Ok so let’s start from the beginning. When u arrive here after 5. U can not get any food. Till dinner ...due to the pool bar closing at 5pm u have to wait til the dinner transition. So grab something at the airport if u get in after 3. Now...The front desk is an outdoors porch area. Where u can walk up to it. buttt u can’t call. There are no phones. Just WhatsApp for text communication. So if u need towel u have to text for it. And 30 40 mins later u get two towel max. Now outside of these things the pool was small but nice and I enjoyed it. The guys at the pool (Fernando and Arnold) where the best. Made sure we were well fed and drinks!! The best part of the resort was the pool area. Now the dining area was a room that was on the roof but super hot and not air conditioned appropriately but closed in. So if u wear makeup u are gonna melt at breakfast and dinner. Lol but the service was amazing!! David the guy in the dining area was absolutely great. The hotel itself is just old and need to be remodeled. The mirrors were just old and spotted. Rust spots on the floors. And the room has concrete floors. The mini bar is 4 can sodas and 4 bottles of local purified water. Now this is the honeymoon suite. The offer tours and excursions in house too. But don’t even think about it!!! I feel like I could have possibly been abducted in the shuttle coming back to the hotel. Long story short he didn’t speak English and this suspicious woman was there feeding him directions.

Do yourself a favor and keep looking - Facility was run down, rooms were big but needed maintenance. No hot water in shower. Restaurant was terrible with very very limited choices.

Because it's a smaller resort, we felt individual attention. The staff was absolutely amazing !

Excellent Location. Only concern is public transportation but hotel has taken care of that by calling taxis for us. Like it. Will book it again next visit to Cancun.

Small, private hotel with very good food and drinks (all-inclusive)! Great value for what you get and a perfect alternative to larger, resort hotels next door.

Wonderful time!! Beautiful rooms, friendly service and staff, gorgeous infinity pool and access to a beautiful beach!! Food was also very tasty 😋

Beautiful place very relaxing! The staff was super friendly! Antonio was the nicest guy my husband and I met. I wish they had better food options I was bored of the menu by the 3rd day. The only issue we had is that Xcaret doesn’t pick you up from this hotel so beware of this. I guess depending on the resort they’ll pick you up but not this location. Other than that my husband and I had an amazing time for our honeymoon. Many great memories!

This site was just awful and not a four star anything, rate this a 0 star! we checked in and out same day, Obits was no help in getting a refund, or help at all!!!! We simply found another resort and had to pay again!! Never use Orbits again!

It has definitely been a totally unfortunate situation which we could not solve immediately. Due to the technical failure by the local system in Town, We did our best to do the correction, which took more time than we would have liked. Believe us, the least we would have wanted was for our guests to be affected, however, I fully understand your insatisfaction. It is correct that we are working really hard in order to overcome the damages we had with the recent hurricanes in the area. However, facilities and services available for our clients were in order.
