It wasn't what I expected pictures were deceiving.

I like the ocean view from the room . I just didn't like that there was no air conditioning in the hotel lobby.

My stay was a bit disappointed as we paid for all inclusive but the restaurant weren’t that great. We had to go outside the resort to eat. The facility is a bit outdated. But the staff and service was A-1. They made our stay pleasant.

Nice Hotel. Some staff was really nice, Others were terrible. Restaurant service was dreadful. For some reason some staff like to make a big deal cause you ask for water to the room. Nice hotel and area but I would most definetly not stay again.

The best location in Cancun, everything is within a walking distance. Staff was nice, food options were good. Everything was perfect.

We stayed here in January and decided to stay again when we came back to Cancun in April. There were leaks from the ceiling in the dining area as well as on the 4th floor. Place really needs to be renovated. Breakfast lacks true mexican flavor

Didn’t like where my room was nor the patches on the ceiling. The noise of the a/c for the resort next door was SO LOUD and the sliding door doesn’t close completely. The windows are cheap single pane that doesn’t help with the noise. I can’t believe you tape off the fridge stating that there’s a cost for those drinks but leave water bottles out with no sign leading to believe those are NOT included. The whole building is in a very huge need of repairs and remodeling. There are cracks and missing tiles everywhere and water was leaking through the ceiling when it rained. Very horrible to compare it to my stays at other resorts-RIU for example. The staff at the front desk at time of checking out was very rude. Overall it was very disappointing.

There was an awful sewage smell. The toliet wouldn’t flush and whenever it did there was an annoying sound that would last for about 3 minutes as if the toliet was crying. The food wasn’t all that great either.

We loved the property, the staff was one of a kind, truly amazing staff.

Everyone is super friendly very COVID aware everything is nice and clean the staff is great I would recommend family and friends to stay here loved the view and how close it was to the beach

I love the location.... La punta..... less beach people's traffic. Late cleaning in our room.... especially when we called them to do it before a certain hour.

Resort a little outdated but overall was ok. Not a lot of on site restaurants so was confused on what all inclusive would of included.

Two hours to check in while they act like thugs Trying to charge for guests to visit or sell their timeshare and they trap you because you can’t leave and go to your room. The elevator lines were ridiculous. Could 20-30 people waiting. The entertainment in the lobby is so loud and so bad acoustically you can’t even think in your room and I was on the 11 floor. It was unbelieveable. We had to leave the hotel room at 9pm and go outside just to have a little peace from the awful sounds. Really astonishing. Maybe the music sounds good in the lobby but it hurt my ears in my room from the screeching. Then I couldn’t leave with waiting in line again for an exit card? What? I paid for everything and it’s just a waste of time. Who thought of this idiotic practice.

Very rude person at front desk at Arrival. Definitely not worth coming back. I do not pay to be treated this bad. I promised myself yo never come back
