We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights. There was construction going on which ok that’s understandable. But then the 2nd night, there was a horrible smell that my wife and kids could not sleep thru. We had to pack our luggage up at 1a.m and drive back home 5 hrs away just because we could not stand the smell. I complained to the front desk and they could not do anything about the smell. I requested a refund back for that night and they told me they couldn’t give it because I ordered thru a “third” party. Never staying at the Orleans or Purchasing thru or Orbitz or Expedia again.

Bar had good selections. Staff was absolutely polite and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient food court and mini shops were great. Upstairs area for family fun, but we stayed downstairs at the Casino. Definitely want to stay here again!

The room was decent. The view was beautiful (Mountain View). The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Everything was in working order but the room didn’t have a fridge which I didn’t realize when we booked and it was a little inconvenient. The biggest complaint I had is that you are hot with the smell of smoke as as soon as you enter the building. The room floors didn’t have that odor though.
