The property was very dirty I didn’t like it at all. The condition of the furniture is very old.
I liked the fact that shuttle person waited for us beyond their normal operating hours of 9:30 pm. We really liked it. But upon reaching the hotel, we had to go through casino with lot of smoking smell, to reach hotel lobby. The staff at reception desk were Ok but not very impressive. Hotel was advertised as 3.5 star but I don't think it really deserves that. No water fountain anywhere in the property. The elevator is accessible only via one route and from our room it was a long walk just like walking across the entire circle to reach the elevator. There is another huge Silverton facility across this one and one may get easily confused to think that as your hotel.
The property is far from the hectic of the strip which is good but the rooms are not properly cleaned and maintained.
Nice right off the freeway
Nice place 👍
Room key would not open the door had to be reprogrammed by engineers. Had to walk to the front desk couple times to get that that happened and I sat on the floor in the hallway until they arrived and re-programmed the lock.
My stay got automatic upgrade without extra cost.
Looks nicer than rooms are. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom, not as clean as should be, did not get maid service, internet signal was not functioning. Disappointed for the cost
You had to pay for everything, if you want a fridge, rent it! Paid 24.00 service fee nightly for what? Free shampoo in a tiny bottle that they never replenished, Wi-Fi never connected to my iPad, pillow top bed, really you charge for that? Our unit was in disrepair, wall paper tearing off the wall, toilet seat and sink and tub had gouges everywhere, bath floor cracked. I won’t stay again! The hi light of my trip was Starbucks since I had to buy one every morning, they were all very nice and friendly!
Nice casino, great pool area. Covered parking garage or free valet! Nice decor and feeling in the casino & hotel. Vegas without the traffic and not ridiculously crowded like the strip hotels.
Great
The mermaid shows and stingray feedings were great. Good selection of slot machines, restaurants and had a nice pool. Rooms were comfortable, but lacked amenities such as a fridge or even a coffee pot.
From what I’ve seen an experience the way the staff treat the customers at this casino leaves a lot to be desired.
Enjoyed the sray, large spacious rooms. Great Valet service.
It is a long stroll to the rooms from the parking terrace through the casino, but not a huge deal. Room was clean and reasonable.
From the HWY15 it looks like a large hotel property. Nice tower, easy access. But when you get your room it is only a small four story hotel and our view was of a wall. The tower is a timeshare. Very old, nothing special.
Dated smells smoky
Excellent value. The room was large and nicely set up, the bath was a good size. There were enough restaurants on site for our 3-day stay. The onsite Starbucks did not open until 7am, but the coffee at the bar was very good. The only problem was finding the front desk, tucked in behind the commercial properties, with no clearly marked entry.
The ease of checking in, competencies of staff and close availability and quality of so many food services.
No coffee or water in rooms. Yet I still had to pay a resort fee! Resort fee for what?
