It was a good stay. The hot water didn't work at first but maintenance was there in 20 minutes to fix it and was so polite! The entire staff was wonderful. We loved how we got to see David Copperfield in our hotel! I have never seen anything like it in front of my eyes! Also the restaurants were a treat and we loved the MGM Grand Buffet Champagne brunch on Saturday! Thank you MGM!

The hotel itself was nice, however the rooms are small. We had no view of anything except a wall of green lights because we were on the 7th floor, (which was suppose to be a complimentary upgrade? Definitely not.) The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing, and we found someone's old room service fruit cup under the bed, which tells me the room wasn't cleaned properly. Overall the casino and restaurants were good, but the room wasn't great at all.

The staff was awesome and they made checking in and checking out a no hassle. Great customer service!

this trip to las vegas was our 1st. we were celebrating our 36 wedding anniversary which was on valentines day. upon arrival at MGM we were welcomed and the atmosphere was so refreshing. Our room was more than what we expected. The staff was so considerate and very helpful. We had such an experience with MGM ,THE SHOWS, AND CASINO'S that we can't wait to return.

This hotel is nice-but hidden/extra cost is ridiculous! Staff come into the rooms at anytime to check the mini bar- which anyone in their right mind would not use! IE.... A can of sofa is $4.50 Make things alittle more affordable for the average person!!!

just was not happy I have to tell the front desk few times about charges appear on valet parking, i never had a car, i was not sure why it kept on appearing on my account.

Checked in at MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas and upgraded our room to Tower Spa Suite. We put our bags in the hotel room which was ver dark due to poor lighting and left for the day. When we returned the room was so dirty, the floors were covered in stains, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom toilet was covered in urine. Room appeared to have had water damage and the mold smell was terrible. We called the front desk and they moved us too a smaller room two floors down. Upon entering the room, we had the same problem, room was not cleaned, carpet was worse, stained and not vacumed, and again another dirty bathroom. We then called down again and they wanted to move us to another room, at that point we spoke with the Manager and he agreed both rooms were unsatisfactory and we decided to go to another Hotel at this point. We checked into Planet Hollywood, and everything was perfect! I have never written a review in my life but felt that this needed to be shared, very disappointed in MGM and I hope no one has to experience what we saw. They are a big company, time to spend some money and update your rooms and make sure they are actually being cleaned.

William (front desk) checked us in and got us the best room available at the time, and the next day upgraded us to a higher floor with great views. And - adjoining rooms with our kids. William is friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to listen to our requests. We stopped by to thank him for our wonderful stay!

we had a great stay at the MGM for my hubby and friends birthday, wish we seen some show and got a car, Next time we will do a little more sight seeing.

Great hotel but towards the end of the strip but that's not really a problem.

Shower had hair and trash in it. Was obviously not cleaned .

Room in cemented basement area, unsecured and a dangerous hallway. Way too much cigarette smoke in entire facility. Second time I have taken a hotel through Orbitz that the room is inferior to how it is described. The other time was at the Mark Hopkins in San Francisco. They both rent inferior rooms to Orbitz customers.

They allowed us to check in hours early, the West Wing could use some upgrades but its still nice. The tv in the bathroom mirror didnt work and that was disappointing. The staff was kind and the Bentley limo is nice!!!

I enjoyed the hotel , it was very clean, with a lot of things to. I didn't like the food though

Lot's of walking to get from car to hotel. Added lots of extra hotel fees and taxes . Nice hotel but liked Mandalay better. No extra fees and free parking.

we loved how david copperfield was in the building

It was a good stay. The hot water didn't work at first but maintenance was there in 20 minutes to fix it and was so polite! The entire staff was wonderful. small rooms for what you pay for it

anniversary

this trip to las vegas was our 1st. we were celebrating our 36 wedding anniversary which was on valentines day. upon arrival at MGM we were welcomed and the atmosphere was so refreshing. worst room i've ever had!!
