I loved the amenities, and service. The staff was always helpful and nice. While the room was always clean, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom vent. Like sewage, so bad we just kept the bathroom door closed. Management came out , but there's nothing much that could be done.

Well located hotel with the gorgeous beach, soft white sand, it was a highlight of the trip for the family! No seaweed, not crowded, perfect water temperature! Staff is very well trained, friendly and polite, pleasantly surprised by the coffee shop with great baristas, who made us excellent coffee, it was a favorite routine going there for a coffee enjoying the sea side view. Another nice surprise was a smoothie bar, discovered it a bit late but once I did, it was another well visited spot after breakfast! We were a bit disappointed by the poorly made dessert, looking good but tasted very mediocre, which was we a surprise. Hotel definitely needs a better dessert chef, that’d be a delight. After few disappointing desserts at multiple restaurants, we gave up trying. Though freshly made churros were great. My favorite restaurant was steakhouse with delicious menu (mediocre dessert) and great service! Only be prepared to have over an hour dinner, it’s just slow, idk why, we spent 2 hrs at French restaurant waiting long between the courses, by the time my entree arrived, I was full and wish I skipped it. When leaving the hotel for the airport, our prepaid and arranged through Expedia transportation never showed up. We ended up booking a taxi through the hotel, crammed in a hot small taxi cab and paying additional $50 to take us to the airport, it was such a downer, it almost ruined otherwise great stay at the hotel. If you don’t want to end up like us, please do not book MTS ever!

Very clean public restroom was positive, staff on 1st day was aggressively pushing coupon savings to use at the resort if we attended breakfast meeting next day for 1.5 hr was negative and telling us to deposit $20 USD was negative.

We stayed in a swim-up room and loved overlooking the ocean. The hotel's own beach is quite narrow, but it also connects to a large, wide public beach with a calm shallow lagoon. Between that and the two pools there are plenty of spaces to splash and sunbathe. To-go coffees at the coffee shop were friendly and efficient. Restaurants were better than your average all inclusive, and I really liked that there were extra themed snack carts that came out at different times of the day (churro, margarita, crepe). Cocktails were good. The self brewed beer was not good. In some resorts, the swim-up rooms have wait staff come by for drink orders, but they don't do that at this one.
