We had very nice, quiet and clean hotel. That is my review please do not try to make me say more than I would like

The cafe and buffet food were excellent every time. The staff provided excellent helpful and professional service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best staff was housekeeping, they were top-notch. Hallways were a bit long. Buffet was extremely overpriced. Orbitz showed 2 buffets per day included with price and hotel did not honor.

We stayed there from Friday to Sunday. We booked a package deal on Orbitz that included flight and the hotel stay. We arrived really early to the hotel abd was able to check in right away which was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was different than other hotels i've stayed in. It was nice, a cabinet door was broken but not a big deal at all. We stayed in the west wing. Comfy bed and decent amenities. The inly issue was the open bathroom. The heat from the shower would fill the room and would take awhile to cool down. My family stayed in the grand tower which was newly remodeled a much better choice. Great pool areas, that was the best and the restaurants.

We stayed at the MGM in a West Wing room about 10 years ago and loved it! This time... not so much. The room had no coffee maker and it was a $35 night up charge for a mini fridge! Not only that, but our TV did not work! The 1st time they reset it, it worked for an hour and broke. I reset it how the maintenance man did and it worked for a bit. The next day it was out again, they came up & "fixed it". It worked until we turned it off, then it would not work again. At this point we were leaving the next day so we just said forget about it! Way overpriced for what you get. I did not realize the West Wing was the ghetto of the hotel as it was so nice the last time we stayed there. We went from loving the MGM to the point we will never stay there again. It was 112 degrees and they were charging $6.50 for a water and then you couldn't even keep it cold as there was no fridge in the room!

The hotel itself is fine for young people, not so much for older people like us. Need to walk far to the parking lot and back. Garage fees, something new to me especially we're booked in that hotel, should be free.

Check-in was very easy. We arrived early, around 8am, and they were able to process our check-in and texted us when our room was available. We stayed in the older building, the West Wing. It was very close to The Strip, but the bathroom could've been more clean-- there was hair in our shower when we arrived and some mildew around the shower doors.

Great Hotel and Casino!! Almost didn't have to leave for anything!

No seating in the lobby for guests. Check in was very slow. The bed was like sleeping on plywood and the bathroom was very old. The sink and tile were all chipped. Everything was very expensive and definitely not worth the money. Will never stay there again.

Found a dirty towel in the bathroom when I checked-in

I was really disappointed with the west wing room. The first time I took a shower the drain was clogged and it overflowed into our bathroom. I tried to get our room switched and they weren't very helpful at the front desk. Tried to speak with a manager and they could never get a hold of one so I requested that one call asap and they never did. I would recommend paying extra for a better room.

Excellent service! Staff were great the minute checked in and on checked out!

We stayed at MGM for three nights and it was an absolute nightmare. Our next door neighbor partied all night (like until 5am) and even tried to get into our room at 3am. We understand this is Vegas and everyone tries to have fun, but this was too much. MGM changed our room upon my request, yet we got another neighbor partying all night blasting music. We ended up calling the security 4 times! Could not sleep at all when we had an early flight at 6am. I do not recommend this hotel to others who want to get some sleep at night. If you happen to stay at this hotel, you should not book an early morning flight.

Twin queen room, good mattress, horrible pillows. Bad view (none). Great pools. Smokey casino. Great clubs. Great food selection.

No thank you. I don't have anymore to add regarding my stay or my trip. The hotel was good and my stay worked well

I got to see many celebrities. I walked to everything during my visit and the MGM is located right in the middle of everything. The dining was good to amazing. Especially Morimoto

Would not recommend because it is just too large and difficult to navigate. Signage is terrible! Unless you are quite familiar with the entire footprint of the facility, it is difficult to determine how to get from point A to B. If walking is an issue, forget it!

Hotel was ok not what I was expecting for the price that we paid. Lines for club inside hotel are redicoulus and prices for domestic beer are way too high.

Check in was quick. The maid service for rooms was pretty slow Twice we turned them away as it was after 2pm. On our last night Someone on the 12 th floor left their tub running at 1 am. It flooded us on 10 th floor. Water was pouring into out room. They responded within 10 minutes but were told they had 1 maintenance worker for 5,000 rooms. Then the light in closet shorted from the flood. It was blinking on and off. We were told it would be a half hour because the worker was alone. I reported it to the desk . I could not believe that a resort that size had 1 worker at night for 5,000 rooms. My resort fees were waived by management.

Dirty ceiling, water leaking from shower, uncomfortable pillows, bed not as soft as expected. Dirty pool and rude staff.
