Perfect location close to shopping malls, restaurants, bars.

I was super stoked to stay at the MGM. I've always heard great things and it's so well known! We got to our room and it was smaller than a dorm room, no closed off shower/bathroom area. Our a/c didn't work and the shower leaked into the toilet area. They "upgraded" us into another room which was more like a normal hotel room, normal size, normal bathroom area. I just wasn't wowed like I thought I'd be. I vacation to Vegas 2-3 times a year, but I won't stay at the MGM again.

Confortable room. Nice spa and pool. Some noice in the back street for some workers and trucks.

The hotel was really nice but we were charged for everything that was supposed to be complimentary...

It smelled like sewage coming in the room. Also, checking in was a nightmare. It took 45 minutes cause of the long lines. Would not recommend to no one.

When I got there room that I have booked wasn't available so they give a different room .

my room key quit working three different times. the carpet needs to be replaced. red stain, wine? blood? something.

Nice room. The check in line (midnight Thursday ) are long but move quickly. I have problem with key card somehow not work, locked me out and a security help me with it,somehow my register name are not on the system but they fixed it no problem. Check out (11:00AM) over the phone was amazingly fast and convenient. Definily recommend to friends and family.

I booked my room 8 months in advance and they said they had none available when I checked in. They then said they would refund me for one days resort fee. Then upon checkout they had gone ahead and added the resort fee. They will not do anything for you. This place is horrible. Do not stay at this resort

I have been traveling to vegas for many years I am part of the m life program and I've stayed at the belagio ,Luxor ,cosmopolitan,aria .... and I have never been so disappointed .... it all started when I got to my room and noticed 2 beds when I specifically requested 1 king bed .... then I wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water .... requested for late check out at the front desk the day before of my departure and I was told that there was no 3pm late check out available .... come to find out when I was checking out from my room on the TV that there was availability for 3 and 6 pm . Just a total bad experience.

hotel staff is great, the hotel is not bad but rooms in the west wing need some updating. i was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room but once brought to the cleaning ladies attention she quickly addressed.

Too hectic of a hotel for me, but then again this was my 1st time in Vegas. Maybe next time I'll stay at a smaller hotel.

The room was really nice. The pool complex is spectacular. Several pools and hot tubs. Everyone was very friendly. The only downside was we had to walk a long way to get from our room to anywhere else in the hotel, but i imagine that's the same way for most of the hotels around here. There is construction in the front right now, making it a little inconvenient to get across the street to the New York, New York side of the street. Overall we had a really great time!

Check in/check out was easy.. very nice the buffet was great definitely making another trip and staying at the MGM

Overall a very well experience. Was disappointed that a simple coffee maker is not in the room. Finally a lot of things were expensive from food to drink. Because of those high expenses, was not able to spend what I wanted to on gambling.

Food excellent. Staff on point. Rooms ok great view. Game selection poor. Overall stay was great spent more time at other casinos than at mgm. Other places offered more for less. Dont think ill go back. Fun but could have been more.

Food was not good and overpriced. Drinks also overprice AND watered down. Most of the staff was friendly and the pool area was decent. They should give you the choice of a mini bar or empty fridge because I'm not sure if many people are paying 10 bucks for a can of soda from a mini bar.

Enetered the room. Sink was clogged, looked like it was being worked on. No bathrobe, no coffee maker, limited bath items, outdated interior, outrageous prices for the mini bar ($6 for 1 coke). Room service pizza wasn't properly cooked.

We've stayed here many times but this time we we upgraded, told the rooms had been renovated, and the room was terrible. Nothing was updated. Sheets were stained. Floor was stained. We paid extra and not too happy about it.

nice hotel but needs some improvements
