I think the fees are too high, especially the ‘resort fees’. Amenities such as high speed internet should be included in this day and age.

Made reservation for a non smoking room at check in told none were available what is the point of reserving a nonsmoking room when the desk says it was only a request my don’t guarantee the room spend the night in a smoking room terrible!!!!!!!

It was a very nice room. The only problems we had were a place on the bed that felt broken, and the curtains did not close all the way to the wall, leaving a bright line from the floodlights outside that shone on the bed. The bad spot on the bed didn’t prevent me from sleeping well. The light from the sunrise also got us up a bit earlier than we intended. All in all, it was a very nice experience and we would stay there again. P.s. the Coronado Cafe was a great place to eat, we loved Don Vito’s restaurant, and Baja Miguel’s was wonderful. Thank you!!

I’ve had it with this place!

Let me start by saying I’ve been going to this place since they first opened. I’ve been back dozens of times since. But… I’ve had it with the ridiculous resort fee! It was 60% of the cost of the room. Resort fees are generally for pool and gym access. Let’s be real! I’m on vacation In Vegas and I’m not going to the gym! The pool hours at this place suck! 10:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m! Once again, I’m in Vegas, I wanna hang out at the pool and hot tub until at least 10:00 or 11 Pm like it used to be. I also used to go to the hot tub and drink coffee at 8:00 a.m but now you can’t go until 10. Then to top it off, they have closed the pool area for the day for rain and “other” reasons three times during my stay but they still charge you for the resort fee. I feel like they should remove that fee on days when there’s no access to the pool, but let’s be real, it’s a scam! Oh also, the toilet ran all day and night!

Floor in bathroom entry way had long blonde clumps in several spots and the pillows on the beds were the cheapest I’ve ever seen there. We usually love staying there.
