I always like that the staff is friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I asked for a room that was close to the elevator and I was given the farthest room. This was a little inconvenient when you have a problem with your feet. Everything else was excellent. The Aria is the only hotel I stay at when visiting Vegas. Love everything about it. Thank you all for being so kind!

I'm leaving a poor review, not on our actual stay at the Aria, but on Expedia's part. When I was looking at this property and available rooms, Expedia stated that the resort fees were INCLUDED in my price. The resort fee is $55/night. So for our 4 night stay, that's $220...which I was under the assumption that it was not an extra fee I'd have to pay because of the word INCLUDED. We got charged the $220 fee when we checked out of our hotel. I immediately inquired with the hotel who directed me back to Expedia as "resort fees are never included with third party booking sites". When I inquired with Expedia and shared a screenshot that I had taken of the screen where it said "includes $220 resort fee". The agent told me that while it does indeed say it's included on that page, the next confirmation page clearly states that resort fees are collected at the property. What?? So one screen says it's included and then the next screen says it's not?!?! Talk about misleading. I hope Expedia can remedy this situation and not scam more customers out of their money. I probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I knew it was going to be an extra $220, because again...I thought it was INCLUDED. And also the agent informed me that he couldn't do anything to fix this issue for me and when I asked for someone who could...he said there is no one that can help you. Gee thanks.
