The room is listed as a Balcony room. The owner chooses not to open the balcony so its locked. The only reason we chose this hotel is for the balcony to see the fireworks on the strip. We booked for NYE and now everything is ruined from false advertisement.

Room is old, shower head dirty and rust in a lot of places around the bathroom. Bed frame and sofa were tearing in many places. The refrigerator smelt funny. These just need a good update. The lobby and staff were great aside from the horribly passive attitude I received from the two people at the front desk upon checking out. We were making our way to the lobby at 11 when I remembered I may have forgotten something. I went to go back into the room (11:03 at this point) we were locked out. Hospitality really lacking, no thanks for staying with us, how was your stay, nothing.
