it was wonderful they upgrade me to a suite the staff was great and friendly
This was a first time at the Aria. Overall experience was excellent! The hotel is very large (4000 rooms) but getting around was pretty simple. Every staff member I encountered said hello and offered assistance. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a separate partition for the toilet and a shower/garden tub combo area. Everything was very clean and well kept. The hotel is in the heart of the strip with all of the other major hotels and attractions nearby. I would definitely recommend the Aria.
Very friendly customer service and very clean hotel.
The hotel is close to almost everything. It has nice facilities, great transportation, a lot of restaurants and bars. Definitely we'll come back again.
Beautiful, clean hotel! Everything was perfect. The most comfortable bed we've slept in!!!
As i purchased my stay at ORBITZ I also paid trough Orbitz. Your so-called SERVICE FEE is low level and sneaky. Knew nothing before check out Will not come back unless you return that money. You are reaching in to my pockets from behind my back. I kall it ridiculous "egg management fee" that is only practiced by low level operations, government and liberals.
My experience was great! Comfortable room & amazing place to stay! I'll for sure be back!
Would stay there anytime an recommend it to everyone . It is the greatest place to stay. Great views from the rooms.
Beautiul hotel, nice room! Was in Vegas on business, the Aria was a great location, would stay there again!
I loved the hotel it was super nice and in a good location. I booked a king size bed for two adults and it came with 2 buffets. I asked is it only one buffet per person per day. And they said no, each of us would recieve 2 buffets each day. So each day we ate at the buffet for lunch and dinner. We would of eaten some other places if we knew we wouldn't be get two buffets each per day. So we go to checkout after day 4 and they told me $300 and something dollars would be charged to my room. And i am confused why because everything was paid for. And the let me know it was for the buffets. I explained what we were told and he told me that was wrong. The guy at least gave us $80 credit. But I still had to pay and extra $200 out of pocket that I wasn't planning to spend. Lesson learned. To clarify thru more than one person in cases like these
Loved hotel, Avis staff was uncompromising. Car was filthy outside, all windows streaked with dirt. When I called to report that it didn't even have windshield washer fluid was told they don't do that and due to the recent rains they did the best they could. We had to stop and buy stuff to clean the window. Beyond frustrating after paying premium to pick up car there. They just don't care.
Hotel was clean, had great staff, restaurants were high end, flow of the casino was great, and the pool was excellent for a January swim...
I stay here for a concert, love the room, its convinience for me to go anywhere from the strip cuz the hotel its on the strip,,,, nice staff,
Nice hotel, in a great location on the middle of the strip. Great hamburger restaurant in the hotel. Great Pizza place in the hotel. My wife and her friends love the Aria Café for breakfast.
Gorgeous entrance and decor. The room was big and the king size bed very comfortable. The view showed the strip and the huge windows were the biggest and best surprise. Everything was very stylish and modern. We would definitely return and recommend!
Great staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site good for and service...Would highly recommend to anyone....
If you want a modern hotel, go to The Cosmopolitan. Aria is modern, but lacks the charm of The Cosmo.
Beautiful and comfortable throughout, would recommend for couples looking to get away.
Disappointed about the $40.00 per day resort fee and parking costs that were not disclosed.
We like Trump International but wanted to be closer to the airport. Not that it was far but we were there just overnight. Aria has great restaurants and very nice rooms. We will repeat.
