Touchpad for room comfort was good. Love the tub size. Shower head water pressure too low. The hotel advertises twice a day housekeeping service; however, had to make request for service in the afternoon because room was not yet serviced.

This was a roller coaster trip. From great to mediocre to terrible and then saved. Things got so bad one afternoon that the great manager made things better, but the standards of the hotel and service are not as great at the general facilities itself. This place looks great, and it's clean and cared for. The floor staff who care for the rooms and facilities are excellent. The service staff everywhere else were not only underwhelming, but also unacceptable. Everything took FOREVER. Where the hotel was very obviously understaffed, the available staff was seriously lacking. The manager who helped our horrible poolside experience didn't even ask for details. No one seemed to care to make the longer-term better, though I was relieved for some short-term help. With other pretty hotels with truly exceptional service, I'd re-consider staying here unless the price was really attractive. The restaurants were great in terms of food, though service still low - except for Javiers which delivered on every level. Now their management was doing much right. A pleasant hotel to stay in, but not worth the service frustrations and indifference.

Room was not ready till 4.30 pm..... other than that everything was good

I lake the fine restaurant, food and desert exquisitevery good Mall and casinos

My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. It's location, friendliness, professional staff, comfortable, clean rooms, great cafe and restaurants, etc.

Would stay again. Very clean and comfortable as well as friendly staff

My first trip to Vegas, SO happy I chose to stay at this hotel/resort. Aria was AMAZING!! From the service, to the great selection of restaurants and dessert bars and lounges. The rooms were impeccably CLEAN and amazing!! The bathrooms/showers amazing! Location of the hotel was just perfect, right on the strip in the middle of everything. I will definitely be back to Vegas and will only stay at the ARIA!

Not a place i will return to. No help with luggage, no help with locating room, charged for resort fees that i thought i paid for when i reserved a 5 star hotel $40.00 a day plus what i already paid for the room. This should be included with the original cost !!!! I asked what is this for and was told it was for WIFI , swimming pool and what ever else a 5 star hotel should have!!! This is crazy !! I have been to plenty of 5 star hotels and never been charged additional fees for these items. Plus am always helped with getting luggage to room and shown the location !! NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS !!!

It is a smart room, and everything is controlled by electronics. Super clean. We had a great time there.

With the exception of the agent who checked us in, the staff weren’t hospitable. The Starbucks and Aria store staff were actually rude at times. The worse part of our stay was that our room smelled of vomit and there was hair in the shower. They first told us ithe odor was from the mattress, so they changed it. On the final night of our stay they finally agreed to give us a new room. However they offered no assistance with moving our things. I’ve stayed most of the higher end hotels in Vegas, and sadly Aria is now at the bottom of my list.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Really wish the rooms came equipped with coffee maker and complimentary coffee.

My room 162 was a very nice room facing the strip area.....

The accommodations are great. This is a 1st class hotel

When staying in vegas rooms, one of the key essentials for me are the curtains that are supposed to keep the sun out from shining into your room specially after a late night/early morning binge gambling and drinking fest. Well, as nice as the room was that Aria had me in, their "black out" curtains didn't quite do the job. The sun was still able to light the room more than I wanted it to through on the parts where the curtain just could not do anymore than what it was capable of, it seems the window was bigger and taller than the curtain was and so day light crept in and woke me up. other than that room was great.

Checking in was horrible! I reserved a room already prepaid from Fri to Sun, my flight was delayed and I couldn't arrive till Saturday to check in and and was told they gave my room away, they did not call me at all before giving it away! ... Did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and was told I was lucky they could reinstate my room reservation, had to wait till 5pm to have a room ready, horrible customer service at the front desk!

Exceptional hotel. Very comfortable room with great service. Would definitely stay again. Location is good as well...............................................

Beds are comfortable. However, the toilet has someone's hair on it, the door handle kept coming out every time we closed the sliding doors, the outlet by the TV isn't secured in place. The whole thing comes out when you unplug something. Tub has a manual stopper, so when you turn the water on, it wouldn't drain unless you held the stopper manually. Overall, nice hotel. '

The internet was spotty and not very reliable but other than that the stay at this hotel was excellent!

I always told myself, that if I ever come back to Vegas, that I was going to stay at a top of the line hotel. That was what the Aria was. It had everything we needed from restaurants, bars, and shopping. My only complaint with this hotel was that they charged me $1.50 for a fork. We were coming back from Walgreens and one of my friends grabbed a salad, but forget her fork. When we called the front desk they told us that it was going to be a charge of $1.50 I was under the impression that the resort fee covered that which is why I gave them a 4/5. Besides that, we had a great stay. I would definitely stay with them again & bring my own utensils lol!

Great location and room was fantastic! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
