Disappointing with food selection and staff willing to help. Checking in and out process took forever.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had small ants in the bathroom. The food was very mediocre. The best food was the tacos at the beach grill. The resort allows people to walk around the beach trying to sell you crap jewelry, cigars and other things, found this very annoying having someone always coming up to me.

Beautiful!!!

Best property I’ve stayed in a very long time! I would like to give a special shout out to Nehemias, Julio and of course Demetrio for providing such an amazing experience for all my family but can’t forget all the staff for their great welcome throughout our entire vacation. We will definitely come back again in the future.

I enjoyed the nature, seeing many animals. The pools were great! The food we had was cooked perfectly at the steak restaurant & the buffet. The staff were friendly, property was clean.

Only down side is after 10pm there are not food options. Also lots of families and children, but if that’s what you’re looking for it’s great. Gorgeous and large property

Place was amazing. We did a lot of walking the first day trying to get the lay of the place but was better after that. Was a good amount of people there but never felt crowded. Was always able to get a chair at the beach or pool and ditto with drinks and food. Only negative I can think of was check in took a little long, pushing an hour. Oh and the towel cards were a pain. Have to have a card to get a towel. Cud be sitting at the pool next to a room full of towels but they won’t give u one if u don’t have the card with u. But I would go back, it was a blast!

all good. just no food service after 10 pm. poor shows, but rest all was up to the mark

I don't even know where to start, we had the best experience at this resort!! I traveled with my sisters for a long weekend and we could not have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived the staff was simply exceptional. Every person we interacted with--from groundskeepers to entertainers to dining staff--went above and beyond in their roles to make guests feel welcome. Nobody was pushy about packages/add-ons (if you've been to an all-inclusive before, you know what I mean), we felt perfectly safe, and even with all covid protocols in place (which the staff all handled so professionally--our on site antigen tests to return to the US took approximately five minutes!) were able to relax and have the best time. The resort grounds are beautiful and there were plenty of choices for all meals, drinks, and snacks (we found the buffets to be the most enjoyable, but the Japanese restaurant was a lot of fun!). The shopping centers and nightly shows were a huge plus so we could stay on site for our short trip (the Friday fire show blew us away!), pool was huge, and beach was gorgeous with a grill and bar right in the sand. Only minor complaint was the beds weren't the most comfortable (generally rooms were as I was expecting given other reviews, very clean with plenty of space but a bit dated). I will be coming back!

We enjoyed the very large pool area with abundant seating as well as the swim up bars. The food stand at the beach was also excellent. The rooms were OK. The beds weren't very comfortable, but we did enjoy the free mini-bar. We also liked the variety of restaurants and food options available.

The people that are behind the scenes are the ones that make this place five stars! Welcoming, friendly and overall humble!

Like everything about the property

Comparing with our stay 6 years ago food quality is downgraded. Buffets don’t offer hard liquors anymore, you have to walk to a bar to get it. Service is downgraded as well. Perhaps they have less workers. They used to come to the beach and cook, not anymore.

We loved our stay here! The staff from every department was friendly and profesional (and always wore masks). The buffet meals were great in both the main area and the 2 lunch spots we tried by the pools. Also the lunches they set up by the main bar area was very convenient. The tried 3 of the "reservation only" restaurants and actually didn't like 2 of them as much as the buffet. We did really like the habachi place, even though it was a set menu. (They worked withthe vegetarians in our group.) The rooms were comfortable and they managed to get our group of 3 families in the same building together, which was very nice of them. The beach was nice and the activites were fun. I would go back for sure!

Beautiful Gardens;Fresh Air;courtesy Employees; Wonderful t Time ; Thanks You.

We expected a lot more for the money we paid. The property is out-dated. The bathrooms are a disaster and need a complete remodel. The beds and mattresses are so old and broken down that we hardly got any sleep. They have cut corners on pretty much everything... no room service which is a big deal to us because we have children that take naps or cannot eat much in a single sitting. No waiters/waitresses at the pool or beach. No bottled water and we appreciate the ecofriendly approach but at least for the mini bar they could put 2 bottles of water in the fridge. We do not drink alcohol so a couple of bottles of water/day are not much to ask for. The landscaping is beautiful and all the animals that live on the resort particularly the peacocks. The best thing about this resort was the STAFF... they were professional and friendly! It is not their fault that management is cutting corners. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this resort for our next vacation.

Like the property, especially the stuff, little disappointed with the beach due to the enormous amount of seaweed couldn’t really swim! Otherwise everything was very nice
