The room was up to par. However, could’ve been cleaner I found hair on the bathroom floor and shower. Housekeeping visited the room daily to clean even though I posted the “Do not disturb “sign outside of the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The day after my birthday the water went out at the hotel from 2Am to noon, only the upper level floors like floor 20 ish and up had water. We went to the front desk to make a complaint and the front desk staff accommodated us by removing the resort fees for 2 nights. So $140 and change got removed from our bill which was nice. The hotel amenities can be better not much is offered. Also, I did not know there was a charge to enter the pool area. The best thing about the hotel was having several food options located in the hotel and the Miracle Mile shopping mall. The casino ended up losing power in all the machines on Thursday night 6/30 so we had to venture off to another casino nearby to use their machines. They offered free entry for ladies in the hotel’s club and men paid 10 bucks, we also received a 2 for 1 coupon BUT we did the math you’re basically paying for 2 drinks there were no free drinks as stated on the coupon. Regardless I had a ball for my birthday week and would consider staying at PH again. The hotel was conveniently placed on the strip. And law enforcement frequented our hotel casino which made us feel safe. I forgot to mention there was a $25 charge for early check in, which was waived for my man and I.

Just came back from a 4 night stay. Disappointed. The reception is a computer, at the parking level. Unpleasant Staff will help if needed. They won’t clean up daily your room unless you request it. We requested it for our stay but they ended up skipping or coming pretty late. Super loud common areas. We woke up on our third day with no water. No announcement made. No apologies. Also Not that many bathroom amenities. Unless requested. Nonetheless located next to a nice mall We came here a while ago when it was Aladdin Hotel and Casino. It was much more welcoming and pleasant. Planet Hollywood had a very different vibe and atmosphere. I don’t think I will visit again.

Clearly they are booking more rooms than they have staff to properly care for their customers. Repeated requests for fresh towels, trash removal, toilet paper went ignored. I understand the staffing crisis...but booking more rooms than you can service is a business decision that creates customers that will not return.

From the self parking garage to registration is like a maze. Insufficient signs to assist guests. Dirty carpet and sticky bathroom floor. No free parking for Nevada residents.

Room smelled, musty

I love the cleanliness of the hotel.

What I liked about the property was that it was right on the strip and everything was in walking distance even the other hotels and casinos. What I didn't like was their was no extra amenities in the room and the room didn't have a view of the strip and you had to pay to have use of the rooftop pool which wasn't mentioned online when reserving your room.

Nice

Great stay

I really like that this place has a lot of restaurants where they allow you to take your food to go, and the hotel rooms always have good views of the Strip. The check in/check out machines can be confusing, but I also think they're pretty cool. I also love how big the gym and pool areas are... One of the cons about the gym though is you have to sign a waiver or scan a barcode to use it. I had a great stay overall though, and I'm looking forward to coming back.

Great property with nice rooms and reasonable prices

Hotel room was right next to elevators, could hear elevators all night.

There was no human staff at checkin. Everything was a kiosk. With digital check in a QR codes. Our room that was non smoking smelled like weed.

Pros - close to everything. Pool area nice. Can walk to everywhere. Room good size and clean. Cons - had to be the worst check in experience of my life - they use these machines to check you in but no one knows how to use them then line was horrendous - if this is not fixed I would not stay here again Casino - 6/5 black jack triple 000 roulette wheels automated shufflers - just feels like highway robbery

Ahmazing

Easy check in.

The parking for this hotel is so complicated we got charged twice which sucked

Very nice casino, nice location and pool.

They don’t have receptionist/front desk staff. Check-in/check-out done on automated machines. Charge extra $25us to check in 30min early, $50 to check in even earlier. No coffee machine in room. I would call it nickle and dime-ing you to death but it is more like $5 - $50 for everything. Dirty mirrors, dirty windows dirty inside and out. I could go on, but they obviously don’t care about customer service.
