Not all the restaurants were open so there was less of a choice where to eat. Escalator going upstairs was broken the whole time we were there. The staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean.

The room was clean the first day but we had to call for towels the second day. There was 3 restaurants and they rotated so i was thankful there were restaurants across the street. They need to step up their game.

VIP benefit I don't know what that is. I did not get it. Easy to get from registration desk to the room elevator. Valet at no charge (maybe this was VIP not sure) but they were good. Not crowded
