Great location, stayed in Tourquoise tower, fabulous room with an amazing view. Pools and restaurants are awesome, we never left the sprawling resort. Staff are very friendly, place is immaculately clean....do yourself a favor, just go!

Very nice overall. No problems. great bed, quiet a/c, beautiful view with ample balcony. Wide selections of food, all delicious. Beautiful pools, towels everywhere. Great beaches. May not be enough seating for the high season. Very attentive staff, seemed happy to be there and happy to interact with us. We'll stay there again.

We went for our honeymoon and it was amazing. We had nothing to complain about. Beautiful views and food. The staff was great!

I stayed for 3 days, everything was perfect until on a 3rd day a weird rash appeared on my body and when i returned home i went to the doctor and she told me i got Scabies from unclean towels or sheets I couldn't believe my ears I Picked a 5 stars hotel not a motel. I can't believe the Hyatt would do such a mistake of not cleaning their sheets and towels well

This is my 2nd time to visit this hotel, the food is worse than my last visit. Also the staff asked for tips to give a service. It did not happen to me last time. I am a little disappointed. I don't think I will visit this hotel again.

Last year we stayed here for a week and we loved it so much we decided to book yet the same week of August but 2017. We were fans of the riu chains but this hotel knocks them off the park. If you're on the edge, please give this hotel a shot!

Good all-inclusive hotel with decent prices but lacking personal touch. Food cleanliness at El Mercado can be improved with better qualities. Employees at the Coffee Cafe need to learn how to be service minded, so are the Habaneros restaurant at the beach and the beach workers as well. Room service foods were left outside of hotel rooms for long period of time and were consumed by birds in hot and humid weather. Not sanitary!!! No window screens were installed in all the hotel rooms, so no protections from bugs.

Magical relaxing experience. Fun place to stay at great hospitality. Just a really really great experience that we had.

The hotel is very and clean. We stayed 7 days. We had the dolphin view and it was nice for our little girls to see the dolphin shows from our balcony. The reception was very understanding that we came with two little ones and accommodated us in the first floor without asking. Our rooms was cleaned everyday and during the evening housekeeping stop by to provide more towels and water. Our favorite place to eat was trendwinds that we went to eat breakfast and dinner almost every day. The kids club was very fun that our daughter wanted to go there everyday. I wish there was special playground for kids under 4 since the kids club are for ages 4-12. The only thing I didn't like is that there are some areas for people to smoke. I thought there wa a non-smoking facility. Even though some people were smoking on assigned area, i can still sense the smoke.

I highly recommend staying at Hyatt Ziva. From the moment we stepped on to the property we received nothing but the best service. From the beginning to the end of our stay, the staff was extremely professional, kind and helpful.

Has a great number of pools. No overcrowding. Enough room for kids and adults. Everything was kept very clean. Lots of activities for adults and kids

I paid for a private dinner near beach to celebrate my daughters sweet 16. Everyone was informed my daughter was allegeric to seafood. My daughter was given a piece of lobster and was told it was chicken. My daughter had a reaction and her dinner was ruined. She did not eat dinner or her birthday cake. Managers only offered a bottle of cheap champagne instead of a refund or a new dinner on a different day. I was truly disappointed with this Hyatt. Will stay there again.

Best in Cancun. Staff is wonderful. Restaurants extremely good. They made my daughters wedding just fantastic. We had over 80 people in our group and everyone had a great time.

This was my 5th time going to Cancun but first time staying at Hyatt Ziva. It was a great hotel with great service. Really clean and seems new. I would recommend going to the Habanero bar and seeing Raul and Alejandro they were the ones that made this trip to cancun the best yet. Really fun and helpful guys. They gave great service and helped us with ideas on what we should do around the are and with there recommendations we decided on what to do in Cancun and it was the best yet.

We had a fabulous time. This is our third time at the resort and we are returning again in October with friends. We always stay in the Club tower and we love it. The hotel is great for people of all ages. The staff truly went above and beyond--- especially with our 5 year old son. They made him feel so special--- everything from presenting his sparkling fruit juice in a wine chiller to greeting him with daily hugs and smiles at the buffet (Fabiola was AMAZING!). I really appreciated that they had rafts in the pools that everyone could use. I only wish that you could purchase a daypass to the upper pool. We cannot stay in the Turquoise tower because we were with a child. This is the first time that we have not been able to drop our son at Kids Club and enjoy that pool with the new restrictions. I think offering a day pass at a fee would be more reasonable than declining us.

worst decision

amazing, second time here!

Last year we stayed here for a week and we loved it so much we decided to book yet the same week of August but 2017. We were fans of the riu chains but this hotel knocks them off the park. If you're on the edge, please give this hotel a shot!
