Everything was great except the maids left trash in the room and it took 2 calls to the front desk in a 30 minute time frame to get someone to come clean our room.

The rooms were decently clean, and a decent size. However one day we didn't get our room cleaned till 10pm. I asked for a kettle and was told it would be $30. I didn't want to take it home. Just to use in the room. I have never had this issue at any other hotel. Check in was not welcoming. We did not come across any staff member that was pleasant. Will not be staying there again.

Good Hotel. Huge, but has everything that you need.

It took 45 mins to receive towels everything else was great!

Hotel was nice and the room was basic but comfortable. We stayed in the west wing. The rooms are very quite you can't hear everyone else's business. The only downside is there is not much privacy where the bathroom is concerned(just a glass door between the toilet and the room) so be prepared to either be very comfortable with your significant other or turn the TV up real loud before you go. Other then that everything is great I would go there again. Rooms are very clean and the staff is excellent

If you like breathing & smelling like cigarette smoke then this is the place for you. Had to wait in a long line when we arrived after our long flight at almost midnight! The room was extremely dark. There's crowds everywhere you go. Will not be returning.

The staff at the desk were terrific, very helpful and pleasant. The first room I was assigned was not made up and they reassigned a room for me right away over the phone when I called down.

It's Vegas! Thousands of people here and fun to go to. Pricey tho!

Resent having to pay for Parking when I'm paying top dollar for a room. Parking should be free to registered guests.

Our room was not ready so they asked us if we want to upgrade to a staywell room for 20.00 a nite more , we agreed thinking it would be a nicer room . The bed was very uncomfortable . Other than that we had a nice time !!

Let me start by appreciating your valet staff . They are one of the Most professional valet team I have ever met . Very friendly . Hotel itself is ok . First time staying there ... the room was just a bit too dark for me . The only ample lighting is in the bathroom . Location is great .

Nice visit love Mgm every time I come to vegas i will stay at Mgm. Nice gambling environment is perfect nice host

First room they gave us stunk like cigarette smoke so bad we asked to be moved. Second room didn't stink quite as bad. No natural daylight in the room , felt like it was a jail cell. No coffee in room. We had to down to lobby and stand in 20 minute line at Starbucks, every morning! 2 tiny bath towels in each room.

We went to check in and they told me our reservation was cancelled. We did not get a room.

Nice hotel just to expensive didn't even spend money on slot machines or table machines after what we spent in fast food and drinks. The gym should be free to use with your stay at the mgm not 10$ a day you spend more than enough money just to stay, eat, and drink there!

The MGM Grand was a nice hotel. I was in Vegas for a conference and it was easy to get to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn't really get to enjoy the hotel like I wanted due to being so busy and only stayed one night. Would love to come back and stay a few days to enjoy every thing the hotel offers..

We had a great time everywhere in the hotel/casino but when it came time for bed it was dreadful. Every morning we woke up with backaches and feeling like we got no sleep. After the resort fee that was over $100 we didn't want to pay extra to upgrade our room but hopefully there are better rooms if you do that. We stayed in a west wing king.

First time to Vegas and the MGM was great experience. Also close to all the attractions and is in walking distance

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the MGM Grand. We had 6 days of fun and play! The only thing they need to change is coffee pots in the room. Really need to be able to sip a cup of coffee before setting out for the day!
