This property is only a few short steps to 5th ave. And a BLOCK from an OXXO. The hotel has an artistic feel with artwork from local artist that are available for sale. A massive water fall in the lobby. The lobby is an open air lobby. So no air conditioning. Which is why they received a 4 instead of a 5. My patents are older and they are visiting and the heat is hard on them. While waiting in the lobby with no air conditioning. It was a bit hard for them. The rooms are clean and spacious, hotel is close to food, shopping and the beach. Will be back for sure.

Vraiment pas représentatif des photos montrées sur le site. Piscine non fonctionnelle et sans aucun entretien. Pas d'eau dans le spa depuis des semaines ou des mois. Seulement deux chaises longues sur le rooftop très inconfortable, les quelques plantes présentes sur le toit jamais arrosé... Plancher sur le toit jamais nettoyer, très sale. Aller ailleurs!

My wife and daughters had stayed here 6 years ago and wanted to return. That was a mistake. The good: - Convenient location - Good water pressure - Nice artwork in the lobby The meh: - Nothing but Spanish channels on TV and no way to connect our phones to stream to the TV when we were unwinding from the day. The bad: - A/C was horrible. When we got to the room, the A/C was off. We turned it on but the room did not cool down. It was several hours until we realized the patio doors were open. We got the doors closed but we were miserable all night. The next day we asked if they could fix the A/C. They said they would but nothing got better. To make it worse, housekeeping turned off the A/C while we were gone for the day and the room was blazing hot all night again. We finally had to hide the A/C remote from hotel staff so it would stay on during the day. This helped keep it cool enough to sleep better but still not ideal. - Hotel staff seemed disinterested.

Luis and Jessica were great they provided everything we needed. The location was also great and there wasn’t many people there during our stay so we had to rooftop pool to ourselves. Would definitely stay there again!

this was a very cost effective property, but there were a number of problems that i had to accept because of the cost: the room safe was broken and could not be fixed. i was advised just to put the "do not disturb" sign on my door. i was not wary of staff, but that the hotel seemed quite open to non guests walking into and through the hotel. so my problem was not solved. i had to ask to have a small refrigerator brought to the room (the cupboard where it should have been was empty) and it took two days to get there. these are small things, so i was like "whatever", but they were problems that the staff couldn't solve easily. the hotel also hosts dance parties on the rooftop numerous nights, so sleep can be a challenge, if you go to bed before 1 or 2AM. most of the staff are very friendly and super helpful, but there are front desk staff who do not seem to care too much. overall, it was alright (i was in Mexico, that was good enough), but I will definitely not return to this property. its better to spend a little more money and get something with less or no problems.

Property was mostly clean but needs a bit of TLC, especially around the pool area. The area itself is nice - plenty of restaurants and things to see nearby. Unfortunately we had a lot of construction noise from next door and some music late into the night, but this is obviously outside the control of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing as they couldn’t cater for my gluten free wife other than providing a small bowl of fruit. All in all though our stay was decent and we would consider staying again

It was a bitter experience staying in this hotel. No coffee/tea maker or water provided in the first day. Breakfast was poor quality. Only a bread toast with tea and some fruit. No choice. No towels were changed when room cleaning was done. Staff at reception was good and cooperative.
