They were able to accommodate my requests by giving me a complimentary 2 hr late check-out.

Property is nice and clean,. I do think they should extend check out time

Liked the room layout and amenities in room were great. Did not like the walk from parking deck and no shuttle to mid strip.

This property is perfect for families, as all of the rooms are very big. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was the perfect size for my husband and I with our 7 month baby. If you are not in for a long walk, be sure to ask for a room next to the elevator. They placed us at the very last room of the floor, which took us a long time to get to, especially with all of the baby stuff. We had two reservations back to back, and two agents confirmed with me that they were merged, but unfortunately, my keys were only set to the first reservation, and on a tiring day, we had to walk to the room, and then back to the front desk to get it fixed. The tv credenza was dusty. On the second day, I messaged the hotel to have their housekeeping team go to our room before 6pm, as we didn't want them to come when the baby is here. I then received a message that all housekeeping work is done before 5pm. When we returned to our room around 7, we noticed that housekeeping did not come at all. For another night, a wet towel was left in our bathroom...which was very concerning. I have also requested for more shampoo and conditioner to be delivered quite a few times, but only once they brought an extra set over. I have raised all of this to the hotel, to be responded to with a simple apology and that I should talk to the housekeeping manager if I had any other concerns..... This has been a very upsetting stay.

It was clean the housekeeping was awesome they did a really good job.

Room was very nice. We had 2 bedroom suite which was basically 1 king suite and one adjoining king room that worked out well for 5 people. Had a nice pool and hot tub area for relaxing. Only quams are they were renovating rooms above us and they started working at 7 am so if you wanted to sleep in it was a little noisy.(that may have also reflected price at that time.) The other was the property being on the north end of the strip, if you wanted to hit a casino you had to either walk a ways south to circus circus or a little ways north to SLS. most of the surrounding buildings were either tore down or in stalled construction mode. If you want an area without a lot of people this is the area. On the flip side if you wanted to get to the other end of town the SLS hooks up to the monorail that stops at many of the south end casinos stopping at the mgm grand.

Everything is great except check out too early. Should be an hour later about 1100 o’clock is good

The suite that we stayed in was big with full kitchen and bathroom. The view was very nice and just a walking distance to all of the attractions. Quiet location with non-smoking and no casino which we like.

This resort was very family friendly, very clean rooms and nice staff

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It’s toward the end of the strip so it wasn’t noisy. Good location for kids.

The Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional, the suite was grand and unexpected. A very pleasant experience. My one negative comment is about the staff and quality of service at the Market Place, in my opinion it did not meet the quality of service offered by the Hotel. The staff had no sense of urgency, even though the line was out the door, the menu limited and food was fast food quality.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional, courteous and helpful.

We liked everything except the pullout couch bed for our granddaughters. It was lumpy.

It was what I expected, very nice location, service and friendly staff. I always stay in Hilton hotel for my vacation. Love it
