I had reserved a King Premium room with view. What i was given was a King Room for ADA handicap which had limited space on bathroom counter and a bench in shower. We ended up not using shower. Also, furniture outdated. Also jewelry purchased in Moab was missing from bag left in car after valet parking. Disappointing considering the reviews.

The hotel itself was great. But the valet drivers somehow bent our wheel rims and shifted our alignment after being parked overnight. Such an expensive fix for an overnight stay. So disappointing since we really love the hotel.

Bathroom needed maintenance. Water pressure too high, showering actually hurt. Shower drain did not keep up. Had to shut water off during shower to keep pan from overflowing.
