The Orleans Hotel & Casino

Food was good and great variety of gambling options. Heavy construction on the spa, which made it hard to sleep in.

My stay at the The Orleans was a very positive one (Except for the WiFi) For not being on the strip I was concerned. Turns out for no good reason. Everything was great (except access to the WiFi) Plenty of food options, some exceptional

I had never heard of this hotel. A friend referred me. I enjoyed my stay. The only suggestion I might add is the sliding bathroom door should be replaced or changed. It's extremely hard to push forward or back. Someone could actually get hurt trying to shut the door.

Our stay included a show (Englebert Humperdinck), meals, drinks, and bowling (with family) and zero gambling. The facilities are older, but well maintained and clean. Room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay. I would recommend I will be returning.

This was not our first time staying at The Orleans, we enjoy staying off the Strip and being away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. The Orleans still offers a large casino, numerous eateries, entertainment, spa, fitness center, and lovely pool(s) area. We generally rent a car and the parking is ample, including some covered parking.

Best hotel I've ever stayed thanks and a special thanks to the room service lady the best

Love The Orleans in las vegas the hotel is Great. Need better hotel cleaning staff poor english or no english. We know everyone needs job. But this is United States primary language english. Must speaking english and understand.

I enjoyed the easy check in, good food, hotel staff very helpful and hospitable.

I was in the Hotel just for a weekend, but I was so confortable at the end of the day, relax on their comfy bed and soft pillows, was nice. I like it.

everything ,,great except front desk Spanish lady,,,very not customer friendly,,,,only to Spanish guests,,everybody else on staff fantastic,,,really helped out,,,,,,,i didnt like the bit with orbit to change anything very complicated

Great place if you are looking to be away from the busy strip while still being close enough to enjoy it. Quick check in process and high availability free parking.

This is a great stop, somewhat past its prime, but the rooms are sound-proof, large and very nice and clean. Service is fantastic.

Front desk staff were extremely thoughtful. We arrived exhausted at 8 am due to a 10 hour flight delay. The young man arranged it without hesitation so we could still check in get some well needed sleep for the day!

Close to airport (10 min). Always clean rooms and lots of parking. Great hotel for Vegas.

Love my Orleans. Always have and always will. When I walk in it is like being home. It is my kind of place. Just miss the old staff you used to have. I just love it. Convenient to every thing for me.

Booked the Orleans based on past experiences and expectations of a jazz and NOLA theme venue. Only to find out that the Orleans has gone downhill. Jazz replaced with modern pop music. French market buffet is closed down. Brendan's pub replaced with a TGI Friday and a strip mall grade food court. The one oyster bar in the venue barely serves any southern food. Room was good and pleasantly furnished with the New Orleans theme, perhaps the only elements of the old hotel remaining. Overall felt like I'd walked into a theme less station casinos property. Was very disappointed.

Internet service was almost non-existent. In spite of hours of talks with staff and internet help line, could rarely get on internet for long. I needed it for financial transactions and stolen cell phone problems. Cell phone was stolen in food court but no action to review camera entertained to see if criminal was familiar to security. Also buffet was shut down after 2 PM.

We had a really nice stay at the Orleans. The only down fall is the walk from the Hotel Room to the Parking Lot. Probably okay for younger people but we are 70 years old and the walk was a burden.

The old room air conditioner, seemed to run all the time and was so loud, we eventually turned it off. It was better to be uncomfortable, than listen to it roar all night. The bed was so hard and the pillows were so flat, it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. It was like sleeping on a plane? We didn't realize until the last morning, that the wet spot on the bathroom floor, was coming from the base of the toilet. The casino temperature was so cold, I finally came down a cold on the 3d of 4 days. You would think, that a casino, located this far off the strip, would have something great, to bring in the people. The hotel event planner, is doing a great job, of keeping the hotel busy. We live in California and go to Vegas 4 to 6 times a year. This is the first and last time, I will ever go to this hotel. Our reunion was great and went well, despite of the hotel. If we attend another event at this hotel, we will stay at another hotel, and travel to the event.
