All staff were very friendly and helpful. The only comment I can think of is to give guests a little more of the basic information upon checking in. We were not told how to properly operate the Staywell elevator with the room key. It took a while but we got it. Throughout our stay I saw a number of people who just checked in confused in the elevator. Also maybe a better map of the whole facility given at check in. There was so much of the hotel that we did not even see until our last day. Otherwise we had a very nice stay and would absolutely come back and would recommend to friends. The staff was excellent throughout the hotel!

Lazy river was really nice. We were put in an “updated” room, I’d hate to see the room that wasn’t updated. Water would not get hot and then when it finally did it was scalding hot. Horrible temperature range. Shower head was horrible. Staff was unfriendly. Had breakfast at the pool cabana restaurant-the service was poor and our food was cold. You can’t rent tubes at the lazy river, you have to purchase them. Not great for travelers!

We liked the pool and location on the strip. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.

The bathtub took a good hour to drain. We woke up to not having any running water. Had to use bottled water to wash in the morning. When bringing this to the attention at the front desk, nobody was either surprised or cared, which makes me believe that this is not an isolated incident.

The food quality was good. I didn’t care for the cigarette smell throughout the building, even on the nonsmoking room floor I was on.

The lazy river was fun and would be even better if the top tiles were repaired/replaced where they were missing. We were crowded out one day when all of the pools and spas, other than the lazy river, were closed for an entire day for a 6 pm event. Even guests scheduled to attend that event were disappointed and shocked that they couldn’t enjoy the outdoors because there was nowhere for them to sit. I would love it if they would add coffee to the outdoor snack bar menu. Maybe even a refillable coffe mug that could be used throughout the stay, like the bar cups for frozen drinks, could be added. Wait times at Starbucks near the food court ran a half hour and more each morning. Rooms were comfortable,clean, quiet and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and we were able too get a good nights sleep. Please be aware there is no fridge in these rooms and items from the mini bar cannot be removed, to allow refrigeration space, without being charged for them. Obviously difficult for guests needing cold storage for baby bottles, drinking water, special foods or medications.

Ka was an excellent show. The setting was beautiful and the atmosphere was delightful. The whole experience was great.

Property was nice. Wasnt hapoy that we didnt have coffee makers, shampoo, conditioner in room. Had to wait in starbuck lines for over 45 minutes a day just to get coffee. We wont stay there again.

Super rude house keeper. Paid for late check out and still got locked out of our room, caused us to miss our flight back home
