South Point Hotel, Casino, and Spa

This hotel was comfortable and convenient for our stay during the USBC bowling tournament. Everything we needed was right there, and it had a much brighter, more open feel than many of the downtown casino/hotels. The gambling is not an attraction for us, so we enjoyed the shops, restaurants and activities. They also had great service! We noticed the first night that there was a slight leak in one of our faucets in the bathroom and a light bulb was burned out. I told the desk about it on our way to breakfast the next morning, and by the time we got back to the room the things were already fixed! Then another employee came by in a couple of hours to be sure everything was ok with the room. Easy to get in and out for anything we did want to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again in the future, and other members of the team were equally impressed, even those staying at other properties.

Awesome facility - my wife and I were there for a bowling tournament and loved the facility as a whole. My wife did have a bad experince at a pai gow table however - she had to get up to go to the bathroom, alerted the dealer, and came back to the table to find her chips were taken. She asked the dealer what happened he could only shrug his shoulders. Only after she kept persisting did one of the players at the table own up to taking the chips, and gave them back to her. There was no apology to my wife and no consequences for the person who had taken her chips. The dealer should have been more alert as it is common for a player to step away briefly and leave chips there to hold their place at the table. We emailed south point management the next morning and have yet to receive a response. Other than that though, great place.

to many hidden fees four days after i got home a $64 fee for ?

Our stay was fine. Parked valet. Nice! Getting to the room a little confusing. Restaurant Vitos was great. The food portions were too large. Will split meal next time. Beds were comfortable and clean. Thanks.

This was our groups first experience to your property. We (30) people all enjoyed our time and thought the place was very clean and staff were very interactive and pleasant

Very nice room, convenient and reasonably priced.

one night stay will not be enough to provide a more thorough review but the place is NICE. the color of the place though can be improved.

The hotel was very clean and i felt very safe. Loved being off the strip and didn't have to pay for parking and resort fees were very reasonable. Oyster bar in the hotel was a plus

Desk employee put us in a nice pool view room. Nice place away from the strip madness

The hotel was very helpful. 5's on all points. My husband collapsed at the hotel (he's doing fine now!) and the staff was very professional and helpful. They tended to him until the paramedics got there (who were amazing BTW). They provided us with a wheelchair the rest of our stay, and the following morning called our room to check on him. Thank you SP!

Surprised with the power outage. Not the fault on facility. Had a wonderful time.

It was a nice place, but being charged a hidden daily fee for a spa/resort is ridiculous. This was not disclosed prior to booking. Seems shady.

The hotel was nice. The food options were of a wide variety and very good and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the experience of check-in and check-out was extremely simple. The only drawback was the smoking and the smell that came along with that, but otherwise a pleasurable experience.

Nice hotel. Casino was very smokey. Nice pool area. Lots of chairs. Only complaint. Beds are HARD.

We booked this place because it has bowling and a moview theather and we had two younger kids with us.The whole time we were there the bowing was booked for the bowling leaques. We had a bad experience with the buffett staff. We have stayed here before but lately the staff is careless. I left a VM for Karen at customer service and send an email to management and they never called back. We will not be staying here again. Save your money and book else where.

I have stayed here before. This time bed uncomfortable. Only two towels in room. Buffet way over priced. Hotel was Ok.

Convenient to things I was doing. Convenient to things I was doing. Convenient to things I was doing

Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool, bowling and the many restaraunts

You have everything that you need around you, from shops to restaurants. Yes is not on the strip but less traffic and noise.

Very nice. My young son loved the pool. Pool set up where he could be in almost all of the pool and we could see him from our chairs without having to constantly get up. So nice when you are really trying to have a relaxing time. We will definitely be back!
