I absolutely loved this property and the service exhibited in every area of the property. I can’t think of any instance where I was unhappy with my experience there. I highly recommend that you request a higher floor at the property so that you can experience the breathtaking views (even in Vegas). The room was great, the bed was amazing and the amenities were really good! I plan to stay Aria the next time I’m in Vegas. It is truly a 5 star experience! It made me say Aria, Aria, Aria (sigh) 😃😃😃😃😃

Hotel is first class all the way. Rooms and amenities great and staff friendly professional and attentive call together makes you stay wonderful

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vegas! Amenities are superb and casino is stellar. Food is out of this world!

The waiting time for check in and out was a bit too long.

It was my mom’s first time in Vegas so I wanted to book a nice hotel for us. Aria Hotel was just perfect for my family.. my daughter and I enjoyed the heated swimming pool... the buffet was good ... we wish we can comeback very soon

My family had a wonderful time here my kids love our penthouse suite beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip and The Buffet was delicious highly recommended

The technology is amazing ! The digital inroom service made it all easy and the bed and pillows are very comfortable I had a great night sleep ! Thank you

Checked in at 10 pm. Surly clerk said checkout was 11 am. $25 charge to stay until 1pm because I booked through Orbitz, which isn't Aria's travel partner. I asked for a quiet room bur was assigned a room by the freeway. Hotel borders freeway -rooms by it have lots of Road Noise. Aria should give out ear plugs with room keys

Decided to upgrade room for $60/night (had paid super low rate initially). Tower suite room with separate living room area and great views of strip and airport. Great hotel and casino that are very close but not right in the strip. Weekend brunch buffet space was underwhelming but Thai and French restaurants were great.

Really like this hotel. Modern, fun hotel. Nice casino. Great food options at multiple price levels. Even the basic room is great. The corner tower Suite is awesome (but ?? other rooms can see in given curve of the building?). Some “funny smells” in halls given recent legalization of a substance but I guess that’s something the hotel can’t reslly manage.... will definately return.

room and hotel very nice would stay here again but the casino was not the best for being one of the newest casino on the strip. we played slots and tables at other casinos

The hotel was beautiful and the location was close to the strip. But the only issue is we had a disturbing problem with the toilet which woke me and my girlfriend up multiple times throughout the night. Made attempts to get the front desk and after about an hour I was finally able to reach someone. They sent someone up to check the problem but said it was just an upper floor back up and would go away. Didn’t happen and we had to deal with this incident for the two night we were. There hotel did not after to accommodate for the inconveniences. But I will say it is a beautiful hotel. I just believe they gave us room with issues

Hotel rooms are small for the price. not very nice couches and sitting are in the room. No space in Refrigerator to put any personal items. Lack of electric plugs. Rooms are little not enough lighting if needed.

We arrived to check-in at late night around 10:30PM. After waiting for long time, we were told that the room was somehow still under cleaning and would take at least 2 hours to complete. The attendant at the counter asked us to downgrade the room type in order to move in immediately. At first he didn't offer any compensation other than the price difference, after being asked, he said he could refund $20 more at most. He then said he had to talk to his manager if we wanted more compensation. After another long talk, he said that another room of the same type just finished cleaning. The whole process took over 30 minutes and the management was just messy.

It was a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every room seemed to have a view. It was very clean, although there was some construction going on while we were there, the tablets in the room informed us on hoe to handle before our day began.

Stay at the hotel was excellent. Hotel had many great amenities and the staff was really helpful. I would stay here again in the future and definitely recommend.

It was overall good. I love the room controls on the ipad by the bed. Super convenient and very luxurious

First I have to say that Aria is a beautiful hotel. It’s design was amazing. It did fall short on the food presentation and flavor at the Aria Café for breakfast During the evening, we went for drinks at a bar area and notice tables were not cleaned timely. This took away the glamor of Aria. Overall, I would recommend Aria to family and friends. The hotel needs to improve on the areas I mentioned.

Check in was horrible. We arrived an hour early. Waiting around for them to text the room is ready. By 3 pm still no text. Went to desk wa told another 5 minute wait. 30 minutes later called and got our room. Didn’t receive a text til 8 pm

Visiting Vegas for the first time and was excited to stay in a nicer hotel! Well it did not live up to the pictures or reviews. Checked in and was told that our Deluxe King room was not available but we could have a double queen room! Hotel staff was friendly however no one was able to give us an answer to the questions we had. There were five couples in our group...everyone had the same issue with hotel and staff. Casino...disappointing as well. Will not go back to the Aria Resort.

modern hotel

Everyone

Very modern rooms and brand new decor. Not my favorite place on the strip, but it's very nice. It just isn't at lively as some of the other high end casinos.
