I've learned that if you book your stay through a 3rd party like Orbitz that they treat you less than. Numerous requests were denied because we didn't book directly with them and it seemed to be a common theme. Also, I received an email about being upgraded for a certain price. Was planning on upgrading but when we inquired about it, they said it was more. They gave us 2 other options to upgrade and when we declined, the front desk person rolled her eyes and gave us our room. Only to discover the worst room possible. Window view was a wall of the parking ramp, no fridge, bathroom sliding door was broken, and it smelled. I went back downstairs to get another room and they said there were none available. At 1pm (which I also paid extra for early check-in, which is fine) on a Wednesday in Vegas??? I hardly doubt there's no more rooms!!! Since I booked through Orbitz, I feel like I was treated and not catered to. Makes me think twice making reservations from a third party.
Everything was great
I don’t like waiting until 4:00 to check in when there is most likely rooms available.

Location is excellent. Stayed here before and it was nice. In general good place to stay. Probably will stay again at the hotel. The double beds are too small to share unless you want be real close. Only had shampoo dispenser in our bathroom and no other amenities.
I like the location I didn't like check-in stuff who let me do upgrade my room to pool without let me know the pool is close.
Great location and great prices.
I did not like that there are a 2-3 people working at check in when the line is much longer than that. Also I was told to pick up my Creasers reward card but didn't want to wait in line to get it, so I never got to use it the entire trip.
Bad experience! Terrible conditions there’s not any amenities the heather is noises!
Decent hotel, you get what you pay! Nothing special, no front desk just kiosks to check in and if you are early be ready with a $60 fee, clean and comfortable room but hallway smelled terrible. Good location, on the strip, walkable, with many food choices.
Parking garage is only 6'9" so larger trucks won't fit. Self parking didn't feel comfortable to leave my car overnight. Shower didn't drain well so the shower floor flooded easily.
Get towels and toilet paper took the next day to get.Never got coffee replaced.
Ok
We found hair in our beds, not sure if the bed sheets were ever changed. The bathroom light was not working right before check out. Our flight to Vegas was cancelled, and we didn’t fly in until the next morning and still had to pay for the two nights when we only stayed for one night.
Nothing .. we wanted a room with a view paid extra and only saw the back of the blding there was no refrigerator the room was super tiny and no microwave
Very clean and easy to get to any location. Brand new and very well lit.
It was not very clear for parking and to link your card with your parking ticket. When looking for places to eat breakfast for hotel it gave a listing of all resturants not just for linq.
A no frills hotel. Kiosk check-in and out was a turnoff. No amenities in the room. No water, no coffee, etc. Public restrooms were quite dirty. Convenience of getting to Harrah’s, Caesar’s and Monorail was good.
