The only 2 complaints I had was the water did not get hot in the shower and the beach isn't swimmer friendly. Most times the shower water was luke warm at best. And I get it, its Mexico and hot, but I still like hot showers. The beach was nice, but there are a lot of huge rocks as soon as you walk in the water. We had to go down the beach to the next resort to enjoy the ocean water. Other than that, amazing property and amazing stay!

The property and room was clean. For an all inclusive resort, the food was very good. The staff was professional and extremely nice. The manager Ana provided exceptional service. The location was within walking distance to 5th avenue. The only downfall was the beach. It had a lot of rocks and seaweed. We walked further down the beach to access the beach to avoid the rocks. I will definitely return to this location.

The room was gorgeous. The property was excellent. Wonderful staff, everyone very helpful, courteous and always smiling. Great experience and relaxing. Fun entertainment every evening and at the poolside. We did not leave the property so we can not rate the area around.

The Mexican cuisine was delicious. All of the staff members were very polite and friendly. The rooms had balconies with a view of the sea. The rooms were large. The layout of the buildings and pools was very attractive and well maintained. . The property was very secure due to constant vigilance by staff. The only distractions were the over-amplified music around the main pool and the noisy acoustics of some of the indoor restaurants.

I stayed for 5 days with my friends in this "All Inclusive". The hotel is very nice, beautiful views of the beach, amenities are nice too, and the place itself is very clean. Now, when it comes to "All Inclusive" you really have to read the small print because they wanted to charge extra for literally everything. For example, I asked for band aids because I cut my finger and if it was more than 2, they wanted to charge extra. Literally everything was extra. Also, I ordered steak at one of their restaurants and that piece was inedible. It was horrible. I complained to the server and he said " we just gave you the steak that is bad quality, the one you have to pay for is the good quality one".

We had a great stay, except future travelers should be warned that the staff was not comprehensive when dealing with allergies. My partner notified them of his allergy every meal. The menu shows it should indicate there are allergens in a food. It did not and my partner had an allergic reaction from the "essence" of an ingredient. The staff did not respond smoothly and we had to leave the property independently to get his medicine. Later the staff said they would do nothing to address the matter. Great stay, but if you have allergies be cautious.

My partner and i had a amazing stay here. The staff and food were incredible. The live entertainment was also great. We will be coming back forsure. The only nminor complaint, My partner found a small piece of glass inside one of the desserts at the buffet. Luckily she felt it and did not get cut. The staff were so apoligetic and kind over the matter. We thought they were going to do something about it because they were so insistent on knowing our room number and how much longer left in our stay, but we never heard or say anyting come from it. Besides that, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. Would love to come back.
