It was the worst hotel I ever spend time staying in. Very small room for the 2 queen beds - not very comfortable - no chairs, no even any small table, no clock, no coffeemaker, no refrigerator, no microwave. Nothing else - only place to sleep. Not enough for the price I paid for it. Bathroom would be OK ...if not cockroaches which was running on the floor the moment I turn the light on!!! Strangest thing was when we tried to ask a person of registry to order a taxi for next morning for us, he did smile and said - I can give you a number to call, do it yourself... To be honest, I never ever had such a strange and terrible experience in any American hotel or even the cheapest motel anywhere. And this hotel was not cheap at all...

This is a great value hotel. If you are booking a room for $23 a night (plus resort fees of course) and expecting a Vegas Strip suite you will be very disappointed. This is a great no frills hotel with 24 hour restaurant on the first floor. The staff was incredibly friendly. Two things to be aware of. First, the actual rooms aren’t quite as nice as the pictures. Second, it’s an old hotel. It seems like they tried to address previous claims about the halls smelling musty by over perfuming the carpet. The walls/windows are very thin so I would recommend being prepared or taking the complimentary ear plugs. I had my trusty Bose noise canceling headphones which worked perfectly. Location is great, just a block from Fremont. Overall, not bad for the price.

Ok for kids activities pool close to fremont a plus

The room had a bad smell, the floor was super sticky in our room. Our flip flops kept making this smacking sound when we walked across room 333 (our room). The staff wasn’t rude but they didn’t make you feel welcomed. I felt like I was at the DMV waiting to be called when I checked in. They only had 1 person to check all the guest in and she had to be a abrupt to keep it moving, I guess. There was someone else in the lobby but she was staring at spreadsheets and just told people to take a seat and they would be with us in a moment. The elevator was really dirty and super hot, I can’t imagine being in that elevator in the middle of July.

While the room was clean, the overall experience was fairly terrible. There is a nightclub downstairs that overflows into an outdoor space...that plays music until 4 a.m. Shortly after checking in, our air conditioner stopped working. The maintenance staff responded promptly and got it working but told us if it went out again it was likely not going to restart. Upon returning to our room, the AC was out again and the staff offered to move us to a room that didn’t have a working shower. I guess it was too much to expect a reasonably quiet, or at least not club-like environment, and basic, working amenities.

Nice remodeled, comfortable bed, clean pool, and close to everything.

I liked the location and the night club underneath the hotel.

I liked it’s location and proximity to the old strip. I didn’t like that it was above a club.

We got moved from the Oasis to God Spike. The property was filthy...smelled wet in every inch of it, from the ride up in the elevator to the hallways to our rooms. No amount of air conditioning helped the damp feeling in the air. Bathroom tiles and fixtures all had mold and I'm fairly certain, mold on the ceiling in the shower was painted over, as there were patches of faint black On the plus side, the staff was really really friendly

Clean rooms better, upgrade carpet in hallways also elevators. Fix the outside of the building, look like a whole in the wall hotel.

Nice location, ample parking once you found out where you could park. Staff was less then helpful, I would not suggest eating breakfast here. Tv would not work in first room, parts of the blinds laying on the desk in second room. I ask for a receipt at departure and was told to leave an email address I’m still waiting for a receipt.

This place is not bad for the price. It's bare bones - no coffee maker, iron, or closet. But for the price (seriously, it's practically free) it's cleaner and more updated than some roadside motels I've stayed in a quadruple the price. They leave you a package of ear plugs, which you'll need. I'd also suggest bringing an eye mask.

Old and run down. There is not 24 our food during the week. You have to leave the hotel if you are hungry or need coffee, if the cafe is closed. Rooms are above a night club and lots of noise from the street. The blinds did not keep the sun out. There was black mold on the shower head. When our room did get cleaned they left the bag of trash.

Computer was malfunctioning so check in took a long time but the lady was nice enough to waive the resort fee for the wait. Room was definitely worth the price and I’m surprised people complain for the price you get a very acceptable clean room and a great club downstairs and plenty to do in walking distance

Too much noise to sleep There is no cup no napkin to use

We were located in the main building. The hotel is older, but Has a good substance. The corridors to the rooms are covered in carpet, which have had better days. The elevator hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The room was big and had the basics. The floor had laminate, but the door was sticky in the room and the bathroom. The room really wasn’t clean as you would have have expected or wanted. The window was a single pane window, so you could hear everything outside. Meaning there was no way to blend out the club like atmosphere (bass) in the room. This is a great hotel for younger people wanting to have a good time.

Dirty, didn't even get room service one day. Very loud. Right above a bar where loud music is played late into the night. The walls are also very thin. We could hear the hotel guests in the neighboring rooms as if they were in the same room as us. Would not recommend.
