When staying in vegas rooms, one of the key essentials for me are the curtains that are supposed to keep the sun out from shining into your room specially after a late night/early morning binge gambling and drinking fest. Well, as nice as the room was that Aria had me in, their "black out" curtains didn't quite do the job. The sun was still able to light the room more than I wanted it to through on the parts where the curtain just could not do anymore than what it was capable of, it seems the window was bigger and taller than the curtain was and so day light crept in and woke me up. other than that room was great.

Checking in was horrible! I reserved a room already prepaid from Fri to Sun, my flight was delayed and I couldn't arrive till Saturday to check in and and was told they gave my room away, they did not call me at all before giving it away! ... Did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and was told I was lucky they could reinstate my room reservation, had to wait till 5pm to have a room ready, horrible customer service at the front desk!

Exceptional hotel. Very comfortable room with great service. Would definitely stay again. Location is good as well...............................................

Beds are comfortable. However, the toilet has someone's hair on it, the door handle kept coming out every time we closed the sliding doors, the outlet by the TV isn't secured in place. The whole thing comes out when you unplug something. Tub has a manual stopper, so when you turn the water on, it wouldn't drain unless you held the stopper manually. Overall, nice hotel. '

The internet was spotty and not very reliable but other than that the stay at this hotel was excellent!

I always told myself, that if I ever come back to Vegas, that I was going to stay at a top of the line hotel. That was what the Aria was. It had everything we needed from restaurants, bars, and shopping. My only complaint with this hotel was that they charged me $1.50 for a fork. We were coming back from Walgreens and one of my friends grabbed a salad, but forget her fork. When we called the front desk they told us that it was going to be a charge of $1.50 I was under the impression that the resort fee covered that which is why I gave them a 4/5. Besides that, we had a great stay. I would definitely stay with them again & bring my own utensils lol!

Great location and room was fantastic! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Was treated very good even got to upgrade to a higher floor without additional cost

I would and never stay here again . Theyre strip views consist of facing the condos and polo towers. No postcard view as described online. Then nothing worked. Tv didn't work, refrigerator wasn't working, keys didn't work, then we were wrongly charged for something we didn't order and Hotel threatened to call the police if we didn't pay for it. They said to pay and dispute it later. Ridiculous for guest relations. they ruined our celebration.

Resort fee and security deposit released a week after check out is extortion. those charges are just for additional and unnecessary profit and the company is well aware of it. I will never return or recommend for that reason.

Loved this hotel and location. Pillows looked dirty and hair dryer didn't work, but the turnover rate of these rooms is incredible, and things happen. Issues were taken care of right away and we were able to check in at 9am when our flight landed for no extra fee. I'll be back here for sure.

Nice hotel only was only there for 1 day. Make sure you look at your checkout bill. I notice I was being overcharged, and asked them why.(also my co-worker was staying there and they were overcharging him for the same reason) I told them i should only be paying for the resort fee. They asked me if I use the mini bar. I told them absolutely not. They did remove that charged but if I wouldn't have paid attention I would have been ripped off.. shame on you Aria I would how many people you have over charged for something they probably didn't use

quick three day stay. Saturday evening was crazy crowded everywhere! People watching was off the charts!

I've been impressed about the Hotel, however 2 things really bother me : 1/ It is a night mare access for Uber because all Hotels in Vegas doesn't want Uber but taxi the fact their door man has a deal with the Taxi.... So it is extremely unconvinient for the client because in those days everybody use uber. 2/ They ask you $150 deposit for each night what is not acceptable, because they keep that money 7 to 10 business days before to refund it to you. Otherwise the Hotel is fantastic and probably the best in Vegas!

The best hotel in vegas very modern nice people and the restaurant excellent

I loved this hotel, room always clean. Fast service. Clean clean clean. Loved the bed, bathroom. Didn't smell like Cigarettes, fast service. Great hotel overall.

Nice hotel with many ammenities. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Amazing and comfortable will definitely be back on the

Stay 2 nights and one day, nice to have a tram going to strip and most of all it is clean...

My wife and I very pleased with our stay at Aria Hotel and Resort. The room was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the food was very tasty. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. This was my first time at Aria and it is the best in my opinion. We can't wait to go back again.
