Check in took forever. First room wasn't clean, had to switch rooms
On our room the AC was not working good, our room was not good illuminated and the curtains no closed good. Was a poor place.
Many dangerous looking people roaming the immediate area outside of the hotel. This is a big deal for us probably not staying here again.

You can hear everything in the corridors and it makes you not have privacy. The staff is friendly.
Room, facilities, restaurant (Chi), and service all good. Self check-in (kiosk) worked well until time to produce keys, then had to make brief stop at front desk.

I stayed at the Strat a few years ago and liked it enough to book again. Now is looking long at the tooth; everything a bit tired. Felt like I was being nickle and dime'd to death. I won't stay there again and won't recommend it.
Not the greatest area near the hotel, weed stems on the floor of my room like it hadn’t been vacuumed properly
