We didn’t like that the pool was closing early. Check in lines way too long.

I didn’t like one single thing. From the time I checked in until I checked out was a complete nightmare ! I will NEVER stay at The Strat in my entire life !!!

Like the staff who tried to accommodate. Did not like the room cleaning part and the hours of operation of the pool

It was very nice clean room high rise .

Loved this place had lots to do on site! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We prebooked and paid for a king bed in a regular room. We arrived prior to 3 pm but checked in and the associate said all we had to do at 3 pm was get our keys. Turns out that was not correct. When we came back at 3:30 pm we no longer had a king bed but two queens. And of course we can upgrade to a new room for a fee. This fee gets us a king bed but also a refrigerator. Since when is a tiny refrigerator an upgrade? Regardless we did not upgrade and took two queen beds. The moment we arrived to our room security was in the room next door dealing with a security issue. This would not be only time security would deal with this room. A few hours later an intoxicated person attempted to enter our room. I call the front desk and was on hold for over 25 minutes so I hung up. Our last night was rough as there was someone running at the drop kicking and shoulder checking the door next to ours screaming profanity slurs for hours. Called front desk and they sent security. Vegas and the hallways stink of marijuana. The pool section we attempted to see but it had a chain around the doors. The new pool was only opened for a limited time and they close at 5 pm?! When you walk out of the elevator there is hotel staff pushing their services and even if you tell them "not interested" they still follow you around. Right across from the Strat is a small deli store? I believe the police where here every day we stayed dealing with bums and addicts that would pass out on the sidewalk.

Steel city next door full of gangbangers don’t recomend

They have u upgrade for a better room. But the room is still small, old, n moldy. The smell of vomit on the mirror. The parking structure is for "VIP" parking. Some guests came out surprised to their car being towed.

Only thing I disliked about my stay was being asked multiple times about signing up for a timeshare seminar that would take 2-3 hrs and to compensate they’d gift you a few perks. I kept getting asked and it was nearly impossible to get to my room without getting asked.

Honestly there wasnt a whole lot to like. This place used to be pretty decent. Room looks nothing like pictured. Standard room doesnt come with a refrigerator or coffee machine, even motel 6 has these! Paid an extra $113 for the tiniest fridge ive seen. Room wasnt clean. Pools sporadically open for a few hours. We were told to show our room key at any restaurants or shows in the hotel to receive a discount, wasnt true. AC unit would either blast the room into an ice cube or get real muggy, temp was left at 70. Crazy homeless people roam the hallways. Nobody answers the front desk phone. Would not recommend this place.

I love my experience at the strat exelent staff

The place looked filthy disgusting. There was absolutely no soap only one towel the bathroom was super dirty the walls were with black spots. I have never experienced something like this and my life. Definitely was this is was the first and the last time ever staying at this hotel.

I was very disappointed with this hotel because they kept asking us for extra charges. First was the resort fee which was $42 a night. And then they asked us about four times to upgrade to a new room for $81 a night. We didn't. So they gave us a horrible room with bad AC, no fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. It was like being at a motel. I will not be staying here again.

Very disappointed

Pretty far removed from the strip and the area around the hotel was a bit rough with homeless and getting approached for spare change. I'm from Chicago--so I get that's hard to control. Hotel itself was solid--no issues. It was clean. They just need to have both pools open. Make "Wet24" open to 21 and over.

I liked the rides and the view at night

We paid for the upgrade to the newly renovated hotel room but the renovation may have been years ago because it looked aged, so being misled was not satisfactory. Other than that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The customer service is slow and the fees are not upfront

I liked the fact that hostess at the casino were very polite but as far ass the hotel stay it was horrible. The check in line was rediculous and there isnt enough workers at the desk. I asked for a blanket and they never brung it to my room until the day before checkout. I asked to speak to manager and they never did come to the phone. I had to make the best out of my stay because i didnt want to ruin my stay.

Check in took almost 1 hour
