We booked this place because it has bowling and a moview theather and we had two younger kids with us.The whole time we were there the bowing was booked for the bowling leaques. We had a bad experience with the buffett staff. We have stayed here before but lately the staff is careless. I left a VM for Karen at customer service and send an email to management and they never called back. We will not be staying here again. Save your money and book else where.
I have stayed here before. This time bed uncomfortable. Only two towels in room. Buffet way over priced. Hotel was Ok.
Convenient to things I was doing. Convenient to things I was doing. Convenient to things I was doing
Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool, bowling and the many restaraunts
You have everything that you need around you, from shops to restaurants. Yes is not on the strip but less traffic and noise.
Very nice. My young son loved the pool. Pool set up where he could be in almost all of the pool and we could see him from our chairs without having to constantly get up. So nice when you are really trying to have a relaxing time. We will definitely be back!
Good: Our room was clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and reception friendly. We had dinner at the Garden Buffet which was good value and enjoyable. We watched a movie at the movie theater which was fun. Bad: Hotel smells smoky and is too far from the main strip. The biggest problem is that parking at the hotel was not secure. We parked our car and trailer just outside the front of the hotel and, in less than 24 hours, our expensive cooler which is attached to the trailer was stolen! Poor security for a hotel this size especially after we parked so close to the entrance and no warning signs about theft. Also no mention at check-in about how unsafe their parking facility is. Will not return!
Mattress could be more comfortable, but other then that hotel is great!!!
Nice rooms very large but don't mess with the buffet very bad
Big rooms. Very clean. No lines at checkin. Very good
What an awesome place to stay. Very clean and good sized rooms. House keeping did a great job. Only complaint was the room service. The lady misunderstood that I wanted a sausage pizza and send up 3 sausage patties for $32. Once I got the pizza it came out to $53. Other then that it was a good time at the southpoint and the sportsbook was awesome!
We had a great stay. The restaurants were very nice quality. We loved the pool. The only negative for me was the powerful cigarette smoke everywhere. But other than that, we had a great time. Thank you.
We went to Southpoint over the week-end to see a concert by Tower of Power. Have stayed there before and like it because it has everything we enjoy without needing to leave the facility. Good restaurants. Bowling. Movie theatre. Bingo parlor. And, of course, plenty of games of chance.
Smells like cigarette smoke throughout hotwl Not good
Stayed on a Saturday. Free Parking. Check-in was smooth. Upgraded my room to the Professional suite. Very spacious with a nice desk and two TV's. Bathroom was big and spacious. Lots of counter space. Tub and Toilet were separated by another door. The hotel has lots to offer under one roof, from dining to entertainment to gambling to kids activities. Overall a great experience.
I had a great experience everybody was friendly and helpful
It was nice to have entertainment on the premises.
Good place to stay in Las Vegas. Good room, clean and quite.
This is one of the best places to stay in L.V. and especially for the price. Don't miss the food at Primarily Prime Rib. Some of the best prime rib I have ever had and the 3 other people in our party all agreed.
Very pleasant hotel and staff. Very nice rooms and hotel was excellent
