Too many hidden fees they don't tell you about and hotel sinagw could use improvement. Too big of a hotel to figure out where your foing

Unfortunately, if you use cellphone to book room, do not follow the driving direction on Orbitz app. Totally wrong.

The staff was excellent and our maid did an wonderful job with our great room! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! The hotel offered so many things and plenty of shops to shop!

The hotel is great just extremely big. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff is very nice and helpful

Hotel staff was nice when checking us in but housekeeping never came to clean our room. The bathroom needed some work. The shower didn't drain properly & the overall look was just rundown. The room got the job done but we won't stay here again.

Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the MGM, but I was very disappointed that they had no personal fridge nor a microwave or a coffee maker. Even at a cheaper hotel they have this essential things.

long story and I have complained directly to the hotel as if they care but a four star hotel I think is a horrible stretch 3 different rooms in three nights I think that says it all

The hallway was entirely too long and the furniture could have been updated and could had a microwave and fridge in the room for personal use.

Had "reserved" a king sized room only to find out upon check-in that they had sold out of king rooms. Was offered an "upgraded" room with a double queen and was told it was a newer renovation. If that was an upgrade I hate to see the regular rooms. Other than the bait and switch on the bed it was fine. About the only thing you do with a hotel room in Vegas is use it to sleep a few hours so it pretty much ruined the trip and I'm going to give them a bad rating.

It was a good stay. The hot water didn't work at first but maintenance was there in 20 minutes to fix it and was so polite! The entire staff was wonderful. We loved how we got to see David Copperfield in our hotel! I have never seen anything like it in front of my eyes! Also the restaurants were a treat and we loved the MGM Grand Buffet Champagne brunch on Saturday! Thank you MGM!

The hotel itself was nice, however the rooms are small. We had no view of anything except a wall of green lights because we were on the 7th floor, (which was suppose to be a complimentary upgrade? Definitely not.) The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing, and we found someone's old room service fruit cup under the bed, which tells me the room wasn't cleaned properly. Overall the casino and restaurants were good, but the room wasn't great at all.

The staff was awesome and they made checking in and checking out a no hassle. Great customer service!

The rooms were clean, staff very helpful, no fridge no water or coffeemaker in room

this trip to las vegas was our 1st. we were celebrating our 36 wedding anniversary which was on valentines day. upon arrival at MGM we were welcomed and the atmosphere was so refreshing. Our room was more than what we expected. The staff was so considerate and very helpful. We had such an experience with MGM ,THE SHOWS, AND CASINO'S that we can't wait to return.

No smoking in sports book and crap tables Never heard of such a thing who are they kidding

This hotel is nice-but hidden/extra cost is ridiculous! Staff come into the rooms at anytime to check the mini bar- which anyone in their right mind would not use! IE.... A can of sofa is $4.50 Make things alittle more affordable for the average person!!!

Beautiful hotel, casinos nice, rooms clean and bed pretty comfy

just was not happy I have to tell the front desk few times about charges appear on valet parking, i never had a car, i was not sure why it kept on appearing on my account.

Checked in at MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas and upgraded our room to Tower Spa Suite. We put our bags in the hotel room which was ver dark due to poor lighting and left for the day. When we returned the room was so dirty, the floors were covered in stains, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom toilet was covered in urine. Room appeared to have had water damage and the mold smell was terrible. We called the front desk and they moved us too a smaller room two floors down. Upon entering the room, we had the same problem, room was not cleaned, carpet was worse, stained and not vacumed, and again another dirty bathroom. We then called down again and they wanted to move us to another room, at that point we spoke with the Manager and he agreed both rooms were unsatisfactory and we decided to go to another Hotel at this point. We checked into Planet Hollywood, and everything was perfect! I have never written a review in my life but felt that this needed to be shared, very disappointed in MGM and I hope no one has to experience what we saw. They are a big company, time to spend some money and update your rooms and make sure they are actually being cleaned.

William (front desk) checked us in and got us the best room available at the time, and the next day upgraded us to a higher floor with great views. And - adjoining rooms with our kids. William is friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to listen to our requests. We stopped by to thank him for our wonderful stay!
