Beautiful hotel! It is enormous and it takes a bit of time to learn the layout. Signage could be improved. Staff were very helpful and everyone spoke English well. We will go back!

It was nice we purchase river view didn’t get the room . Our internet was down so our phones tv wasn’t working which means we couldn’t order room service . The other thing also when we arrive they start pushing you for promotions when you just want to relax. Other than that it was a good stay

I enjoyed the swim out room, the food was excellent and the pools. I did not enjoy that you can't order food at the poolside, just drinks. I also didn't enjoy the check in/check out process. There wasn't a clear desk to go to. We had someone walk us a very long way to our room and he did not use that time to explain the restaurant locations or activities at the hotel which would have been a great time. We stayed in our small area of the resort because we felt confused. When it was time to check out, we had no idea where to go and were told 3 different places. That should be very clear and easy process, especially when your car is waiting for you to go to the airport.

Our one knock would be the butler service is by far the worst we have experienced in our 5-6 Mexican stays
