There were plenty of dining option and it caters more to families and retirees so there not a lot of loud parties. Seaweed was bad but that’s everywhere these days.
Inshort: Very good, Family friendly all inclusive beach property!!
The staff were nice and helpful
Nice pools! I wasn't crazy about the food. We couldn't get a reservation in one of the nice restaurants. We called at 9 am ( according to the receptionist ) they didn't accept any more reservations. We were never told the room was a time share so we had to move to another room after 2 days. Our door key didn't work. We had to go 2 times to the lobby. No communication.
Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was not always too friendly, but the ones who were, made it that much better of an experience!
This place exceeded all our expectations. From the time you step on to the property they treat you like family. It had the right amount of noise too our liking. And even with people being there was no one too extra in front of our son exposed. We really enjoyed our concierge Elias. Also please be respectful yes they do have sale pitches. And everywhere you look it may seem they asking for money. But keep in mind it is a resort and this is their way of life. So if you don’t want nothing nicely decline and keep it moving. Communicate with your concierge if you have issues getting a reservation in the two you need reservations for. We had dinner at Los Murlous with no issues. Just call and see if they have cancellations they do. This was amazing stay and we will be back. All staff thank you!!
We had a wonderful time food was excellent.
Boring place, bars close very early, seems like a retirement house. The time share owners /all inclusive mix is a disaster...will never return
The staff were hardworking, attentive and helpful! Our room was beautiful and the entire resort was amazing! We loved our stay!!
Overall A very nice property. The only part that was disappointing was the beachfront, although they try to keep a clean it was a lot of sargassum that kept washing up the beachfront. It is a timeshare resort so they will try to schedule a showing. Loved that they were not too pushy when I explained that I was only there for a short stay and I did not want to waste hours doing a presentation when I knew I was not going to purchase anything. The staff was wonderful and the food is very good.
The property had family suites which is great for families with over 2 kids. You don’t have to worry about splitting up and finding rooms that adjoin. You can get what amounts to a 2 bedroom condo.
This place was great besides them trying to get you to be a member… I saw a lot of bad reviews. Our family had a great time, the food was great too! I take the bad reviews and I know some people are just impossible to please… It was clean and constantly being cleaned. The restaurants that you need a reservation for is a trick!! We could not get a reservation until we agreed to the meeting about time shares, as soon as we did we miraculously got into the hibachi. As soon as we had dinner we realized what a scam the reservation process is as there were 10 vacant tables during our meal which started at 5:30pm and we were there until 7. Both hibachis were empty as well for 1/2 of our time in there. So, they do cater to members if that’s your thing. We canceled the meeting and never heard from our assigned buddy again that was trying to hook us up with all the deals. Overall, keeping what I said in mind, it’s a wonderful place for families, I’d totally bring mine back.
The layout was very pleasing, as it lead to the beach. Loved the pools, and the food and drinks were great!
