Near everything

I like the beds, Starbucks, hot tubs, 24 hours snacks. Dislikes: Only a couple of tables with a $25 minimum bet with many $50 and above minimum bets, Too rich for my blood so I didn't play at your property. Aria had a great buffet in the past but no more Buffet. Extremely disappointed. You forced me to leave the property and spend my money elsewhere.

Awesome

Staff was pleasant and hotel was nice, however our room's phones didn't work and the water in our sinks barely went down. There's also a charge for moving things in the fridge so beware.

excellent

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Negative was not a lot of table options and variety of prices

It was beautiful!

This property needs more late night eating choices.

The room amenities lacked a coffee maker etc and no good breakfast places in the hotel to get coffee without standing in a 15 minute line to get your day going each morning. Other than that, the room was clean and the hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel is super close to walking to all other casinos on the strip.

Bad service the room has no view, expensive parking

My experience at the Aria was very nice. Everyone was great. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommended to family and friends.

The hotel was a nice place to stay. It was my first time in Vegas, I can’t compare to other places. The pools were also nice with decent service. It took a while to get a server over to us, but it did eventually happen. The casino was also good, but had high minimum bets. The card room was one of my favorite places here. Definitely will come back.

Beautiful Hotel and Views from the room

Loved the e-check in, e-key, and e-check out from my phone. So efficient! Loved the signature scent in the lobby. Aria is a really beautiful and impressive property. And they make a terrific Old Fashioned at the Lift bar!

The view and comfort of the room. The house keeping and security staff’s excellent service.I did not like that when I was gambling I was not offered a drink, not even a coffee. Every resort I have been to has a coffee maker in the room for first coffee. Without having to order or leave the room at 5:00 a.m It is a good feature and does not deter guests from purchasing when they go down for breakfast. I also requested a spa service on the iPad and did not receive a response. I was charged in excess at the checkout kiosk and have not received a receipt as of yet. I know I only stayed 3 nights, hopefully I wasn’t charged for a service I did receive? I will wait for the said emailed receipt. This is an aesthetically pleasing resort, and a lovely night sleep away from home. That said I don’t feel there is value for my dollar, so I would try elsewhere in the future.

best hotel .. very nice

We made this reservation because we loved the extras like having the tablet control everything, and all of the natural light of the corner suite for our pre-wedding photos. The morning after we got there, nothing was working by tablet. I was trying to get ready for my wedding AND figure out why the thermostat wouldn't let me change the air to anything besides 80 degrees!!! It was a hot mess. Not only that, but I couldn't open any of the drapes for the natural light. I had to wait for Maintenance to come and try to fix it, which made me an hour late, getting ready for my wedding and I missed out on getting my pre-wedding pictures since the photographer got there and I was not ready due to waiting for maintenance to leave so I could dress, etc. THEN-- we ate at Catch, along with some other expensive dinners and brought food back to the suite to save for later, only to later discover that our fridge did not work AT ALL! No one ever offered us an apology or any kind of compensation. In fact, they charged us $400 out of our $1,000 incidental deposit for resort fees. If anything, they should have offered something to compensate for our room not working properly. The strip view of the corner suite wasn't even that great, definitely not one comparable to what is advertised on the website, which, again, this is how we selected where to stay in Vegas for our wedding week. I was not impressed. We have already discussed returning to Vegas and NOT staying at the Aria!

Room was dirty and AC was broke.

What a beautiful hotel! Definitely consider staying again!
