I liked everything about this place. Perfectly located on the strip. Staff was very pleasant and the slots loved my money... met up with family and we had a blast.

I stayed 4 days but the house keeping department was horrible. I called to clean my room two days but they never show up even trying to contact the supervisor she ignored my request. They charged me extra to get a clean room $20 every day for 4 nights. I never get such a bad experience from any hotel

The location was good. Easy walk to the Sphere. Enjoyed the restaurants on the Promenade. Staff was helpful and friendly. There wasn’t enough waitresses. Disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Music in the casino was not great. Overall a pleasant stay.
