I loved the amenities, and service. The staff was always helpful and nice. While the room was always clean, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom vent. Like sewage, so bad we just kept the bathroom door closed. Management came out , but there's nothing much that could be done.

The staff was incredible. The service was incredible. They don’t know the word “no” whatever you ask for and whatever you need is instantly taken care of. The front desk manager, Braulio p was so accommodating and really took care of us. He was so accommodating. The cabana/pool/beach manager made our whole trip. Eduardo maybe his name was. The food was excellent too. But the staff and service made us fall in love with the place.

This hotel was on my bucket list of places to stay at. Sadly, this did not meet nor exceed my expectation. The food was meh, my kids couldn’t even finish half of the food we ordered for them. The cleanliness was okay- not really up to par with the Hyatt Chain. A lot of the staff speak very little English. Moon gate and Chevy’s need to be changed out with a better dining option. The highlight of my stay was my 50 minute massage from Sonja. She was absolutely amazing.

We had a very relaxing/fun time @hyatt ziva. The beach is beautiful and the adults only pool was very enjoyable. Can’t rate the food 10 out of 10 but we did have some good food options that we enjoyed. The location is great, there is so many things to do walking distance. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. Diego and his partner if im not mistaken name (Diario) were absolutely the best. They took very good care of everything we requested. We were given our privacy & i loved that. Definitely will like to come again.

The door locks stopped working at 6 different times across the three rooms we booked. Every time we asked the concierge to open the doors, they insisted they program us new cards (which also didn’t work) instead of actually sending someone to open the door. In the middle of my stay, another family was at my front door with a bell hop after being told the room I had booked was now their room. In all my stays at hotels, this has never happened before.
