We enjoyed our 4 days staying at this hotel, the staff was very gentle and caring. Ideal four adults or families too, who want to spend 2-4 days together in an all inclusive facility. We had only a minor incident at the spa, my partner did not receive all the services she was expecting to receive. For the rest, we would be back at Sandos for our next vacation.

Lets start they over charge u for transportation if you use seek and go good service but u could catch a cab for cheaper. Hotel is not all inclusive u must make a reservation for all but one restaurant and they say no availability but when u do get in u see people getting turned away but the place is empty but if ur a vip lucky we was u do not need a reservation. Buffet was the same every day everybody had issues with their room, fridge problem, water leaks, etc. What i did like pool and beach store across the street and close to the 1.00 bus. Drinks are weak im not a heavy drinker and had plenty of shots or mix drinks didnt get a buzz just bloated lol will not stay here again.

Arriving to the resort was beautiful. Check in was nice and we were told we had to pay a utility fee per day. Our bags were brought up to the room and of course we tip. Restaurants on site were all good but it was extemely hard to get a reservation at a decent time but there was a buffet and the restaurant by the pool that you could always get into. The activites around the resort are cute but they dont last more than an hour or so, so if you are looking for a party spot, this isnt the place. The bus stop is about 2 blocks away and after an ecursion, its turns to be a long walk back to the resort up the hill. The bus was the best way to get around and only had to pay $1 U.S. Servers around the pool were great but you got to tip so they keep coming back. We only were tipping $1 per drink. There is a store sith necessities on the property, but it does cost way more than it does in town. The beach was nice, but the waves are rough where as further north, the waves were calm. It was not meant for swimming... You do see police going up and down the beach with their faces covered but it is normal to see. We didnt experience any trouble and as long as you follow the rules and be careful with your drinks, you will be fine.

Alex, the entertainment manager, Rosio and Casanova from St Trop and Cesar from Frattinis have the best service!! Top notch and very friendly! The hotel could use some updates. Our room was not ready when we arrived, we only had one bed for 3 people and our wristbands kept disconnecting from the lock and we had to get them reprogrammed several times. Pools were nice, but main pool needs serious updates and the water one of the days was really murky, but despite that, we had a great time!

Didn't like having to wait for room. Most hotels will have room cleaned so I can check in early or they will have someone clean it.. The food was not good. Front desk was very good. Alicia and Jessica were great.

The moment we arrived we were treated so wonderfully. Edgar at the front desk made check-in very easy and continued to ensure that our stay was perfect through the week. Casanova at St-Trop was magnificent. Gerardo at Zandos was always smiling! Isa was wonderful and helped us with our excursion... such a sweet and friendly lady, i enjoyed chatting with her :) Esteban at the Japanese restaurant was incredible at putting on a show while cooking delicious food. Abraham and the entertainment staff were so fun and kept everyone in such a good mood. ALL the staff were always working so hard and so incredibly warm and friendly ... The resort was beautiful... the beach is spectacular and well kept, always clean. And the food/drinks were delicious I will recommend this place for anyone looking for a great vacation
