We liked that the property was very clean and staff was so friendly and helpful when needed. We didn't like the algiie on the beach but that's out the hotels control. Best vacation for a family of four

Pleasantly surprised with this resort. The pools, room, staff were just phenomenal. The French restaurant and taco bar is the best spots to eat!

Quality of the food was excellent, the staff very helpful. Never felt crowded. And all area were very clean

Had to search a bit for the quality food options, but they are there. Otherwise, facilities, amenities and staff were great.

I have been in this hotel last year and had no problems. This year, our group of 38 friends found some difficulties in arranging a single night to have dinner together as a group. I emailed Roberto in advance for us to find alternatives together, with no response whatsoever. Along with that, 8 people from my group got food poisoning. We all got diarrhea and some were vomiting as well. Some of the food in the restaurant was not as tasty as last year. The infrastructure is wonderful, service in general was really good besides these 2 issues

The property was great. Cons Upgrading to towers was a must. The basic rooms are not good, located in loud areas etc. Food was mediocre and inconvenient at times. Pros Gorg location and grounds. Lots of fun activities for the family.... ocean to Die for. The staff is super friendly...

Top-notch all-inclusive resort with just about every amenity you can think of! Super friendly and professional staff. Also, hats off to Manolo at Casa Del Cafe! He was probably my favorite staff member - super helpful and friendly!

On a scale of 1-10 i rate it a 9.9. The premium Liquor here is amazing food above average for a resort

What an amazing all inclusive! Service by everyone you encounter is sincere and so welcoming. Food is very good to excellent at the restaurants. Buffets are okay. The property is breathtaking and the best in Cancun. Two beaches, one with waves and one calm. The shows at night were okay but not amazing. Stayed in 1405 and the view was postcard like. I usually do not stay in all-inclusive resorts but I would definitely recommend and return to this one. Thanks Ziva for a great vacation!

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share with us the review of your recent stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. According to your concerns, please advise one restaurant closes every night, we do not manage restaurant reservations, as we work on first come first serve basis and we do not move existing layout of the restaurants to accommodate larger tables. In case that this is your expectation, it will be consider a semiprivate event and a fee per person will apply at each restaurant along with a set menu. If 15+ guests hit one restaurant different than Mercado (serves buffet) at once, food service will be delayed and you could be disappointed.
