Great time great concert only problem didn’t win any money what the heck great time though first time there will come back

Stayed here 10 years ago, loved it. Came back, will never again. Staff was often rude, security was pushy and intimidating. Had an air of entitlement and can’t be bothered. The only positives were the servers and some dealers. Room Service was prompt and very friendly. $20 early check in fee was annoying. I used to think highly of this place because it’s off the strip (less busy, could easily find new tables) and affordable. The abrasiveness of some pit bosses and security create a cold corporate atmosphere. As if the guests are burdensome or there to provide employment. Moved to The D Las Vegas and 180 degree difference. No early check in fee, super friendly staff eager to please, excellent food, high energy, good vibes.

Check-in was easy and straight forward. Originally booked a king but was switched to a 2 queen because they didn't have any king rooms left. Overall, good hotel to stay in off strip.

I will stay here again. Parking was fine and room confortable

The hotel was amazing. The valet was nice and quick at getting our car. The hotel was clean. Room service was quick and yummy. We had a good time.

Just what you want and expect from a Casino Hotel.

Got great rate for CES 2018 week. I think you get good value for the money. Shuttle bus to the strip is very convenient.

The hotel was great. I was wirried about not being on the Strip, but the every-30-minute shuttle to the Strip, made it just fine.

The casino is great lots of things to do and fun for the kids. The hotel rooms are old and in need of some updates. No where to plug in your usb cables to charge your phones. Bath room looks tried and cheap. The room chairs look like they been around since the 80’s.. on the upside it’s not that far from the strip, the price is not that bad. I guess I expected more from a Las Vegas Hotel/Casino, oh well..

Would a great place to stay, we were there for a High Basketball Tournament at a nearby High School. I hate you have to pay for the resort fee. $20.00 a night even though we never used anything the Resort Fee includes. They tack this on at the end of the stay, so beware you have to pay this even though you dont pay up front for it.

Hotel room was very clean and had plants of space. Only drawback was sliding bathroom door as it was loud opening and closing. Overall pleased with hotel and value. Shuttle to strip was nice as well.

The check in was fast, allowed early check in without question. People were nice and the atmosphere was festive. Walked around and toured facility and had a wonderful work out area, a fabulous pool area, lots of choices of food. Ambiance was amazing and we couldn’t believe a 70 lane bowling alley and a multiple movies theater all located within the walls. I came for a meeting and not a big gambler so after feeding the machines the allocated Dream funds I was content watching people, lights and excitement of others who were lucky for the moment. Check was fast and painless.. I will definetly go again and the price was right!

Food was good and great variety of gambling options. Heavy construction on the spa, which made it hard to sleep in.

My stay at the The Orleans was a very positive one (Except for the WiFi) For not being on the strip I was concerned. Turns out for no good reason. Everything was great (except access to the WiFi) Plenty of food options, some exceptional

I had never heard of this hotel. A friend referred me. I enjoyed my stay. The only suggestion I might add is the sliding bathroom door should be replaced or changed. It's extremely hard to push forward or back. Someone could actually get hurt trying to shut the door.

Our stay included a show (Englebert Humperdinck), meals, drinks, and bowling (with family) and zero gambling. The facilities are older, but well maintained and clean. Room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay. I would recommend I will be returning.

This was not our first time staying at The Orleans, we enjoy staying off the Strip and being away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. The Orleans still offers a large casino, numerous eateries, entertainment, spa, fitness center, and lovely pool(s) area. We generally rent a car and the parking is ample, including some covered parking.

Best hotel I've ever stayed thanks and a special thanks to the room service lady the best
