Very nice hotel. Close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was a bit limited. Lunch was basically hamburger and fries or tacos. Dinner was very good and waiter’s and staff was excellent

Very nice beach

The hotel rooms are outdated. The furniture is old and the mattress is extremely firm and uncomfortable. The ac blower fan is very noisy. The room had very few outlets which made it a challenge to charge electronic devices. There was no microwave in the room so we were unable to hear up leftovers from restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and cordial. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of items, including mimosa and bloody mary’s. There was lots of live entertainment at night which was pretty good. The beach was overrun with seaweed during our 1 week stay and the stench was very strong, permeating all areas near to the beach. We had to go off property to find a clean beach.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Entertainment Staff is great. The staff, beach, and food make up for the dated rooms.

Very nice hotel and beaches. The only draw back was the dress code at some of the restaurants were specifically for men which was strange and they only enforced it for some, if you are going to have a dress code enforce it for all.

It was a great time. The food was.amazing, the covid measures were good . Hotel was.clean and nitty, the only issue was the AC did not work in public aereas or in resraurants . Other than that, great trip, amazing staff , great hotel!

The rooms are old and have not been updated. The pictures don’t reflect the actual room. The air conditioning does not work... they will give you a fan before switching your room. The food is okay definitely better at other resorts I have been to. The one thing they got right was the covid testing. We were preferred guest and we didn’t even find out about the lounge on the 8th floor until we had been there for 3 days. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a modern room with a real workout room or no discriminating staff. I was literally in real tears by the time we left.

The room needs to be updated. The air conditioning was awful, literally non existent. The was not enough plugins to charge our devices. The entertainment staff was awesome.

I like this resort. It is small and older, but if they put you on the beach side, pretty much everyone will have a full ocean view. The is nothing obstructing the view of the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor. The rooms are very small, old but it was cleaned everyday. I can tell how they try to caulk on top of old caulk every time, but doing so is making the condition of the rooms worst. Our toilet was humming after flushing and it wasn’t even on the floor, the shower wasn’t pleasant because the water would spit out very hot water or too cold. I wouldn’t even use the the tub, it looked scary. If everything else is falling apart, then I don’t trust the tub being clean at all. You will have to bring portable chargers for your phones, tablets, etc. the only plugs available are behind the lamps on the wall, the rooms have not been updated to accommodate new technology or accessible wall plugs. There are no alcohols in the fridge besides 2 bottles of beers (free to drink). The bed was ok, it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t horrible. This resort need to focus on improving their buffet selection. It was disappointing. This is the only resort I’ve even been to in Mexico where there is no salsa for their tacos, no guacamole, no chips, no marinara sauce for spaghetti, and very water down fruit juice. They had tacos, they only condiments available was cilantro onion mix and habanero sauce and nothing else. I enjoyed the grill out by the pool more, beach is great & SERVICE WAS AMAZING!
