Staff at times rude, very hot everywhere exept room
THE LOBBY STAFF IS TERRIBLY NEGATIVE AND NOT WILLING TO NEGOTIATE ANY PROBLEM OR OFFER A SOLUTION. I THINK THAT GUEST COMFORT IS NOT A PRIORITY FOR THEM.

The place is convenient because everything is close by. Walking distance. Everyone very nice and place was clean. My only complaint was there is no AC in the elevator, and the beds are very hard. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
Staff was excellent , the facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was good . Overall a very good experience. Definitely I will go back to this resort and I can recommend The Krystal Tower altitude

Bunch of thief's, employees scattered and stopping customers and asking questions Dirty , Limited discus ting food They are charging premium price for a middle ages hotel room is out dated, safe was not working, patio door was makin noise all night long, mattresses are 50 dollars mattress the one they sell on front of fiesta mart in Texas what a joke ....... save your money and go some where else
The toilet did not fill water since first day, we have to fill with water bottles, the beach chair extra charge, and so few for so many gest. Only the room service at good price, for me not worth the price
Staff was super rude. Lost my luggage and couldn’t find it and had no hot water for day and a half

If it was for the reviews I wouldn’t book this hotel, I booked it and it was a great experience.
I like the ocean view from the room . I just didn't like that there was no air conditioning in the hotel lobby.
My stay was a bit disappointed as we paid for all inclusive but the restaurant weren’t that great. We had to go outside the resort to eat. The facility is a bit outdated. But the staff and service was A-1. They made our stay pleasant.
Nice Hotel. Some staff was really nice, Others were terrible. Restaurant service was dreadful. For some reason some staff like to make a big deal cause you ask for water to the room. Nice hotel and area but I would most definetly not stay again.

We stayed here in January and decided to stay again when we came back to Cancun in April. There were leaks from the ceiling in the dining area as well as on the 4th floor. Place really needs to be renovated. Breakfast lacks true mexican flavor
