Easy arrival and lovely room. Some overflow sound from the pool below, but it's Vegas- I know this will happen.

Great great great. Loved it. Will return. Can't wait to com back...

We really enjoyed our stay. The self check in made it easy and fast. The hotel is in the middle of the strip which was very convinient. The only thing that was a lilttle annoying is the location of self parking, you have to walk quite a bit to get to the rooms.

Very nice room. Staff very helpful at check-in and check-out.

Hotel was nice in central location. You really never have to leave hotel

Everything was just perfect. Esp location. Room was super clean, facing the strip

First experience of riding the elevator to my room to see a used dirty condom in the elevator. Nice!!! Never again

For the room rate I was very happy with our accommodations! Only complaint I have is that our room, as well as a friends room, had issues with our shower draining. We had to time showers to avoid flooding

Customer service was great upon checking in the front desk employee was very nice and professional. Our room was great, nicely renovated but the pool music stayed on all night it was so loud we barely were able to sleep we had to leave early in the morning cause of it and didn't get to enjoy the rest of our stay.

We stayed one night, we had a great time. The hotel was clean, staff great.
