Would stay at Tuscany hotel casino every time I went to Vegas

Too many things needed fixing. The safe wasn't working when we arrived. When we called to report it, the intimation was it was operator error. We finally got it to work. Then we were almost late for a concert because the safe wouldn't open with our tickets inside. Security was prompt, but he couldn't get it open either. Maintenance finally had to break into it. We made our concert, but the safe remained broken for the rest of the stay. Dead bolt never worked either, even though we reported that as well. Back door lock near our parking area didn't work well either. Took several tries (half dozen or more) to get it to "take." To be fair, the second time we complained in person to the front desk, they did ask us if we wanted to switch rooms (which we declined--too much hassle at that point), and they gave us a voucher for $20 off at one of their restaurants, but nothing was ever fixed. The price was reasonable, but the "resort fee" of approx. $30 was more than the room itself. The grounds, lobby and room were very pretty and nicely landscaped. The room was very clean, except for a bug in the bathroom when we first walked in. Would I stay there again?...probably not. Too much competition in Vegas.

Very friendly staff and the room was really big. Beds are comfy and bathroom is huge as well! We enjoyed getting coffee in the morning at Cafe Botega and late night snacks at Marylin's. Definitely will rebook soon

Love the room! It has dinette, sofa and a small sink. More like a kitchenette minus stove.

Everything was excellent except the key reader of the room door. We had to have our keys replaced and then had to ask the front desk to send a technician to fix the reader. This was the only flaw in the stay.

It's a little walk to the strip but nice to be away from all the hussle and bussle of the strip. The room was clean and quiet. An oasis is the summer heat.

We wanted something a bit off the strip and more quiet but still close enough to walk to the strip. It took about a 10 minute walk to the strip from the hotel which wasn't bad. The entrance was a bit dark and smokey so we didn't get a good first impression. Then we were told rooms weren't ready and we got there at 2.45pm. Strange, but they always figure out a way to get a room available. We rented two rooms for family of 5. Our room's TV wasn't working and there was dirt on the couch so we had them come vacuum and also bring us more towels. They did this quickly so that was nice. Our second room had a microwave sitting on the kitchenette chair. Kind of strange. The hotel rooms are very loud. Both nights the people upstairs were walking around for several hours. You can also hear everyone in the hallway. At checkout our person was kind of rude and didn't really care whether we had a good stay. We won't be going back there. Next time I'll pay a bit more and stay somewhere nicer.

Great! Relaxing. Family friendly. Nice pool, kid friendly!

The temperature was a heat wave, good air condition. We enjoyed our stay.

Was there for a 60 birthday get away and had a great time.

Overpriced for average hotel. Door lock was malfunctioning on arrival and continued to cause problems. Maintenance was promised but never delivered. Some staff members indifferent to requests. Long wait for check out.

I have stayed at Tuscany Suites three times over the past year. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The "free" wi-fi is very slow.

Very very very nice place love it you find everything you need there's a coffee shop casino pool gym

The hotel was very nice and convenient. Our only issue was our non smoking room smelt like smoke, but I guess that's unavoidable in vegas. Overall one of the better places I stayed on a budget

When I went to go check in I was told there was no King there was only smoking doubles, so when I refused the smoking-room they magically came up with a not smoking double

Trashy stinky hotel forced me to take a smoking room because they ran out. A lerson next to me had similar situation and threatened to walk away- and they magixally found one after i already accepted my fate. Lying douchebags.

Quiet, pleasant, relaxing great landscaping. Stayed four days, saw Steely Dan and Red Rock Canyon. Visited a great coffee shop and eatery, PuplicUS located in downtown Las Vegas also the container shopping area.

Private atmosphere, clean all around. Rooms are all suits big for family of five no problem

Very nice and affordable hotel very close to the strip. We stayed during a family trip on our way to the Grand Canyon and loved it! Was clean, family friendly and relaxing.

Quiet and comfortable with kids but not far from all the Vegas actions.
