The only 2 complaints I had was the water did not get hot in the shower and the beach isn't swimmer friendly. Most times the shower water was luke warm at best. And I get it, its Mexico and hot, but I still like hot showers. The beach was nice, but there are a lot of huge rocks as soon as you walk in the water. We had to go down the beach to the next resort to enjoy the ocean water. Other than that, amazing property and amazing stay!

The property and room was clean. For an all inclusive resort, the food was very good. The staff was professional and extremely nice. The manager Ana provided exceptional service. The location was within walking distance to 5th avenue. The only downfall was the beach. It had a lot of rocks and seaweed. We walked further down the beach to access the beach to avoid the rocks. I will definitely return to this location.

This Hilton property stay has been amazing! I felt safe. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. There were plenty of classes and activities throughout the day, every day. I had a blast taking part in the aqua classes, so much fun!! The location is PERFECT, being right on the beach, and also just steps away from the famous 5th Ave! 24 hour room service made food super convenient anytime we were hungry or thirsty. Thank you for your amazing hospitality Hilton!

The property is lovely, the beach is beautiful. There are lots of rocks in the ocean right in front of the Hilton, but if you walk a little further up the beach, there are no rocks and that makes it a little easier to get to get into the ocean. The staff are so friendly, and they work really hard. The Hilton is excellent.

It is a great resort. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and kind. The food was incredible and the entertainment was epic. The only downside was that the beach was small and the whole waterfront was difficult to walk with all of the cabanas, boats and other resorts build so close to the water. However not the fault of the resort just human buildup

Amazing Resort Experience – Can’t Wait to Come Back! From start to finish, our stay at this resort was nothing short of incredible! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from at every meal. The drinks were top-notch—perfectly made and always flowing, whether by the pool, at the bar, or during the evening entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, a HUGE shoutout to Daniel and Edgar—they truly made our trip unforgettable! Their energy, humor, and ability to keep everyone engaged had us laughing nonstop. Whether it was daytime activities or evening shows, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having an amazing time. Very nice property and great staff of workers and servers. Only negatives were upcharges on some of the food choices that were included with the all-inclusive last time we were there a couple years ago, and the only swim up bar was closed several of the days we were there.
