The pool has a long waiting list but other than that was Great experience !!

It was just average. I wasn't very impressed. Super long lines for everything. It took forevrr to get the elevator. Rooms were average. Everything extremely expensive. Pools were very far from rooms, closed early, they let my friends bring their beer into the pool and just put it in a plastic cup but they made me pour out my ice water. Made no sense.

Lo unico incomodo fue que al hacer el check in dijimos con anticipación que haríamos late check out y lo cobraron al momento pero no se reflejo al dia siguiente, bajamos a desayunar y cuando tratamos de entrar a la habitacion no nos permitia, el tener que bajar y hacer una interminable fila fue frustrante por que fue tiempo que se perdio, so que el monto pagado para el late check out para poder descansar un poco mas no valio la pena por que perdimos demasiado tiempo en la fila.

When we first arrived to our hotel room the bed was a little unmade and the bathroom lightbulb was out. So with Covid I called the front desk and they got me another room. Unfortunately this new room wasn’t as good, but I didn’t want call again and complain. Upon arrival I found pubic hairs next to the toilet, as well as dark stains on our towels. The bottled waters provided above the refrigerator had previously been refilled prior to our arrival because we noticed the bottled caps had been opened so we didn’t even dare to drink them. It was a shame they had even been placed upon the shelf. We were so excited to have booked at the mgm and had great expectations, but what we had seen and experienced it was a little of a shame. We will take ourselves elsewhere for our next Vegas next trip.

I have stayed at the MGM Grand a few times now. I really like it with a few exceptions. My companions are having coffee drinkers and there was no coffee machine in our rooms and my companions don't do technology so we had no way to order room service as there was no menus in the rooms. This is not a big deal for most as mostly everyone has a cellphone, but it was for us. overall will likely return to stay at the MGM Grand in the future.

The property had a great vibe. Even during covid, the casino was full however I didn’t feel like it was dirty or unsanitary. Couple of turnoffs....The bathroom wallpaper was peeling at the seams which was a bit of a turn off and most of the time the hallway to our room smelled of marijuana. They also had a water issue one day, where we had no water in the room for about an hour. It wouldn’t have been an issue, if I wasn’t in the shower.

No frig. Cleaned my room once, had to empty the garbage myself and got my towels off the cart in the hallway. Not impressed with the hotel. Smelt like weed.
