this place is closer to all the major happenings , but stinks little bit

This property was pretty disappointing for me. The rooms and the property look nice in the pictures but the rooms and the property grounds are disgusting. Our room smelled like urine and there was mold in the shower. Also there were tiny hairs in the bathroom sink. Also, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel is because in the hotel description and photos it indicated there was a laptop working station (aka a desk with plugs) there was nothing like that in our room. The front desk person told me that none of the rooms had that. I had to work from the corner of the dresser for two full work days and it was very disappointing. When I reached out to the hotel via text (as I was instructed) to indicate the problems I was experiencing they never responded to me. Very disappointing customer service. The only thing nice about this place was the pool.

A good stay. Staff was great. Stayed in the Real World Suite which was way cool. The hotel suffered a little from street construction during our stay. Certainly not their fault but something to be aware of It’s already a bit off Fremont and crossing the street and waiting for traffic could be a bit dicey. Just be aware that while the suite is a full apartment with more bathrooms than advertised there is pretty much nothing in the kitchen except for a couple of plates. There are also apparently to cups or glasses for the bathroom. Plan accordingly.

I had to change my room twice. My first room had roaches. The second room people snuck in and

This hotel was super cute and so convenient for our first night in Vegas! You are right near the action! We had an issue with our room being not very clean. House keeping left toothpaste and hair in the sink from the other visitors, the shower handle fell off, the floors were not super clean and our tv remote had no batteries! Since I only stayed one night my boyfriend and i just let the front desk know in the morning and they were very apologetic and offered to refund me their resort fee/deposit. I thought that was very nice of them! The staff here and the area is what sold me on this hotel! It’s super cute and in a great area! We will come back for sure!! Thanks Oasis!!

The room was dirty...old socks and ponytail holders behind bed...changed rooms...bathroom smelled like sewage and mold...the staff was very friendly but the rooms definitely need help...wont be back

Good overall first impression. After we got set up in the room we noticed the blinds in the room missing, and nightlights just placed for decoration without being plugged into one of the 2 outlets in the room. The bathroom door didn't have a lock and the door knob was on the wrong side so you had to turn the knob before closing. DUE TO COVID : 1.) the entrance and exit are only through the main gate, with a barrier between the hotel and club inside the building so you could not see anything. We tried to go to the bar and play games but the bouncer at the exit (Yes it is only an Exit to the hotel guests. You cannot just go and play games.) you have to go to the front of the club, wait in line to get a stamp and usually pay a cover charge. 2.) We received housekeeping 3 times during our 8 night stay. This seems to be something I have seen recently with COVID but we did get a couple of different excuses and one time just a trashbag of towels delivered to the door. Talk about room service. Overall it was an okay stay, this is somewhere that would be nice for a night or so especially on a budget so close to Fremont. Nice cleaning staff and front desk attendant who checked us in. I didn't visit the pool but it did look nice when it was open.

Had some issues with the bed frame completely detaching. Tv didn’t work. And neighboring room made noise all night. Sounded like fighting.

imlike the hotel clean very clean i liked come back

We received a room upon checking and when we walked to the room, someone was already in there the door was ajar and the room was filthy. The parking enforcement gave me a citation because my license plate didn’t have a current sticker but my registration is current. Why didn’t they run the plates like a real police officer should? Really annoying and a complete hassle. Never again.

There are no mirrors in the actual room and the bathroom mirror is like 2 inches wide !!! Lol the blinds would fall down whenever opened. The door would not lock properly. I am slim and could barely fit in that tiny azz bathroom. This room is not big enough for two people!!! I will NOT stay here again.

The Bad? No refrigerator, no microwave. Was also charged an extra "amenity fee" $158.20 for the week we stayed, which comes out to about $26.36 a night. Not exactly the budget stay we thought it was so take that into consideration. Also, because it is in a busy part of town it will be rather noisy so bring something to generate white noise to drown it out. The good? Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Pool and pool-area in great shape and the water is always cold. Because of covid a lot of the party stuff on site was shut down, but because it is in a busy area there is a lot to do in walking distance. A mall next door with shops, bars and a gocart track, and Fremont street is only a block over.

Staff was pleasant and informative. Room was ok for the price. The pool looked cool but didn’t have time to use it.

Love this hotel i have stayed here multiple times.

Pool wasnt cleaned well, too many occupants smoking weed, even cash exchanges were made with weed purchases, people smoking with children in the vicinity. Rooms were good, too many party people and loud in hall ways.

I loved having a poolside room. I also loved that it was so conveniently located within Fremont. Our favorite part though, was that backyard parties and games.
