They neglected the idea we needed a non smoking room and gave us a smoking room even though we PAID for a non smoking rooms no where does it state it’s a “request”. They gave us a second option of a handicap room something we didn’t want. Lady was RUDE AND NON HELPFUL. Worst hotel stay !

Nice big clean room. View was adjoining wall from next building. Seems they put shower doors on wrong. You cannot reach shower control without stepping into shower than you get a blast of ice cold water in your face. Shower head like 6 feet up so you can’t adjust it.
