Beautiful resort but just a bit too much walking. It was way too big to walk every day. They have golf carts but they only come around every 15 min. Not enough food and bars throughout the extended pool areas. Had to go all the way to the ocean to get a burger and fries for lunch. I think one of the biggest disappointments for me was not enough service staff. I am used to going on vacation and having staff get my drink order and tipping them. In the 10 days I was there I saw 1 lady and her main job was to clean up glasses NOT get drink orders. I also noticed long waits in restaurants. Beautiful landscaping but just wish there would have been more ice and drink stands / bars throughout the resort. The maid service was good at making towel animals on the bed but yet left the bathroom mirror dirty and did not refresh towels everyday. Overall happy, plenty of wildlife around but sadly I would not stay here again simply because of size and service staff.

This resort is fantastic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with rich foliage and wildlife. We enjoyed walking everyday and enjoying the views. We have been to luxury and budget and this was by far our favorite resort. We will definitely be back!

Great: Welcome. Most staff. Room size. Comfortable beds. Food selection. Spa. Cleanliness. Wildlife in grounds. Awful: I will never stay at an Iberostar hotel again! Our first day, we were tricked into being offered a free spa massage & 'VIP' breakfast hinting it was about an Iberostar membership, lasting no longer than an hour. We were taken to a room where we met Danny and his manager - both pleasant. Then taken to the 'VIP' breakfast. There was nothing VIP about it. It was a huge, busy, & noisy hotel breakfast restaurant with the usual breakfast buffet, where we spent around 45 minutes discussing our previous holidays AND being asked how much these holidays cost. As the room was so busy, the conversation had to be loud, which made me uncomfortable. Not at all private or discreet! I noticed a couple of guests on nearby tables looking around frowning as clearly the conversation was intruding on their breakfast. Danny gave us a tour of hotels at various Iberostar membership levels, including JOIA. Then the SELL. We refused two offers so a third pushy salesman was sent. AWFUL! One male staff member turned up at our door one evening offering drugs! We refused & sent him away. Finally we were missold 2 excursions by a W2M agent. We didn't bother going on the 3rd. We're corresponding with the headoffice for a refund

Such an incredible stay! We loved this large beautiful resort with so many things to see and do. The food was excellent, Japanese was our favourite. The beach chairs filled up quick so get there early, but lots of room at the pool, We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at this resort and made some great memories! David at the member’s beach bar really stood out—his cocktails were delicious, and he made our evenings so enjoyable. Nathali from the members' area was also wonderful. She was super attentive and really made us feel special. Omar, the concierge, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. All in all, the staff made our stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this place!

The grounds are amazing. There is wildlife everywhere. Nice amount of food choices, and it’s all very good. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. The only negative is the resort credit. They only allow you to use the entire credit for an on-site activity if you sit through a timeshare presentation. Otherwise, you get many single-use, non-combinable vouchers for larger purchases. I blame Expedia more than the resort as it is very misleading when you purchase. That said, I would highly recommend the resort.

Nice beach. Top notch food at all restaurants. Wonderful room and amenities. Appreciated the sustainability efforts of the resort. Beautifully kept grounds. All bartenders and servers were very professional, fast and knowledgeably.

Well maintained resort, many pools, beach area. The water in the pool was cold, but we enjoyed the sea. All the staffing were very welcoming and friendly. Food was good too.

Stayed 5 nights over Christmas break. Solid all inclusive if you had young kids, we wanted to stay at the Lindo, but the premium was out of whack for the season. Staff is great, amenities were well appointed and clean, lot of options for pool + beach hangs. Somewhat of a learning curve on restaurant/cabana reservations etc, but the app is helpful to communicate with guest services. Location is great, ~35mins from Cancun airport, 30 mins to PDC and ~1hr to Tulum and attractions like XelHa. Like many all inclusives, got a bit tired of the buffet options and it was impossible to get restaurant spots.Would go back and stay at a higher tier.
