It was nice! It was my daughter’s and I first visit to Las Vegas. The MGM made our stay worth while.

Love the amenities, the location, and the friendly staff.

Hotel does not provide slipper in the room and not even drinking bottle and kettle which is extremely irritating for winter time as not hot water for making tea or coffee in the room. Secondly, the sign to outside road is not cleared enough and a bit lost. Lack of some soup noodle as one of the varieties in food court.

Toilet didn't work, took forever to send someone up to fix it. Elevators were too far from the center.

I don't like the bath room design in West Wing. Shower water ran out and the wash basin is too small.

The was friendly and very helpful to my needs Everything is with in walking distance or a cab ride away

Helpful staff. Great room! Fast mobile check in. Very convenient location to monorail.

It took more than 30 minutes waiting in the line for check-in. Hotel was under staffed to meet the demand.

Something bit us in our room while we slept, we thought it was a spider at first then our friends staying there found bed bugs in their room. We also paid $50 extra for late checkout and when we tried to get back in our room at 2:30 to head to the airport at 3:00, they had changed the elevator system for key entry only and ours was already turned off. We finally found security to get us up to our floor and then our key didn't work on our room. After waiting in line in the lobby for an hour just to get our stuff out of the room, we almost missed our flights. And now I'm hoping I don't have to fight them for charging us even more since we weren't out by 3:00 because we could not get in the room. But forget all of that... bed bugs!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was close to everything that we wanted to do.

Very good experience. I will stay there again. Great hotel and casino. Front desk lady was super nice, and helpful.

I have been to Vegas many times as I live in California, and Vegas has changed. The Vegas' buffets used to be the best in the country if not the world. Any buffet that serves compacted turkey instead of from the real carcass, is subpar! We are not gamblers nor drinkers and it's clear that we were in the wrong place, with the music not only playing but playing way too loud at 7:00 in the morning! But the biggest issue was the bill with the parking and getting credit with paying and then giving back was way over the top. Why not just tell us what is your rate whether includes parking or not, the buffet, your resort fee, and be done with it. I have learned a long time ago that making things complicated when I was not sure what the hell the REAL rate is to stay at your hotel is not in the best interests your business or the guests. But Vegas is not for real people, it's for gamblers and drinkers which is another consciousness that we are not part of. We had a wonderful time at Lady Gaga's show. If you are going to provide a venue for one of the greatest show people of all time, why not just provide a decent room just for people who want to enjoy a Vegas Show, which is still the best in the world. People are tired of gambling and drinking. Have a good day, Stephen

Room scheduled two months in advance not available at check in. Some accommodation was made, though I believe the benefit ended up with hotel rather than guest

Room was ready a little early. Check in/out super fast and easy.

Had a great time! Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed in strip view room. Loud noise from street due to thin window pane. Hard to get good night sleep. Heard sirens, horns blowing while trying to sleep

The bed was very comfortable and the view of the city was great!
