The room was very clean. Shower was amazing. However, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Room was pitch black and kept waking up.
I've had such a hard problem with wifi. I was there for my conference and as soon as I entered the arena my wifi would disconnected. Although, the tech person said he asks specifically to add my id in the wifi for arena, I never got it. Unfortunately, it was a loss for me as I couldn't transfer necessary info through internet .
The overall stay was good. They did not honor the promotion that was offered at the time of purchase
Although the "package" came with 2 buffets the hotel still try and made me pay for them, they said there is something in "fine print" regarding buffets on the weekend and tthey tried to charge an extra $21 when checking out.
A very nice weekend. There was a long line at check-in, but they kept it moving pretty quickly. The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. The pool area was very nice. broken up into several smaller areas. The lazy river was a nice touch. Checkout was easy. Shuttle's to/from the airport worked out well. Very convenient to the strip. I will have to check out the Tram option next time. I would stay here again.
great restaurants, good location on the strip. A bit noisy with a lot of party people. Great pool and lazy river
King size rooms look old and rundown. The beds was very hard. The pillows become flat once you lay your head on it.
When we check in the room they gave use was not clean and we was told housekeeping was coming up to clean after 8hours room still wasn't clean had to get another room with a bad view of trash. We lose a hold day I was not please for my birthday.
Great experience would definitely stay again, had a problem with the shower but the staff addressed the problem right away and discount the over all price.
Rooms were clean, bed was comfy. Hotel was in prime location and walking distance to everything! Will stay at MGM again, for sure
This hotel would be perfect if it did not allow smoking on the 1st floor. Because you have to walk through the casino to get to your room, lobby, etc, its bad for people with allergies and your overall health. Rooms are clean, plenty of amenities.
MGM was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very very great hotel clean no bugs no problem our whole stay if I could give them 10 stars I would
It was a dissapointing surprise knowing that MGM is now charging for parking (self parking) and of course Valet parking. no other group of hotels charge for parking, in Vegas. MGM service and facilities, not the one who used to be. Is way more expensive now, $700 for 2 night stay,in a very standart hotel room, we complaint about lack of hot water in the shower, and terrible view in an upgraded room tariff, and only got a $35 refund.
Room was dusty and dark, needs an upgrade. No modern touches. Can hear people in the next room and out in the hallway. Very disappointed with the room.
Hotel staff was very pleasant; checking in procedure seemed very arduous due to them having to offer upgrades; room was great; great pool area; although more pools could have been open due to the large amount of people. Many great restaurant choices; buffet was very good.
This is a old hotel that really needs updating. I'm sure it was nice at one time, but it's not 1993 anymore...
Great hotel. Whimpy shower. Best location on the Strip.
Had a view next to the trash! You can hear every slam and conversations next door. We could not sleep from how much noise it was. Too many Childrean which should be a no no for kids to be at any casino
To far for all the action but hotel was the top-of-the-line
