Staff were very professional, I really loved the environment. I and my family felt very safe during our stay. Only thing i didn't like was parking aspect. After along day i was not allowed to park at the bottom of the garage but all the way at the top. Management needs to look into that. Valet parking was labeled all over the bottom parking.

The room was large and spacious but the toilet was too close to the kitchen and the water pressure in the master bathroom was terrible. Pool as closed and/or closed early multiple days. Market ridiculously expensive. Didn’t know it was a time share and I would be hit up/trapped when I was told to he my “welcome package “ and I have never had a 10 am checkout.

Perfect for all age groups

Great stay and perfect place for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Room set up gave us space when we needed a break from each other but also allowed us to feel close and at home. The pool and services at the pool were top tier. The gym had more than we could have hoped for. We will be returning in September for Raiders Football and everyone has requested we stay again.
