Encore at Wynn Las Vegas

5.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Great facilities and amenities, friendly staff, huge rooms, very clean. State-of the -art electrical control in the room. Highly recommended.

This is a world class resort in all aspects. Tremendous food, rooms, people through out the facility. Always an amazing experience. A true 5plus star hotel. Steve Wynn knows how to design a hotel, just look around Vegas, and he really knows how to run one. Compare what he has made to what he currently runs. He is quite the talent.

Simply the best hotel in Vegas. Beautiful hotel, great staff and amazing pools

the stay, service, staff and food was excellent with 2 exceptions; A. The check in line for almost 2 hours is the worst experience I have ever had. B. the dust in my room was alarming, and needs to be addressed immediately. I had to dust myself and asked the staff to run the vacume for me. thank you, manny legakis 954-234-3293

Las Vegas is smoking town. The casinos are full of smokers, including cigars. Besides that, the Encore is one of the newest, cleanest and nicest hotels.

No complaints, everything was top notch. After staying at the Encore/Wynn, you will want to stay there all the time when going to Las Vegas.

The room service was excellent. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The amenities of the hotel was top notch.

Check in was easy, super friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a remote by the bed that controls the temperature, curtains, lights and do not disturb sign. Very helpful for those comfy moments in bed when you dont want to get up to turn the light off or adjust the temp. Food excellent. I mean - all around an extremely excellent experience. Just dont cuss at the gambling tables. Seriously. They dont allow it. Oh and the spa... do yourself a favor, spend the money or use a comp and get a treatment there. Speaking of comps - You need the RedCard. You also need to play at least 4 hours a day to even be considered for a comp. One woman told me $75/bet and a man told me $150/bet. I assume it's up to the house. Be sure to clock your own hours! They clocked me at some ridiculously low hours: something like 2 hours 45 minutes in 3 days... and I definitely used my card every time. So careful there.

This is my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. It has my favorite restaurants and night clubs.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway to patry in Vegas. Would definitely recommend a room in the tower suites. Lost and found personnel are not usually very helpful but concierge are.

We have stayed twice at this hotel and have never been disappointed! We have stayed at other hotels in the city but just can't find one that satisfies like Encore. The rooms are great, service is great and the pools and decor are over the top.

A wonderful experience from check-in to check out. Entire staff provides top quality service in every section of the resort. It will be hard for me to stay at another location on my next trip.

Stayed in the upper tower in panoramic view king suite. Drinks and food were expensive but good. High end shopping on site. Great pool area with 21 & over only area. Major night club and beach club.

The opulence and character of the hotel hits you as you enter, and continues throughout. 5 times more staff than any resort on strip, makes this place really shine. Food is excellent no matter the palette. Great energy at any hour.

Kindly staff Lovely pool Clean room Good location

Very nice room with comfortable beds. No coffee in the room though.

Room is huge, bed was very comfortable. Everything was top notch. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. I would not recommend this location for children, I didn't see many around and I don't think the majority of the clientele are geared towards it.

Hotel staff was extremely rude. Didnt want to answer questions. Wasnt informed about much in reguards to the hotel. Several times was told "i dont know", or "im not sure" with no follow up answer.

Nice pool areas. Buffet is one of the best around. Two theatres. Cabs are running constantly. Interesting walking patterns inside Winn and Encore. Delightful shops. We try two bars- both as bad as it gets, but you may choose better by accident

The $25 resort credit cannot go towards the $35 per day resort fee, though this is something they neglect to tell you. A receipt was supposed to be emailed to me but never was and its hard to get anyone on the phone to have one sent to me. The wynn really left me hating Vegas.
