Love the stay, the only complaint was the sink was kind of clogged and I called it in and they never came to fix it. Besides that everything else was great!

Everything was as described. However, the hotel attempted to charge me for items in the room bar that were not consumed. Be sure to check your checkout details carefully before paying. The hotel did correct their errors.

Great place. Only issue was I asked the staff to clean my room twice and they never did. Other than that (which I’m sure was an honest mistake) the place is amazing. 10/10 recommend.
Gorgeous property. Water features near the pool could use fresh water as we thought it caused that area to smell. However, it isn't near hotel rooms so it only causes an issue as you walk through the promenade to the pool or fitness area.

They allow 30 before and after extra time for check in which was great as it was too hot in Vegas.
Modern facilities, but the people who assist at check-in and check-out should be more prepared to deal with foreigners, especially in how to speak (complete sentences, slower speech).

I think it smells like a dirty water up by the pool area. I don’t like that the pool closes at 7 o’clock and I thought the casino smelled so much like smoke more than any other casino we were in.
