Great hotel.. Enjoyed the room and food. great location and decent price. I will definitely be back!!!! Everything from check in to check out went smoothly!

Everything was good but bed was uncomfortable. It was too much walk for a handicap person to get to the room.

I'll start by sharing the positive features of my stay - the room was clean and the casino is centrally located. Other than that everything else was disappointing. Upon checking in the receptionist directed us to a set of elevators that seemed rather out of the way. In fact, my guest and I wondered if she had sent us to a private staff entrance. No such luck. We were directed to the "west wing" which must have been an addition, and quite possibly a former parking garage. The hallway, inclusive of the grayish carpeting and walls, was dreary. The lighting was dim and my guest and I both agreed we were happy to have company as we made the way to the room. Once inside our room we found the layout to be a bit strange. The door opens and you are greeted with the bathroom sink facing you - no bathroom door. There room was exceptionally small with bare bone amenities. My friend and I had a great time in Vegas and even in the MGM Casino and restaurants. The room was really a low point of my trip and colored my overall experience. If I could plan the trip again I would choose a different hotel.

Nice environment. Clean room. Friendly staff. A lot of entertainment

If you get any water or soda out the room you will be ripped , water is $12 , do not get anything from the room !!

Friendly staff. Room service was excellent and hotel and rooms very clean!

Difficulty with hot water. One shower took 5min to receive hot water. Shower the next day lost hot water during operation but then it came right back. Nice room, great view! Not a pleasant experience with Hakasan restaurant. MGMT would only cater to a party of 10 if the set menu of $88 per person were purchased. Group wanted small food and not a full dinner. MGMT was unsympathetic, snobish and border rude to their patrons stating " if you don't want the service, others will take the table" ..........there is better food, better service and better appreciation in Chinatown, take a taxi!

I was a little unhappy that the pool closed at 4 PM, but everything else was great. The food was a little expensive, but expected. Staff was very friendly, and the casino area was clean and offered plenty of variety.

Not what we were expecting. Rooms were very run down, not even a coffee pot in the room. Friends had to get a different room after check in due to black stuff in shower and toilet area. We had 10 couples stay in 5 rooms and everyone complained showers leaked into toilet room. Overall, the amount of money we spent at casino and restaurants we just expected to have nice clean rooms with all the amenities we were promised. Not a good experience.

Quality of this hotel has really gone down hill. This hotel was horrible. We have an MGM back home in Detroit that we frequent and we were expecting the same quality of service and cleanliness. MGM Las Vegas has disappointed. We shouldn’t have to open our blinds and have our room overlook the garbage dumpsters. We stayed one night and immediately checked out in the morning. From the garbage in the hallways and elevators to the rude personnel. We will not be returning.

After reading orbitz reviews I was scared that I booked here, but was shocked at how beautiful everything was at this resort. I spent 2 weeks there !! and only needed to leave the property several times, unbelievable stay, saw 5-6 shows, enjoyed the pool and all the restaurants. My only issue was with the desk clerks. Once I signed up for MLife and was assigned a Host everything was wonderful, even offered a Limo back to Airport. I will be back soon.

Rooms were ready & waiting. The check in was smooth and congenial. Did not get a Strip view but have a high floor and nice room.

Great stay. Paid extra for 6pm check out. Would be great if they had coffee in the room

Bedding was torn and had red stains on it. Bathroom was dingy Expected more from MGM if just for a basic room.

awoken abruptly at 730a by window washer hanging outside our 11th floor window. Room was ok. Grand buffet was fair but not worth the price, especially the brunch come Friday

First time staying at the MGM. Got to our room and there was a old towel in the bathroom. Our first time staying at the MGM and they put a $400 hold on your cc for damages and then it’s an additional &39 for a resort fee. It was an extra $300 on top of the $800 I already spent on travel.

Okay Room was in ok shape. Needed some Minor repairs. Hotel was Clean.

Hotel was comfotable and clean. Very good value for the cost. Very nice variety of restaurants.

BEST.....BEST...BEST...BEST.....AND BEST OFF THE BEST

This hotel was huge. You could spend a whole weekend here and not leave the resort. All kinds of restaurants ranging from Iron Chef Mirimotos to Emerils to food court. Comedy club, numerous bars. Not to mention the huge casino. When we were there it was warm enough to swim. New York New York and the Tropicana are across the street. First time in Vegas and this place was perfectly located near all the action on the strip
