Original room wAs to small, bathroom had no door. Next room reeked of marijuana, had to upgrade second time to get a decent room.

This hotel drew a party crowd , young, tattooed. No hotel staff available for questions unless you went to the front desk. Good food choices. Clean rooms. Pool area messy.

I really enjoyed my trip. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent.

Everything about our stay was excellent except when we checked into the room it smelt like vinegar and cleaning substances and it was quite unattractive; the smell disipated by the night however. Perhaps that was do to the room a few doors down having an overwhelming sense of marijuana coming from it.

We stayed in Grand Tower looking out over entrance. Every night and through the day there would be helicopter fly buys that were very loud. We joked that it sounded like we were staying in a European hotel in WW2 because it sounded like bombing runs were happening. It was very annoying and woke us up quite a bit. Also, lots of other noises from machines or something? We had to try to drown it out with our fan. Expected better from a fancy hotel at that price. Everything else was good.

Lots of things to do in the hotel. Good selection of restaurants as well.

We loved the hotel pools roooms very friendly staff

Monorail access, room was nice size. Lots of restaurant choices. Our halfway smelled like pot, but not inside the room. Drinks offered on the casino floor were extremely weak. Ended up buying most of them. Good system regarding handling large crowds at the desk, concierge, luggage storage. Would recommend, but beware. Lots of young adults that party, get drunk, and can be obnoxious.

Overall we enjoyed our stay; great for our first trip to Vegas. We wish our room would have been more sound proof for the cost. We could hear lots of noise from the hallway and when folks around us opened their door, sounded like they were coming into our room.

The room was extremely small, we sometimes had no hot water, and generally the hotel was below our expectations. The room had no coffee maker and we had to wait in long lines at Starbucks and pay $7 evey morning for a coffee to take back to the room. All the restaurants including the food court were extremely expensive. The drinks at the pool were outrageous! Vegas used to be reasonable but now is over priced, especially when you gamble at the hotel and lose more money.

Apart from the plethora of prostitutes lingering at the elevator banks and bar areas which adjoin common walking grounds, having one actually assault me in an unwelcome advance was disgusting. The hotel is tired and in need of a refurb but adequate.

We enjoyed the buffet, the pool , and the slot machines.

Good location, great pools, and easy access to everything. However the room we stayed in really needed updating. The mirror still had the "black box" that used to be a TV, the tile in the bathroom shower was broken and the shower leaked out into the rest of the bathroom when used. There were speakers in the ceiling, that didn't work, and a broken light switch. Otherwise the room was clean.

Its was ok not toobad but its ok next time may b ilktry aome else

If there's a smoke-free zone (other than hotel rooms) for non-smokers, I'd have rated out stay as excellent. It was a constant struggle walking around lobby, restaurants & casinos...

Long slow line for checking in. Rooms very noisy had to change rooms 4 times in one night. TV kept going to NO SIGNAL. Sheets were dirty. Housekeeping just threw another sheet over it instead of changing it. No toilet paper called and had to wait 20 minutes then had to call again and finally Housekeeping came.

I book at the MGM every year. I have no complaints.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING. BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED.

Love mgm. Would defiantly return close to everything. Pool is amazing drinks are a bit pricey but it's vegas soo.

It was a good hotel, easy checking and check out. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Most of the hotel staff was really great, however I did not like that my room was next to the housekeeping area and it was extremely loud in the mornings. The air conditioner would not go lower than 65 degrees and we got a lot of sunlight in the morning so the room got hot everyday. The resort fee if $35 and you have to pay tax on it, so it's roughly $39 a day, which is higher than some of the other hotels. We still paid this even though the lazy river and part of the pool area was closed. There was also a lot of construction going on around the area and exiting the hotel to the strip was not entirely convenient.
