Friendly staff and helpfulness. Gaming was a thrill.

Room had cracks in mirror, very very noisy near room with construction, garbage truck sounds, sounds I don’t even know what they were but kept me up at night. Big green neon light coming into room, no counter space in bathroom, room looked very outdated. 1st time staying at MGM and I was excited to check it out seem like a dump. Staff gave me wrong info on registration for Con Expo, than staff at the wrong area we were directed to get badges were rude with us and also gave us incorrect info, short story spent money on an unnecessary Uber and lots of extra time to get our badges at the actual convention center. Parking had more empty spots for car rental company so we just ended up valeting.

I love the location, the pool area and the view. We were upgraded to the 25th floor and could see down the strip and even part of the Bellagio water show.

Good location Long wall from car to Lobby, longer walk from Lobby to room. From elevation I walked past 80 rooms to get to my room. Longest hallway in any hotel that I stayed at.

Rooms are pretty basic. No coffee maker or fridge, but clean and nice

Stayed for one night in the older part of the hotel. The front desk made it known that it was the "oldest" part of the hotel and asked if we would like to upgrade (not sure if this was a free offer but declined before we could find out). The rooms were just fine obviously showing some age however nothing to be upset about. The shower pressure is absolutely amazing and no other issues with the restroom portion of the room. Bed was comfortable and lighting adequate for reading etc and also pleasing when turned off (nice green glow from outside). Television had plenty of options and modern set. The hallways and walk to the rooms are comically long but not an issue. Would definitely stay again in this "oldest" part of the hotel without hesitation.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very basic- even with an upgrade.

It was clean. It smelled awful. They should ban cigarettes inside the casino. The smell permeated into non smoking rooms!

This hotel doesnt provide the basic facility like Microwave, Coffee maker and Refrigerator which other small budget hotel provide at no cost. They charge for everything in hotel if you ask for it

Loved everything. Can’t wait to go next year. We stayed at MGM grand food was great, service was great.
