They seriously need to upgrade their AC (HVAC) systems. On off on off this is not saving them any money!

Positives: the room was huge. The café was well priced and had good food. Negatives: there is not much insulation between rooms. The people above me would pace the floor from 1 AM until 4 AM, and I could hear every step. When I finally fell asleep, I was awoken less than one hour later by a wake-up call that I had not ordered. In addition, on the same day when I only had 56 minutes of sleep because of the above situation, someone from Maintenance came to my room at 9:40 p.m. He said that Housekeeping had reported a light not working, and that he was not going to fix the light, but he urgently needed to confirm that the light was indeed not working. This light had been out since before I checked in three days prior, so I am not sure what was urgent about the situation.

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, family friendly!!!!

My stay at Tuscany was great. The only thing they could improve on is the mattresses. They were somewhat uncomfortable.

Super good. Nice property. Friendly staff. Clean .

I made a reservation for a king size bed. Upon arrival I got only two queen beds room available. The mattresses were extra firm. Five wakes-up during the night wasn't fun at all. I tried to change the room next day. No success. They say: the earlier you come the more the chance is to get your king bed. :(

The ambience. Very un-Vegas like and less glitzy.

had card reader problems had to get two new csrds issued

The room was HUGE--lots of space, with a little kitchen area and 2 person dinette that was very convenient. Bathroom was nice except the fan in the water closet was incredibly loud with no separate on/off switch. Very clean, very comfortable bed. The desk chair would sink to lowest level as soon as sat in and there was no way to stop it. One chair at the dinette was missing a foot so it rocked an inch.

The property was very nice for the price. Free parking is great as that saves you some big cash if you stay for a few days. The hotel is also a 20 minute walk to the Flamingo, Bally's, and Ceasars on the strip. The only knock against the hotel was that the cooling in the room wasn't working properly. It wasn't a big issue as the windows slide open and having the fresh air come in felt nice.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. A gentleman (bellman) offered much help when there was a momentary miscommunication with an Uber driver. 265 Pub and Marilyn's Cafe were outstanding!

It has a nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly and accommodating. On site restaurants and entertainment was very enjoyable.

friendly staff . clean room . close to downwn vegas . close to major freeway

Great off strip Casino. Much less douchey than on the strip but if you want the douchey its right down the street.

The rooms were big with plenty of space. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Marilyn's Cafe had great food at low prices.

Really enjoyed the rooms and the restaurants. The entire establishment is very well cared for.

Pros: big rooms, free parking, nice fireplace outside to chill after busy day in Vegas. Cons: 1) not sure what resort fee is for- couldn’t get even bottle of water, everything we asked for ( umbrella to borrow, water, bandages ) they ask to gift shop bc THEY MIGHT HAVE it for purchase 2) on a day of check out I was packing, someone knocked on the door, while I was immediately saying Yess? Someone kicked the door wide open - i saw this random guy, who I hope works for the hotel, he just left. No excuse me, no nothing. 3) one of the nights we came to the bar to grab few apps and drinks with my husband. We ordered flatbread, which is amazing. Out of nowhere this lady comes up and asks us where did we get this pizza, while we are sitting at the bar !!! So first I thought she’s a customer, so I said here. She was one of the ppl who works there, I guess the manager. She goes- BC PIZZA OVEN IS BROAKEN. Did she occuse us of microwaving our own pizza and bringing to the bar? She could have asked bartenders without bothering us. 3) it’s a good 15 walk to strip, via sketchy parts of town. Lots of homeless ppl everywhere along that road.

Nice chill place with good restaurants. Thin walls in the rooms but other than that good experience.

Great location. Just off the strip so it was quiet and far from anything. You don't have to enter the casino to get to the hotel lobby or your room!

It was a very nice vacation in Vegas! Hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant
