Front desk charged us $300 to upgrade room, endid up with view of a/c unit, transformer, and huge green flood lights, worst room in that hotel, no help from management, never again!

First off when we checked in she said she could give us better rooms for only $20 more per night we were all for that! Until we got brought to the 12th floor with horrible views’ not worth $20 extra a night. At first look our room seemed wonderful! We put our bags down and of course started to snap chat a video of how beautiful it was! Until i got to the bathroom and saw multiple clumps of dried hair balls on the walls of the shower! GROSS! That means it wasn’t touched or cleaned at all! YUCK! Our bathroom Mirror was also peeling apart in the corners and looked awful! Told the front desk staff at checkout and they didn’t say anything about it...how professional! Not to Mention how rude the pool staff was when we told them our tubes got stolen WITH OUR names on them while we went to the bathroom. I won’t be coming back to this hotel or recommending it to anyone. I’ll go back to the flamingo before choosing th3 MGM.

Make sure you understand that if you book onOorbitz there is an additional resort fee that will be charged in addition to the quoted rate.

Hotel and staff were as expected. The rooms were more expensive than other hotels but we stayed anyways. The casino was big but games were expensive and prices went up through the day. They had some $10 poker tables in the morning but good luck finding one at night. Drinks and food were also expensive.

No hot water, People were smoking. The refrigerator would not open

Staff was amazing very helpful and the room was excellent would definitely recommend on going back and we will be going back to the mgm

Overall very nice place to stay. Some of their electrical outlets need replacing /upgrading. A few didn't hold the plug in the socket, making it almost impossible to charge a phone or computer. They should also upgrade some of those outlets to include USB ports.

I expected the room and bathroom to be nicer. They put us on the 4th floor and told us we had been upgraded......our view was of the roof of what I guess was the casino. Thanks for the upgrade! Our shower was all clogged up and there were long dark hairs in the tub. We had to call to have someone unclog the shower. I never felt like our bathroom was clean. One day at 5:30 p.m. our room still hadn't been cleaned and had to call down to ask them to clean our room and get some clean towels. On June 3rd went down to reserve the private pool and was told all the pools were closed except for the lazy river due to a private event. I have never experienced this before and had I known, we definitely would not have stayed there. There was not a heads up at all. Imagine the entire hotel of people crammed into one pool. It was miserable. I am use to nicer accommodations from Vegas hotels and MGM did not deliver at all. Very disappointing.

Our room had a broken toilet seat and burned out lightbulb in the bathroom. Took hours to get it fixed. Terrible housekeeping.. slow to get towels. We loved the lazy river!

I will not go back to MGM anymore. They are charging 26 dollar per day for the valet parking services which should be free at less the registration day. Also there is not any sign telling to cust for charges for this services. Second, it is increible that at the moment of doing check out in the room using Tv and also at the machines on the lobby, the program charges automatically 285 dollars!!!!! I think that is an ilegal practice because MGM can not apply any charges if cust has no taken any food or drink from the bar and the only way to take off this fee from the bill is going to the lobby and explain everything to the customer services representative. How many inocents customers have paid this fees they dont should to pay???

It started off crazy with keys to room not working, but it was well worth it they treated us so special we will be back.#Vegas#

The room itself is comfortable. Nice views from the window. Great service from the staff. The room just needed a few fixes like the bath tub nob was broke, and the bathroom wallpaper was peeling at the seams which made the bathroom look very old and dirty. I stayed at the MGM many times and not all their rooms look like this. The MGM is a great hotel to stay at. MGM is still my go to hotel in Vegas.

Check in was great, lovely staff member at front desk. Room was clean but smelled a little musty. Food at the cabana grill and Pub 1842 was very good.

The staff was very attentive. The food Buffet was very good. Pool area had plenty of lounges and pool was clean.

I refuse to stay anywhere but MGM! the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is great. MGM has the best lazy river, and the pool is also super clean.

Enjoyed monorail convenience. Great restaurants and found lots of shopping. The Stay Well room was perfect. Easy to get around, even though huge hotel.

Truly enjoyed Las Vegas, seeing all the lights, shows, food, etc. First time there and hope I will be able to come again. MGM Grand was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants was nice and food was great. Loved the eggs benedict! Had an awesome time.

The MGM room smelled of Marijuana our entire stay.

West wing in dis repair. Chipped sink and shower door. Mattress old. No alarm clock in room. Elevators dark.

The hotel was nice, but overpriced and the $40 resort fee is stupid. that should at least include parking your car but it doesn't. It's basically $40 a day for internet.
