This is our second time staying at this Royal Sends Resort Hotel and this time me and my family had to change rooms twice on first day on May10th 2024 and once again on 5/11/2024 during our 3 nights 4 days stay because Royal Sends Hotel prioritized their Time Share customers and forced us to give them a room change to. They also gave us 3 out of 4 rooms on the bottom floor with no ocean view even though I booked an ocean front rooms. 1. I feel strongly that I have experienced discrimination from the hotel. We are US Citizen. Nevertheless, we received Chinese greeting from the staff several times. 2. The Royal Sends Hotel forced us to move rooms, several times making sacrifices for their loyal Time Share customers. 3. I protested strongly but they insisted that it is my travel agent, orbitz.com, who has responsible. Our all 8 families had a awful vacation at this time.
I loved everything about the resort and I will definitely stay there again. Everything was beautiful and the staff was wonderful!
Was a nice resort, if you need something from the store such as sunscreen the prices at the store are SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!!! A deck of cards was $12 kind of a ripoff

The property was very nice. All the staff were happy to help with any questions we had. Some of the things seemed out dated but not terribly. The pool tables were just okay but we had a great time!

Friendly staff, cleanliness
This was surprisingly good. The staff is amazing and they eagerly helped with literally every request. The resorts is clean and a little out dated especially the bathrooms in the rooms. The food was not as good as you would find at one of the palace resorts but the speciality restaurants for dinner had some quality options. Overall extremely happy with my choice and would return if I found a good deal!
We enjoyed a beautiful all inclusive week at the Royal Sands Cancun. The staff was super friendly, and the stay was most enjoyable. We loved spending time in the huge pools, and the beaches were amazing. Our suite was huge and very comfortable. We will stay here again for sure!!!
Royal Sands is a beautiful resort with friendly knowledgeable staff. The views were perfect. The Sisal Mexican restaurant is one of the most delicious Mexican cuisines I’ve ever experienced.
